Lotte has a variety of everything from meats, (fresh, frozen apply for everything), vegetables, pastas, dairy, breads, cookies, etc. for different tastes and cultures. Asian, Tibetan, American, Hindi, and more around the world. Exotic and ordinary, fishes too. The prices are average for this kind of supermarket, some are very expensive depending on the level of exotic. Overall the ordinary stuff is one to two dollars higher than others supers, but they have specials per week and some vegetables are at a great price. The cashiers are not very nice, a little rude sometimes. Looks clean, but its a little dark inside. I didnt smell bad odors or have seen something bad. The quantity of what you can imagine is really interesting. Enjoy!.

Really nice Grocery Store.Loved all the available options. They also have lots of Indian and Asian options. Great seafood section and beer options.They also have lots of veggies to select from. It’s right near Elden St in Herndon. There are other Lotte Locations around Northern Virginia.You’ll find almost everything needed here.

Not the biggest Lotte mart but I think better organized and maintained and stocked than the others. Still a decent size in a very large and pleasant shopping center. The fresh seafood section is compact. Cant comment on the quality of the pampano fish because I bought because I havent eaten it yet.

Good products! Just read your receipts carefully, was once accidentally charged $100 for a $3 piece of ginger. Total seemed awfully high and when I asked they apologized and fixed it, but just be careful.

I get most of the fresh produce vegetables here. I should say that I found some of the expired items still in the racks but the management was prompt to acknowledge and get rid of them once notified.

Typical Korean market with Asian foods. Vegetables are fresh and inexpensive. Other shelf items are not top quality. Check expiration dates before putting into basket. Very little floor help, indifferent attitudes from the Korean cashiers and clerks. Not your daily shopping store. Not recommended.

There is a good collection of asian groceries at this store. Management should be pro active in removing expired food items from the counters. I had to be very careful to make sure I didnt pick an expired item. Quality control needs to improve for sure.

Items must be returned within 7 days. Well, it took me more than 7 days to discover my unopened bag of dried rice noodle has a corner torn open and is likely contaminated. Tried to return it this afternoon, and the customer service lady laughed at me like Im crazy for trying to return it past 7 days.Well, now I know Lottes level of customer service is no better than that of some random Chinese grocery store in Chinatown. I expected better. Guess its time to try H Mart.

We heard that lotte has recently been opened in Herndon, VA. So we have decided to give it a try last week. The store is good and well managed but little small compared to chantilly store. Few groceries and vegetables are also missing but they are offering some offers to customers since it is a new store. We will be definitely be there for some time later for more review.

Cute little supermarket, tidy, very well stocked. Felt like a Whole Foods without the entitled people crowding the aisles.

This place is smaller then other lotte plaza where I used to go. But I like this place is clean and new model. Got fresh vegetables which I like most. I go this place for groceries because this complex has many others nice stores.

Combined with Sai Saravana Bhavan restaurant and groceries helps to get both at one stop.

While this place has some good deals and items you wont find at standard grocery stores, Im pretty appalled by the employees who either dont wear masks at all or only over their mouth. Some customers seem to have the same lax attitude about them as well, so I am going to be looking for another venue for the things I normally get here.

Store was very clean during covid-19 pandemic, felt very comfortable shopping there. Has fresh, essential vegetables that you would expect from a quality Asian Market. Meat was very fresh and clean.

Small compared to their other branches. Fresh produce section is good. Lots of snack items does NOT display the price. There is NO price checker near aisles.

Great store! Not as many items as the larger Lotte on Metrotech, but this location has the best fish! Any store that carries Barramundi is not playing around. And they always scale their fish to perfection. The produce always looks great and fresh. They have the basic staples and loads of spices. Friendly service and good prices.

Managers there know all of the Indian items. They give good detailing of item location when asked. If they don’t have it on shelf, they get them from the back.

Great selection of Asian food related stuff. Exactly what weve been looking for to get restocked on our noodles and sauces. Produce and meat looked good. They even had a halal section if youre looking for acceptable meats.

Got peanuts in shell, sugarcane and some vegetables all are spoiled and smelling just after 2 days. Horrible peanuts in shell have molded and have so many flies in it. Sugarcane is completely rotten inside. Habanero peppers they were fine when we bought but gone bad with mold in a day even though they were refrigerated..Horrible experience, definitely not going again and will never recommend it to anybody.

