Brought my trailer in for a winch to get installed, also hade them weld on d rings and tail light housings, they were so amazing, they went way above and beyond, they also fixed my fenders without being asked . I could list all the little things they did, but the bottom line is just how impressed with this company. I fully expected to pay three or four times as much as I did, but they gave me a honest price for honest work. And this will be my trailer/welding shop for life now. Hands down would highly recommend this shop to anyone/ everyone for now on. Thank you mark.

They have the best fabrication and welding crew you will find anywhere in the high desert. And the busiest, of course. You might have to get an appointment at a near-future date, but when you come in you wont wait around long before you can see theyre working for you.They dont mess around hemming & hawing about what maybe can be done to repair your trailer, RV or tow rig back to factory or even better; or modifying to your desires within logical, safety and legal parameters; they know what those are for your job.Ive had several jobs done there, knew what they intended to do for me, and saw that the excellent work had been done. Even if your problem is a mystery to you, go there to find out what it is, how to fix and get it done; just like that.

Never again going to this shop. It’s a complete scam. Mark is a completely unprofessional and rude. He told me my mufflers would be installed in a week and ended up taking 3 weeks for parts to get in and on top of that he said he could not fit me in for install for 2 weeks later. This place is way over priced I’m just glad I got my money back. He tried to charge me $1600 and I went somewhere else for the same job and got it done for under $500

Mark is an incredibly knowledgeable person and cares completely for each customer. We were stranded in the desert with a broken 5th wheel and he talked me through how to disengage the trailer and offered to help find the adapting 5th wheel. Its nice to know there are still shop owners out there that care and make sure they follow through with their service. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service and fair pricing!! So there I was stuck on the side of the road with a hitch that had failed on my motor home while on the way out of town. I called Mark at A & B Hitches and Mufflers and he was able to move some work around to get me in just after lunch and get me going again!! To top it off he didnt gouge me for the repair work either...it was a fair price and the repair looks excellent and I dont think it will ever fail. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of hitch repair or welding!!

Hands Down the best service in the high desert. Mark and Bryan went the extra mile to get the job done in a fast and clean way for the best price around. Took plenty of time explaining and helping me from beginning to end. I got a fifth wheel hitch installed and air bags everything was done very nice and neat. Mark and Brian have a customer for life.

I was headed to the river when the bearings on one axle on my boat trailer froze. He was busy but made room for me knowing I was stuck. These guys are awesome, did great work and are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Told the owner i want nothing cheap. And he gave me a cheap fifth wheel hitch. Went to another place and paid again and got what i wanted. Told the owner if he can sell it to someone else he said sure for a fee ! Really i used it to get my rig home just one time. Wow will never return and i told all my friends and family how bad he did me.

Mark, the owner, and his whole crew were extremely helpful. Attention to detail was excellent. He understood that, while my first priority was safety and preventive maintenance, cost was my second concern.My trailer was ready same day, and they went above and beyond what I was charged for.When dropping off my trailer, I was able to observe three other extremely happy customers, at least two of them being regular.When picking up my trailer, I was also able to observe an interaction with a customer who was just a little upset, but for reasons outside the control of the shop as it pertained to specific California Rules and Regulations. Even though the customer was upset about the rules, Mark handled the situation by keeping things positive, and keeping the customer focused on the issue at hand. While some places would have thrown their hands up and said, “it is your problem, deal with it”, Mark took the time to explain the problem again, and offer the best solution to complete the job safe and legal.I would definitely recommend A & B Hitches & Mufflers for all their trailer needs.

I have been using A&B for the past 10 or 15 years way back when Bill owned it. Mark, the current owners has been doing work on my vehicles for the past 5 years, odd jobs that a lot of shops wont take the time to do. I have always been pleased with their work, and have been charged a fair price for that work. The folks at this shop are salt of the earth type of guys and were lucky to have their services.

Excellent place to have any type of work done on your trailers. Trained staff, fast, efficient, and communicate directly with you if they find any problems. You can drop off or make an appointment. They also sell parts and accessories. I am a repeat customer.

I have worked with these guys for a few years now off and on. Nothing but a pleasant experience. Today, I called in I wanted muffler and resonator delete on my hellcat. He only had a couple hours but squeezed me and and got the job done beautifully. A+ work and customer service.

Have been long time Customer with several travel/5th wheel trailers getting axles serviced including flipping for increased clearance to various trucks I owned, hitch work, shocks installed with mounts always getting quality work for reasonable pricing. Latest job for Mark (owner) and His Merry Men I thought was going to be a challenge (I had already had work performed unsatisfactory at 2 previous RV repair business in area) to convert the slide drive system in my 38 Toy Hauler which was built with a poorly engineered unreliabe rotary electric drive from the factory. Mark took the job on requiring layout and installation of steel frame supports to facilitate installing an electric linear actuator to move the large 12 L and heavy slide in and out to increase living area in camper. The job was completed in a timely and good workman like manner exceeding my exceeding expectations at a very fair price. I highly recommend A & B Hitches and plan to continue to bring my RVs, and other vehicles to them for quality work at reasonable prices, which is getting harder and harder to find these days.

A&B usually has exactly what I need in stock, and if they dont, can acquire it in a timely manner. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, willing to meet just about any request.

Traveling thru with a travel trailer, they got a brake wire repaired and installed a new brake controller in very short order so we could continue our trip with only one overnight.

What a ripoff company. Im contacting BBB. I was quoted a $160.00 labor cost and a $360.00 total cost.When the job was finished the total price was $520 and the anchoring system is nonfunctional.
