I go to this location a lot because they usually have the parts I need. You have a little bit more but the help is knowledgeable. But the last time I have been there i have not seen my regular guys i deal with and when I asked i was told they got transfered to another store. Im not to happy and I will see how these new faces treat me.

The Autozone on Bear Valley & Balsam in Hesperia deserves a negative rating for poor customer service. I was told they needed to charge my battery before checking the alternator. I left my battery at 12:52 pm I was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 hours. I returned at approximately 6:00 p.m. and the battery was not fully charged.The employee kept asking the male manager why the battery wasnt charged and he completely ignored him. He walked right past him as he called his name several times. It was obvious he was not going to respond to his employee so I attempted to get his attention as he continued to serve customers. After several minutes, he replied he didnt know why the charger shut off or didnt charge the battery. I called for a ride to be picked up, and was told it should be ready in a couple of hours.Before picking up the battery for the second time, I called to verify that it was 100% charged. When I arrived, there was a female manager, ROBIN SCHILLING, and two male employees behind the counter. There were no customers in the store (check your cameras). ROBIN said they could not put the battery in my car until tomorrow. I advised her that I was not leaving my car in their empty parking lot overnight. I also informed her that this was my second trip to pick up this battery.ROBIN refused to assist me and one of the male employees set the heavy battery on the counter and pushed it in my direction. When I was halfway to the door with the battery, Robin said they could carry it for me. At this point, I was beyond irritated and ignored her taunt. I advised her that I did not carry the battery in.I had no tools to install this battery and it was pitch dark outside. I could not even see the positive or negative terminals, and I could barely get the battery in the dark trunk. I will take my car to a reputable auto shop tomorrow to check the battery install, as I am a female with no mechanical experience.This store is obvious biased on services they offer for free vs paying customers as the first mgr continued to ignore our questions as he served customers who came in after me. I have never had a great experience in this store and refuse to go back.

It always seems a little busy. Sometimes line wait times can be longer than Id expect for the ratio of customer:cashier, but other than that, whatever Ive needed for my car has been available.

Went in to buy an air filter but they didn’t have it, so the parts manger that was there ordered it for me. When I went back to pick it up the day they told me it would arrive, it turned out their vendor canceled it. I never received any notice of any kind and while I was in line I noticed one of the parts managers rolling her eyes like she was annoyed by the customer. Totally unprofessional. And when I finally received the part, it turned out it was the wrong filter. I specified everything about my car and they still got it wrong. The whole staff makes it seem like they’re working for free with their attitude they give to customers. The autozone on Main and Maple took better care of me and the environment is much better. They told me they would call me when my part arrives something this autozone never even mentioned. Never coming to this Autozone again.

Seeing if I can get a good deal got a bundle.

I love Auto Zone. As a woman I dont feel that stigma of being taken advantage of when it comes to Auto Care there. I had to get a car battery and the technician Larry helped me. He was courteous and so professional. I get all my car parts and accessories here because of their great warranties. With being on a fixed income, Auto Zone is the place for quality auto parts, great pricing and wonderful service. Thank you Mr. Larry you made my day!

Great service in helping us find certain products, and they referred us to Napa for other products. The associate was still learning and almost sold us the wrong product, but we made it through it. Great location and area was clear of debris while enforcing strict COVID standards.

Anthony F. was such a tremendous help! So kind, courteous and skilled. My car wouldn’t start, had to get a jump to get to the store, and he helped diagnose that it was indeed a bad battery. He quickly changed out the old one with a new one in the parking lot, and I was good to go! He saved my day :)

They had the 33 spline alternator tool we needed. Napa didnt even have it . They did pretty good .

I realized I purchased the wrong set of windshield wiper blades, but due to getting off of work late I arrived within 5 minutes of closing, the manager noticed my headlights pulling in and rushed to lock the doors before I could enter, I approached the door as he got there and he held the doors closed to keep me from entering. Several employees were behind the counter and two or three customers were still walking around the store shopping. I dont think it would have been that big of a deal to allow one person in. I believe that is terrible customer service.

