This is the only place in town in the high desert where you can still get parts for classic cars now that pep boys has closed down up here in the high desert. Its hard to find parts anymore for classic vehicles from the parts for 1990s or earlier at napa. You can still get those parts at NAPA. so highly recommend this place because if not then youre just going to be wasting that expensive gas for nothing... check them out theyre not that bad its worth the wait.

They were helpful, quick and it was a very pleasurable visit got what I needed very quickly wasnt waiting very long for service in and out in a timely way.

If you want the right parts the FIRST trip, shop here first. These guys are the best. And if they dont have it, they have several stores in the HD, so they can get it the same day from another store. This is the last of the old school auto parts houses.

I recently visited Napa auto parts on G Avenue in hesperia and in my opinion that is #1 when it comes to shopping for car parts. I had a hard time getting my 2019 kia forte brakes anywhere else but went to napa and they ordered them for me. David was suck an awesome guy with all the hard work and effort he put into helping me being i had them to order me front beakes and didnt know i needed the back David was such an amazing help. Very Satisfied.

I mean they do the job and sell auto parts. To be completely honest though, they never have a problem putting you in the back-burner in the middle of checkout or helping you find a part to answer nonsense phone calls (usually checking the price on an item or the stock of an item). It can get tiring, speaking as someone who has spent money there for years...

Went in evening to pick up ordered parts and there was only 1 person at counter and she was on tge phone with a customer. Why do these stores limit number of people employed close to closing time?

Quick to find what I needed.Something to note...in my case I needed brake pads; the Premium version they had in stock were OE replacements that can be had online for 45.00 shipped to my door. Napa price was almost 80.00. And thats the price I paid for what I needed at that moment.

I was very impressed with the service at Napa auto parts today after previously going to auto zone And being told that the fuse I was looking for for my Mazda 3 was unavailable and the man had never seen that type of fuse before Next I went to oreilly across the street they were more helpful but still told me the parts were unavailable not even by special order then I went to Napa the man behind the counter pulled out a book a paper catalog and matched the part for me and had me apart in less time than it took for the other stores to tell me they couldnt get it

Two people were at the counter one lady at the counter was helping a customer I did not see the other counter person behind I stood there for at least 10 minutes and then finally she looked at not once did she acknowledge me or try to get somebody to help finally she says to mei do you need any help? I said yes I do then she says this other guy will help you. And then she says to me I didnt know you needed you saw me standing there I wasnt there to hold up their counter. The gentleman that helped me was extremely and helpful and had which I can say the young lady did not. He helped me find the product that I needed Id pay for it and left.

Went to auto zone and o reily they could not find me a part and told me the best thing I could do was go to a pick a part I went to Napa and they measured the part inspected the part and gave a me the part in less then ten minutes these guys know what there doing would come here every if they had one closer to were I live five stars from me

Napa Auto Parts employees are always the best, they do what they can to get you the best deal available, always clean, and courteous but this time ROBIN TOPS THE LIST. ROBIN not only got us the best deal on the battery we needed, he recognized that we needed new lifters for our back door on our van and pointed out that they were half price this month got us an even better deal then that. Then to top it off he offered to install them for us. ROBIN at Napa Auto Parts gets my vote for Employee of the Month.

They just know more and normally even have more options to choose from...

Dont buy any car or truck batteries here . Their warranty is only 18 months on their top tier batteries. Go to Pep-Boys they have a 30 month, 36 month and a 48 month. Ill never shop at Napa Auto Parts ever again.

Today I had a conundrum.... I was stuck in my car with my 2 Great Danes and could not get the car alarm to turn off...I just happen to be parked next to the Napa store and thought... what the heck am I going to do... I can’t get out of my car... and I can’t start the car....So with 20 min before the store closes I called to get help....Ben answered the phone and saved me from losing my mind.... Ben came out to the parking lot and took my car key fob and put a new battery into it... then came back out to open my car for me.... the key fob was not the problem so then he helped me out by giving my car a jump....That did the trick.... I am so thankful for Ben working at the Hesperia Napa Store was nice enough to go the extra mile and come out to the parking lot and helping me....Thank you so much for your help....

Napa has always been that parts place for old iron. The staff can still crack open a parts catalog and reference or cross search parts if need. Not freekin key board warriors like the major part chain stores.Pricy sometimes. Excellent quality

Found my hard to get Motor home brake parts. Had most instock, and ordered the rest. Very impressed.

Needed an emissions hose for my 97 328i. Couldnt find it anywhere. Called NAPA and right away my call was picked up by Tim. He helped me out, found the part, ordered it and said it will be at the store first thing tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM. That was done over the phone. Went in today was helped right away, next thing I knew I was heading home to install the hose. Thanks NAPA for the CUSTOMER FIRST attitude.
