Every time I come to this dollar tree since August around 6pm the store is has a hand written note saying there close, but the store hours on the door say something different. They need to be more professional then a hand written note and change the store hours on there door if they close early.

I cant tell whats going on with this store. The inventory is really low, and looks as if theyve just cleaned up after being hit by a hell of a rush. The shelves are mostly bare. That said, the store is fairly clean, and the staff I encountered were nice.

Wide variety of products that can benefit many households. It is convenient and at a decent price. It is useful, especially in this time

The atmosphere seemed unfriendly as I walked in. I was able to get the things I needed and pay then leaves. Not the greatest Dollar Tree I been to.

This Dollar tree is always closing early with hand written notes on the door. They need to keep up with there stock and organize as well !!!

I love buying greeting cards for 50 cents each. Plus lots of other odds and ends for a dollar. Easy parking. Friendly employees.

I loved shopping here but today the cashier was soo soo soo very rude to me even if i gave a friendly comment but she didnt say hi or by or resp9nd to anything, she threw and slammed the stuff in the bags. And was not very nice.

This is probably the FOURTH time that I come to this dollar tree and yall are not ringing me up correctly for my items. I got 2 lollipops for 1 dollar (sign right above it) and she charged me 1 for each. I understand mistakes happen as I too work in retail, but you all have to be on top of your staff because that is stealing. It could be 25cebtd, I honestly do not care. Its my money and you are taking it.

It has been few times i went to this store, and every time i noticed the rude cashiers.I understand that many people dont like their job or position. But, this is not an excuse to be rude with the customers.Whoever is the regional store manager, he/she may need purify this store.Very average store, not expect too much from this store.

Be careful! the entire stuffs in this store are not following a protocol. They are not wearing any glovea or masks. They touched so many items from so many people and not use at least a sanitizer or clean there hands. Again be careful!

Great stuff

For many years I bought expensive wine and glassware from Crate & Barrel or Pottery Barn ($7-$15 per glass). Now I buy them at Dollar General. They look the same and my guests automatically assume they were bought at the pricey stores. Who am I to ruin their good time. 🥳😎

All items are $1. If you need to organize your house, you can get your $1 containers for organizing

So this store is always poorly stocked, and many things not placed in logical places, boxes of inventory just shoved onto shelves, and other stock stacked on floor. This was today, and for a week or so I think they were having an inspection because everything was tidy and fully stocked. We are now back to their normal protocol, which is so disappointing. I go 3 times the distance to Sterling so that I can go where I know things will be in stock and in a logical location.

The Staff is great but one Male manager seems like he cant speak English and should not be in that position.Cashiers (most are friendly and helpful) . . . the Manager who has been there​ since it open is very helpful as well...I like shopping here when possible.

This the place is absolutely horrific. The cashiers are bossy, crude and lack hygiene. They do not have their prices marked properly in the computer there has been countless times I have went in for a 2 for $1 and both items ring up 1$ each. The manager seems like he care and will try and make things right but the pure unnerving stress that the lackies cause makes it simply not worth it. I wanted to give this place a 1 Star but it wouldnt be nice to the manager.

This is the best kept dollar tree I have ever been to. It is always well stocked and clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Your dollar goes the extra mile here. Just be cocscious of the expiration date and you will be fine. Not all Dollar Trees are the same but regardless lots of similar items for sure.

A great place to go when setting the offspring up in their apartment kitchen and getting my supplies for crafts. Many times I have come out with more than I went in for!

This place is a dump. Its filthy and the shelves are bare and never stocked. Take the time to drive to the one in Chantilly. Its bigger, cleaner, and stocked. Dont bother with this one.

It is a true dollar store. Everything is a dollar or less. My socks, for example, were $1.00 and quality products. Some items were worth more than we paid others were just okay.

Avoid this place. Avoid this whole shopping center. They will tow your car and demand you pay $160.00 to get your car back.

The worst location I have ever seen. I go to steriling and annadale. This is the worst. Always out of stock. Rude cashiers . I mean RUDE . All of them they always change them and all are rude. Throw the bags .talk to you like why did you come and make me work.Give you one bag and dont you dare to ask for more bags. Put all the 30 items you have purchased in one bag. No organization at all.If you want to ask (the manger ) about something you are looking for. The answer is like go search yourself. I went there multiple times over couple of years. Bad, rude, out of stock and unprofessional all the time. Zero stras.

I have been to this store twice and each time shelves were empty, boxes in aisles, and in need of a cleaning.

You arrive at 8:50 PM and they wont even let you in to buy absolutely anything even though it only takes you 1 minute to do so, claiming that they are already closed when the sign says they close at 9PM. I arrived at 8:50 and they didnt want me to pick up an errand that didnt even take me 1 minute to look for it. You go during the day and there is no one to help you find what you need.In the invoice they add 1 additional suspicious tax that is not seen in any other store in VA. Anyway, everything is of super low quality even the service they give you.