Purchased item a few days ago. No sign was posted around the merchandise or receipt stating it was non refundable. I came in 2 days later, today, to customer service and was told it was non refundable. They then showed me a no refund sign which was located off to the side of the return counter. It’s too late to let customers known it’s non-refundable if the only notice is placed at the return counter.

Zero customer service they put wrong price signs infront of the products and they don’t apologize for the customers inconveniences.I normally shop there because it’s close to my house but not after today’s experience.I wanted to buy an Indian dessert and it was marked at $3.99 on the shelf when I came to the cashier she ringed it up for $7 and when I told her the price she went to the manager James Lee who started to lectures me about how I should read the description and they shouldn’t be responsible for putting wrong prices and of course I walked out very angry and not coming back again 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Go to place for Indian vegetables and groceries. This place has everything i need. A bit smaller than the Chantilly Lotte, but still serves well.

Adventure in the produce department! Row after row of amazing fruits and vegetables, many which I, an American suburbanite with a fondness for world cuisine, have never even heard of. I spend a lot of time on my phone in the aisle, googling how to cook this and that, hoping to find a recipe thats within my capabilities. Today, I bought banana flowers, which are apparently great in salads and stir-fries!

Asian store, you will get most of the stuff. Vegetables are fresh compared to near by Indian grocery stores and price also better. I visit this place to buy vegetables and Indian spices.If you compare to other Lotte stores, here you will have less options and vegetables are not fresh all the times

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!They don’t have a proper public relations or customer care. They don’t care about customers.all they care is money. I bought 2 rice bags yesterday 30-5-2020. When I came home I realized these are the raw rice bags which are different from the ones I get regularly due to the confusion. Now the next day (31-5-2020) when I tried to call Lotte plaza and inquired about refund policy, they Said it’s same day return and it was no where mentioned on the receipt or product. It’s a total disgrace and cheating for customers.Please do not buy here

This is new branch of Lotte in Herndon area. This is little small over Chantilly Center but I like this one better than Chantilly. This one is less crowded and they do have really fresh produce. Over the weekend, Chantilly don’t have good quality of fresh produce but I am not disappointed so far with this location.

This store recently opened and I will say that this is the cleanest Lotte that I have ever been to. They have a great selection for fruits and vegetables. I docked a star from my review because the store seems small compared to other Lotte stores. It seems like they are missing alot of merchandise and variety of products that the other stores have. If you are looking for something and are in the area, its still worth a look.

This supermarket has a great variety for ethnic shopping needs. The store is a bit small but the selection us fantastic. I can find a lot of Latin items I cannot find in other supermarkets.

Vegetables are not fresh at all, I went almost every day evening in a week but i did not find. Lotte brand should provide fresh vegies all The time. For fresh veggies do we need to go to other store 🤔? Hope management will consider my review and provide fresh vegetables

This Lotte elden St is worst store to visit....they are selling open disposable face mask whichawhich costw cost 40$.. I went to store to replace that they didnt accept it and the manger at customer servicetservice was a lady and one man ( name I dont remember ) they are very rude and arrogant with their customers...they said as per rules and policies we cannot accept any returns...even though I said I want replacement not returns ...as it was already open but they said we are not responsible you can throw it.

Best place to buy Indian groceries, vegetables & fruits in the area. Well managed, clean store & smooth fast checkout process than chantilly lotte plaza.This is one of the newer stores in the area so I enjoyed some of their launch offers too like free jute bags :)

This is a great hidden gem in Herndon . It is a clean international market. It to me is like a big 7 11 with a friendly staff and decent selection presented at the proper temperature.

Prices are about average at this store. They offer many Asian groceries that are not readily available at other nearby stores such as Moms or Whole Foods. I like that they accept tap to pay at their credit card terminals.

Best Asian market chain stocking groceries & produce, plus Indian, Japanese, Korean & Chinese prepared foods.

You can get fresh veggies and fruit at low price here. They have varieties of fish and meat (incl. Haral) and processed foods (Korean, Indian, Japanese, Chinese etc.). They do not have bakery nor food court. No sushi.
