This place provides some of the cleanest, freshest meat in the area. Purchased lamb here and it was honestly the best lamb I’ve ever purchased in the DMV. The meat is trimmed perfectly and does not have a meaty smell. The owner and staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Love this place but probably for a different reason than most others. If my wife or mother throws me out to find an authentic Indian Kitchen item then this is the place to go. What you can’t find at those big Indian grocery stores, like Lotte Plaza, you’ll find it here.Visited couple of times here & I think the prices are fair but doesn’t beat other neighborhood stores.I don’t eat meat so I can’t review on that aspect.

I come all the way from Arlington just to do my eyebrows. Ruby is amazing and super friendly. Even the staffs at the store. I go there every two days just to do my eyebrows and groceries. Everything I need they have it at the store.

Do not go here if you value your time. I stepped in at 7:00 and stepped out at 8.40 for chicken? Are you guys breeding the bird? They encourage to call and order but never I got exactly what I wanted. I order 3 lbs I end up getting 2 or even less. Sometimes the cut itself is not what I want. Fair price halal, Please work on your service.

I dont usually write reviews, but my experience with Fair Price has been so upsetting. Whenever we order there, they usually get one or two of our orders wrong . Usually we dont say anything, since they werent a big deal. But this time, we needed a particular item that they forgot to include. We called them and they said that someone will come and deliver the item. No one came. Not even a call saying hey, we cant make it. I called again the next day and they said that theyll deliver it. Again, nothing. The 3rd day I called and instead of apologizing, they got defensive. I understand they may be short-staffed and may have other issues, but please swallow your pride and have some form of professionalism. If you cant make it, please call and let us know instead of saying youll make the situation right and then do nothing. At the very least apologize and accept your mistake. Heck, if they had said yeah, were not replacing your order. too bad it would have still been a lot better than my experience with them. The reason businesses like this can live despite their lackluster professionalism is because they fill such a niche market, which is a shame.

I adore Rubey!!!! She is the only person that I allow to do my eyebrows after she fixed them from looking uneven for the longest time. I definitely recommend her 11/10. Such a cute work space and super friendly. She is very flexible with her appointment and even last minute walk ins. Even with covid going on she’s very clean and per cautious.

They have all kinds of desi products. Rice, legumes. Halal meat, frozen vegetables, frozen desi ready foods like Shikh kabob, Naan, Parathas. Sweets, desi cookies, varieties of Indian spices & ready mix as well. Good place to shop. Friendly environment.

This is my go to place for organic lentils and spices. They also have a limited number of other organic items. I am hoping they add organic meats soon as I normally get their antibiotic free chicken and it seems to be in high demand.

Very terrible service at the meat section. There were 2 guys working there. The customer in front of me ordered a whole lamb and one of the guys started to take care of his order. I have waited for 15 mins in front of the counter and none of them asked me what l want. Thay also do not use any gloves or something when touching the meat you order. I really got mad and left the store.

Ruby has been the most amazing person in this store. I visit the store 2x a month for my eyebrows and I am extremely happy with Ruby; I have been seeing Ruby for over 4 years and yes, I am lucky and honored to know this woman. As you know, no one can attach eyebrows once done wrong but, Ruby has always done an excellent job with precision and most importantly, she is the most effecient, effective and professional person I have come across in this business. I have met several customers and at times, the line is unbelievable due to her knowledge of her craft. Wonderful and kind hearted is her nature and I find that real soothing what a sincere person.

The meat fridges have no lights. Many expired products. It smells unhygienic. The staff are friendly. I wish they could improve this place. It has a great potential but it is very neglected and left to be bad with no maintenance obviously.

A different international grocery shop; it has many products and goodies from the Middle East and north Africa. Their prices are indeed fair and I like he butcher shop inside, you can buy nice fresh and healthy meat there.I also love the bread sold here.They recently renovated the shop and made it more accommodating.

I am always treated nicely by Mr. Naeem of Fair price store. He is always upbeat and vibrant. Actually, I witnessed his calm demeanor while dealing with an irate customer. They have good verity of international and national products and prices are usually reasonable.

I always come to do my eyebrows with Rubey and I only do it here. She does them very nice and I love it. Also, we buy stuff from the store because of her.

They say u can order meat on phone and pickup but when u order on and reach to pickup the meat they say its not available. And the person who is cutting meat is using mask at all he is rubbing his hands on nose again cutting meat with the same hands without cleaning his hands which is not at all safe be cautious when buying from this shop.

They have almost everything I need. The zabeeha halal meat is very nice. Good quality, cut in front of you so you can easily ask for special cuts or customize your order. A little slow service at times and the rest of the store lanes are not easy to navigate as there are no signs telling you what this lane has. The homemade samosas at the counter are nice too.

Never again I will go there. They have good stuff but serve different people differently. For some reason one of the butchers thought I do not deserve good meat and gave a spoiled meat from inside while others standing in front of me was served differently. Not sure what the preference is. Sorry for other good people there.

Rubey eyebrows in the back is the absolute best!!! She is the best at doing your eyebrows! I go to school at VCU and refuse to have anyone touch my eyebrows so I drive 2 hours to get them done by Rubey. My eyebrows were a mess before I came here but ever since EVERYONE complements them and all my friends come here! It’s also a grocery store where my mom comes to shop (it’s lovely) fresh everything!
