No good experience. Bad customer service especially with the lady Jane working there are Rude and Nasty with attitudes. She got smart with me. Smh i Call before 7pm when they close and still don’t answer. But will bug me and call me. Closing / not answering calls before 7pm is not good for business. Do not recommend to anyone. I love my wash machine tho lol

Rental started off nice other than being charged over $2000 for a $500 phone. I was willing to rent even with the super inflated prices because I didnt have extra money at the time to purchase a phone out right.The first issue I had was them calling me early morning on my due date and continually throughout the day if I wasnt able to answer. Mind you this was the day my payment was due, not late just due. If you dont make it in on your due date, there is no grace period, they start continually bugging all of the references you had to list to rent in the first place.Then comes along Covid 19, doctor put me on quarantine because of my health and some symptoms I was having. I immediately let them know what was going on. They requested a doctors note, none of my other accounts with other businesses did this, including another rent to own. Even though my doctor advised me it was unlawful for them to make the request, I complied. I sent the letter and 5 days later they call and say they didnt receive it. I resend again and two days later, the store manager calls and informs me that I have to return my things. I will be contacting an attorney friend, attorney general, better business bureau and anyone else I need to over this. I have no problem paying my bill but we are under a stay at home order, a Pandemic and a personal doctor ordered quarantine. DO NOT OVER PAY OR PUT YOURSELF THROUGH ALL THE BS, GO TO Aarons or RAC, you wont regret it.

Bestway is like my second home. Everyone is so friendly and they treat us like family. And the movers are so hardworking. I recommend Bestway before going to anywhere else

This is by far the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I needed a dryer but only for about a month. I went in and was quoted one price but got charged almost double. Then I was given a specific delivery time but it wasn’t actually delivered until two hours later. Then when I called to check and see what the delay was the so called “manager” joe was extremely rude telling me that the driver got caught up and he would be later than expected which is totally fine but tell me that I have a full time job and kids I can’t be sitting around two extra hours on a week day. Then fast forward a month now it’s time for the dryer to be picked up because we’ve closed on our house and no longer need it. I called and again talked to the joke of a manager Joe and he rudely told me call back Monday to schedule pick up but why when we’re on the phone now and the reason for my call was to schedule a pick up smh then when I stated that he rudely said ok we’ll be there Tuesday and then hung up. Well now I’m upset and called back just for him to have an even worse attitude all because I needed an actual time not just a freaking day. Not to mention he didn’t even ask my name so how would they even know what to pick up or where 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ve paid on time and in full the whole 30 days that I was a customer so the attitude was not necessary. This was my first and last time renting from them and will discourage anyone I know who is thinking of using this company in the future.

Took my chainsaw for tune-up. It was beyond repair. The maintenance person kept me informed, and didnt charge for wasted parts and time. VERY PLEASED.

The best place to deal with! I came in late one afternoon because my washer died unexpectedly, Anthony made sure I would get a washer that evening so my children would have their uniforms clean. He went above and beyond to guarantee we would be taken care of !

Best way is absolutely the best place I have ever rented furniture from. Anthony and Chris make the process so easy. I started with just a sectional and now have a tv, tv stand, washer and dryer, and full bedroom set with mattresses. I wont ever use another place for my furniture needs. If you move a lot this is the place to get your stuff. They are more than accommodating and very helpful. You can switch furniture out as needed and if you move they will move it for you. I love this business and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bestway for making my house awesome and furnished just the way I want it.

Bestway is the worst rental company i have ever delt with. I would never recommend them to anyone. For example on the day my payment was due i was at work until 5 cant pick up my phone at work due to policy... Tell me why my father in Vermont called me to tell me that they call him about 10 times. I wasnt even late. I will be returning my t.v. as soon as possible and taking my business to rent a center. On top of that they have fees like crazy. What was suppose to be $25 every 2 weeks turned into $54 cause of all their fees... Like i said Bestway is the WORSE rental company i have ever delt with. My family nor myself will not be doing business with them now or any time in the future.
