Dr Sigmon & Staff are awesome!! Its like you are with friends and family!! Dr Sigmon is very through and patient! Sharon is amazing and helpful beyond words!! I appreciate her expertise and her friendly demeanor!

Staff was rude (insurance staff). Dr. Sigmon is kind and helpful. I am not sure he is aware of how his office staff is presenting (specifically, the lady who works in billing and insurance claims). This was not pertaining to any bills (I do not owe them anything) she was hateful, disrespectful, and just down right mean. After nearly 15 years going to Dr. Sigmon, I (nor my famiily members) will not be returning for service.

I have the Best experience every time I come in. I really enjoyed working with the great group of employees Patricia, Makayla, Kathy, Heather, Lynn, and Dr, Elizabeth…. 😎👍

Staff is VERY rude. Dr. Sigmon is a wonderful doctor. Staff is very RUDE. Will not be returning. STAFF IS VERY RUDE.

Dr. Sigmond and the staff were very helpful and patient with me, as it took me awhile to be able to sample a pair of contacts and then also forgot my money and had to call my husband to key in our card information. My glasses prescription is perfect and I will go back in the future. Newbie tip, make sure to have both your vision and general health information/cards so that they can have both on record.

Dr Sigmon is so kind and very knowledgeable, I’ve never had a bad experience and have recommended him to several people. The staff is very kind and so helpful when it comes to choosing eyeglasses. My visits have always been pleasant.

Update.. They replaced the frames, and put the lens in the new frame. I think that after an adjustment, they will work better. 1.3.2020......I had a long overdue need for an eye appt, My friends recommended quite a few places, and One of the places with a lot of votes was Dr. Sigmon. I made an appt. for 11-25-19. Dr. Sigmon seemed thorough, and the staff was nice. On Dec. 9th, my glasses came in. I went to get them, and havent been able to wear them at all. They are uncomfortable. I have been back numerous times to get them adjusted, and they just end up loosening up to the uncomfortable position. They are progressive, and I have gone back to wearing my old reading glasses. I dont wear any glasses for distance. I paid $600 cash for my check-up and glasses. The only thing that they offered to do was give me 50% off on a new pair. They would not give me a trial period, and I dont even have my prescription- which I asked for. Sincerely, Robin Kale.

I love this place, everyone is so friendly! The dr is awesome. And the glasses are very reasonable. I got a really nice pair for 100 dollars. They had cheaper and they had more expensive. But there very nice and thorough and reasonable.

I have been a customer of Dr. Sigmons since he was with Pearle Vision back in the 80s. I called to order contacts and was told that I would have to make an appointment first, which is fine. The next appointment is August 6th... and I just put in my last pair of contacts and I may not purchase a pair because my prescription has expired. The staff is rude and they always have been, but Dr. Sigmon is a wonderful doctor and I have followed him wherever he has gone because of his attention to detail. I have decided regrettably to change eye doctors after all these years. No one seems to care about customer service anymore.

Dr. Sigmon is very thorough and his staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Always a pleasant experience.

Ive been with Dr Sigmon for 27 years hes the best staff has changed through the years but are still top notch if you say hes overpriced maybe you need better insurance
