I was in and out fast store is well organized and shelves are full great price

We stopped at this Kroger on our way toward our next campground. We try to shop at Kroger whenever possible because my husband is a retired Kroger associate. This store was clean, well stocked and easy to find everything we needed. We had great service from all the employees. Our cashier was Stormi. She was super friendly as was our courtesy clerk. Unfortunately I did not get her name, or the name of our deli clerk. Although this store was a little smaller than some, we pretty much found all the stuff we usually buy. The produce department was especially nice. Everything was fresh and well stocked.

Krogers...I invite you to take my receipt from today and then go to Brookshires in Bullard or Tyler and see how, if you can find what I got today or even the quantity, you cant get it at the same price or quantity in Tyler/Bullard. When you realize you are like $150 dollars cheaper for the same things please convince Tyler we need a Krogers. All we have are Walmart and Brookshires. I work in Henderson and choose to shop here instead of Brookshires when I have a large run to make. Thanks! #SavewithKrogers!

I usually like this store. I had business at service desk. When I came in atore, the lady was leaving and said she would be right back, so I went to do my shopping. I saw her at desk as I was heading to check out. Gone again when I got there. WaWaited⁰0Waitingforovmimumin,minstilnot

I live in Garrison & have been shopping at Kroger in Nacogdoches. Have been unhappy with that store. Selection is poor, its clustered & not well kept. Thought I would try Henderson. Shocked at the difference. Its so clean, open and well stocked. Its my go to grocery store from now on!

Pharmacy was a little backed up, but not too long of a wait.

When I must go I get there early in the morning and have been very disappointed in how poorly the employees comply with masking the women who work in front are pretty good except on the customer service counter the men who stock and tend to the produce and bread are terrible and tend to wear their masks as chin decor there is a 50/50 chance that the person restocking meats will be compliant and the suppliers bringing in stock apparently aren’t required to even make a pretense of compliance

Has the most aggravating self checkout and only 2 cashiers. So much easier just going to walmart instead of standing in long lines or dealing with the most aggravating self checkout system i have ever dealt with

Great prices easy access to store from the main street and side road . It also has a gas station right on site . The employees are helpful and they are very nice .

These guys work to make us, the customer, happy. First sight of lines backing up and a new lane opens. They stay on top of that. When Ive needed help I can always find someone!! Very important fact. Their meat department has always been a pleasure to work with. When I have had questions they help me. When I need a cut of meat they cut it for me. I know they are busy but I have never sensed anything but sincere help. I truly appreciate that!!

Kroger management needs to visit any Brookshires deli to train their employees!! Customer service is awful, and there are disgusting flies all in the deli.

I live 1 mile from this store and I’m in and out of this store on a daily basis. I love the convenience of the store but can go to Walmart just as easily. This location doesn’t care anything at all about customer service. They usually have one cashier and force everyone to either wait in the line or self checkout. My primary complaint with them happened a few weeks ago when my mom and I went in to the store to get the weekend specials. We shopped probably an hour and then preceded to the checkout where we found one cashier a kid named Andrew. The line was probably 7 people ahead of me so I grabbed my phone out of my purse and started checking to make sure my digital coupons were all loaded. While I was waiting another person came up and opened a second register so the line had to move back so the next person in line could go ahead. I was still waiting when another person comes to check so once again we have to back up so the next person can go ahead, so this time as I am moving back to go into the new cashier a lady comes around the corner and rams me in the back with an electric cart. I did have a lot of pain when she hit me and she just kept on going. I guess I was kind of in shock so I went on through the check out then immediately went to the customer service desk because I was in a pretty good amount of pain. While I was waiting in the line at the service desk I noticed some of coupons didn’t show up on my receipt so when it was my turn I told the lady about my coupons and asked her to call a manager. This is not my first time dealing with her and every time she is hateful, absolutely no customer service skills at all. So I am standing there in pain asking for a manager all the while she is yelling at me about me not knowing how to add the coupons and all I want is a manager to which she refuses to call because she says she is a manager. I told her to call the store manager and even threatened to call the police just to get to talk to a manager. She finally calls a manager who is outside smoking and talking to some lady who was outside when we got there. Finally a manager who identified herself as Diane came up and I asked her to check the camera so I could identify the woman who hit me on the cart and she said they don’t have cameras in the location of the checkout where I was hit. I asked her to do an incident report and she refused this also. She did take my phone number and name after I insisted on this. I also asked her to either refund the $150.00 dollars I had just spent or fix the items that rang up wrong. She had to find someone to fix my receipt because she didn’t even know how to do this and I absolutely refused to deal with the idiot I had just dealt with. After I left the store the manager Diane called and told me she reviewed the video tape and it looked like I was to blame so I told her I would like a copy of the video to which she refused. Never heard I’m sorry or are you ok just hatefulness.😳Really Kroger’s

Store is very clean and organized well. Customer service is awesome. Electric riders for handicapped are old, need service or replaced. May leave you stranded

1st time visitor. Came yesterday and I found some things that Wal-Mart doesnt have in my town. Seems like a small neighnorhood grocery store. Thankfully I had a Krogers Card and saved on my grocery bill. Friendly & helpful cashiers. Would most likely visit again.

Great prices on their meats...But I always freeze in the store cause they have the dang ac on when it cold out side. Someone in corporate needs to fix this problem.

This was my first time going to this store. The purpose was to pick up my Rx so while I was there I decided to get a few groceries..it looked like a half deserted town store from the westerns!! Shelves half empty and outrageous prices.. with Walmart right next door I dont see why theyre still in business.. I hate shopping at Walmart but seems as though I have no choice!!

Horrible!! My cashier was very rude. Her name was Kimberly. She was angry that I used coupons but, I only had 6 coupons and none of them were the same. She even charged me for two things that I didnt even get. I had to go back in and talk to customer service. What makes matters worse is that the store manager was right there and did not say anything about her actions.

Theres this one blonde cashier that is always rude and never accepts my coupons. and always tells me that her dad is the manager but im not entirley sure if thats true. all the other cashiers are very polite and i have not had a bad experience with them.
