Theyre where good no major complaints.I had my tires replaced but I had told them to remove one and I will keep it as and extra as it was still good and I had go back to remind them and the mechanic there got bothered but other that having to pay attention to their work after that theres no other complaint. They took like 1 hour for 2 tire replacement and a different occasion an oil change took them about 2hrs.

I guess Im happy with the overall price, but its a lot of work to buy them at a deal to save 60ish dollars on a tire purchase. Buy them online, send them to you local Walmart and pay $17 per tire to mount and balance. Its, good, but it took me 2 trips because, unlike you, I didnt know what I was doing

The auto workers in this location are super friendly and helpful!!! More than once I had low tire pressure issue. Each time they helped me checked and adjusted the pressure without charging me, and not even taking my offer of tips. Incredible professional and loving people. Thank you!!!

Extremely nice lady helped she told me up to two hours and one hour later they were done air filter fluid top off windshield wiper replacement and oil change very fast service and the mechanics payed attention to detail the one mechanic told me how to get air out of my power steering which was very nice of him ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND I WILL BE BACK WITH ALL MY NESSACERY MAINTENANCE NEEDS FOR ALL MY VEHICLES

Took 2.5 hrs when I was told 1.5. They didnt do several items they said they would most importantly checking tire pressure when they knew I was traveling across country and the staff was not friendly.

High Quality Tires! Its Very Popular so you may haft to wait for a couple of Hours. We got Four new tires coming twice. In total we saved $150. On the First two tires and the next two tires were on sale and we saved an extra $50. Guess what? Our old Microwave Oven went out. So we got a new one for free thanks to the tire sale! There tire insurance is very reasonable so we got it to. No vehicle inspection. Which means there not high pressuring you into more possible unnessary work.

Got a great deal on my new battery here. They were really quick which was awesome and pretty helpful too. I also discovered that theyre basic oil change is only $19.99 so its where Ill be bringing my car from now on!

Horrible. I went to get an oil change. They told me I had silicone all over. I asked them to show me and they refused. (No silicone anywhere. I did the oil change myself last time. I didnt feel like doing it again.)Then after they pulled my car out my towel I used to wipe down my car was stolen. Like really? Yall work at Walmart. Go get you some with your employee discount. On top of that I was waiting for more than 45 minutes for anyone to tell me they wouldnt do the change. The only employee that was professional and shouldve been the manager was a good guy named Eric. Went to another Walmart and waited a little more than 30minutes for anyone to help me and then they tell me were not taking any cars today come back tomorrow. Its understandable that its busy but the auto area was not for at least 25minutes when I got there. The second Walmart had no one but a few employees standing around being rude when I asked if they can call someone.

I had keys made several times here and they have always been right, every time. I have also purchased several oil change services. Good value for good quality job. The people are always helpful and friendly especially Jerry.

Took my car for an oil change it ran perfectly fine with enough oil. They told it me it had no oil with a supposed leak on arrival but no oil marks anywhere I park then within 20 minutes of leaving my check engine light comes on. Don’t get oil changes here

I went for an oil change and to my tires put on The lady that was at the cash register was so rude I wanted to ask for the manager to see if this was normal behavior even my baby brothers told me not to ask simple questions so I wouldnt get her even more unhinged. But besides that it was an ok experience pretty inexpensive too.

I smelled smoke while driving home from an oil change at this location. They hadnt replaced the cap which led to oil spilling all over the engine block. Save yourself the trouble and pay the extra 50 cents to go somewhere else.

I got my tire replaced from them. I was impressed with their excellent service. Mark was very gentle and his attitude was very professional.

Never tell a customer Gimme your key and never hesitate to return it when instructed to do so. I do not appreciate an employee discussing their personal issues with other employees or religious exclamations when they should be focused on the customer. Dont expect high standards at this Walmart tire shop. Please, find a local vendor to support. This was a mistake and waste of my time to go here.

I will never go back, the first time was the last time and I didnt even get my oil changed. they claim they didnt have the oil filter, but didnt check the floor to see if they had it there. then who ever it was that moved my car, moved my seat and made it comfy for them to drive it 50 feet? Never again, Ill pay the extra bucks to go to the dealership.

Got my truck battery quick. My wife took the reciept and old battery in later for core charge. Customer service could be better.

I can’t seem to get anything accomplished here. I went for an oil change but wanted to make sure they had my oil filter in stock. Girl behind the counter didn’t even look or ask what kind of car I had. Then, told me I would have to find it myself and bring it in. I work Monday thru Friday, I’m not working for an oil change. Went to jiffy lube and they had everything I needed. Then, I had a blown tire and the same woman told me to look online to purchase my tires. Again, wouldn’t look to see if my tire was in stock. I was feeling like the bad service was personal. So, I called. First thing before I could say anything was “hold please”. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.

Good service center but it can be very busy at times.

I was told my car would take 3 hours and it was done in and hour and a half. Everyone was nice and patient.

The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. It wasnt an in an out trip though....i was the 3rd car in line at 7am and it took 1 1/2 hour before it was done.🤔 i dont know if they werr short handed.........

Wal Mart here isnt too bad but you can never find hello etc. A lot of items are placed wrong so you might get a surprise at the check out.

They close when they feel like closing.. The sign says 5 .. Well all our techs are gone ... it was 1 pm

I ordered one tire just one tire and on the date that it was supposed to arrive I called just to make sure that it was there it wasnt no big deal so I waited a few days longer and was told it had been shipped back so much for customer service I hope they shut this place down