The staff is friendly, and helpful. They helped me pinpoint an air control valve. The vehicle just kept stalling out. A new person there sold me a wrong batfery for a friends vehicle though - so thats why they dont get a 5 star. They offered me to bring it back, but assured me it would still work, so I didnt take it back. They said it would still be covered by the warranty too.

What can I say? Its AutoZone. My car loves this store and so do I.

Customer service is off the charts. My parts were not yet placed where they go for pick up and the clerk called us immediately when they located them. It was a busy day and they still took the time for us.

Shane was very polite, respectful, and a very outgoing person. I came in because of a faulty battery he tryed his best to make sure i got the best battery for my car. He even tryed other batteries with more power. Unfortunately my car couldnt fit a larger battery but I deffinetly respect him for trying. He was very skillful and knowledgeable about what he was doing, I give him 11 out of 10 stars. I will continue to shop at this location because of the help I recieved from Shane!

Very unprofessional. I called to find out information on a part I needed and they hung up on me. Called back to speak with a manager and they had me on hold over 10 minutes and once again hung up on me😡

Needed a part, was headed out of town next day, they said it would be there at 9:30. Showed up at 10:30, they said any minute, 3 hours later they said not in this order, maybe it will here there at 7pm.

I want to change battery,went to another store, the man told me : he cant install the new battery for me because Covid,so I come to this aotuzone,they replace the battery for me .good service,recommend it to everyone.

Ive met some good people here at AutoZones and they some of them are very polite and business ready. Not like OReillys who you can see if you go to the front of the entrance and look to your left across Balsam and Bear Valley Rd. Sometimes I match prices because it is about what pleases me/the customer. Well! Thats all the time Im gonna spend on this post, today. If they become my number one auto parts store one day and I just happen to run across their survey I will post what my personal experiences have been like from this time to that time. They may have more kkk than OReillys but Im not here to judge anyone, at least not at this time but know this! Im about The People!! God bless you Auto Zone. Came in this morning. After waiting in line for a few min they decided to help a customer that wasnt in line and the older man that works here tried to argue with me on who was waiting longer. His co-worker told him that I was. I walk up to the counter cause yet again Im next. He looks at me and says Im late for lunch, clocks out and walks away. The only reason I am giving this store any stars is because of the employee who helped me after and apologized for his ignorance.

Well I normally give 5 stars but I have to give a lower rating this time simply because I went to buy my break pads and I was asked if it was 5,6,or 7 lug... So i told them 5. So they said well the computer says 6. And I said well we went through this the last time when i bought them. I was told it was 6 lug and I get home only for my neighbor to tell me its 5 lug. So the manager goes and looks at my truck and says well it looks like its a six lug and thats what the computer says... Only to get moaded!!!!! When the manager looked at my spare and counted the lugs it was 5! Like i had said... Maybe if I was a dude I would have been believed from the start.. And the sad thing is the first person that helped us was a woman...

I just moved to the area and my battery died and went bad. They went way out of there way to help me, send me to a trusted mechanic who could help with other issues, jump my car, on top of being friendly and making me feel like this new town could be home. So thankful I walked into this store.

Always helpful and patient with the less mechanically inclined such as myself.

These guys do a lot even when the line is almost out the door they do their best to keep cool and treat everyone with respect.You cant expect them to know everything but most of them are super knowledgeable and will help you out as best as they can.

McKenzie at this autozone was more than helpful. Lost my receipt to a part that was given to me at a different autozone that was wrong. McKenzie did not give up until he found my purchase record.Somehow, AutoZone computers are not showing the proof of purchase so McKenzie did it another way, then he found it, gave me an exchange, and awesome customer service. Very patient and took the time to help a disabled veteran out, much obliged.
