Been with these guys for four year been great up til this year they’re just leave the stuff in your house with out setting up (washer and dryer) we’ve talked to them about setting up a payment arrangement for 2 days an they failed to tell us we had to do that online even though they have told us they have to put in it payment for processing like I said they’ve been great for a few years but this store has taken a turn

Had a woman try to convince my boyfriend and I on the phone that autopay was REQUIRED when it specifically says in the terms and agreements that it’s OPTIONAL. Literally had a 25 minute phone call arguing back and forth JUST to get autopay off. Unprofessional.

I will never rent from this place again. Made an scheduled them to be here between 1-3 after him telling me it would be first thing in the morning. Told them I had an appointment at 3:30 and it’s 3:36 and nobody has been here or contacted me. I had to call them just for them to tell me lies about how the driver is close. Now I missed my appointment and now all of a sudden the guy I spoke with didn’t answer the phone. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

People get it together, I know times can get rough but please realize that RAC is out to rip off people in need.Example: Nintendo switch cost $299at any store but when purchased at RAC Total Cost to Own Including Purchase Option $1028.13.

I’m renting to own an AC from this location and have been keeping my payments a week ahead for the most part. I was out of work several days for my car being in the shop and having a heart attack scare. The employee that called me and the manager wouldn’t work with me on one payment. No! I wouldn’t suggest doing business with this company.

Been a customer for years. Paid off 3 items. The staff isnt into high pressure sales and as long as you are paying on the item they will pick it up and service it at no additional charge. And if they have to keep it for service they provide you a replacement item.

This place has gone to the dogs,. The new manage Amanda does not know how to talk to people which happens to be customers. Ive been renting from them almost 10 years and just last year I told the district manager I will no longer rent from them and to take my name and number out of their black book. People save your receipts because they will try and get you. I won my case against Amanda but they lost a loyal customer.

If I could put ZERO stars I would!! The manager for the Springs Road location is the most unprofessional so called manager. Upon first meeting her she was so loud and obnoxious and her absolute lack of customer service skills was appalling. I had NO idea she was a manger.. let alone the STORE manager. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I do hope the District Manager reads this and listens to the reviews that mimic my review. Send in a secret shopper to see how she acts. Its like a child let loose on a play ground with no supervision. I knew from first meeting her I would not ever do business with them at this location. So spare yourself the regret of going.
