I would give it a higher ranking, but a lot of the items are priced over $1.99 and not marked as such. Also some items in My Opinion are just not worth that price. I mean come on? Why charge so much for a lunch meat that you can get at Wal-Mart or any other Grocery Store for a little bit cheaper and more current on Use By Dates. My wife wanted to get an Oat Milk, which I believe was just a $1. However upon reading the Use By Date, it was already 4 days past the Sell / Use By Date!!! How can you sell spoiled milk? As well as some or most of the Fruit and Salad Mixes were either starting to rot or had soggy brown lettuce in bags? Do you even check your product before stocking or restocking? I notices 1 employee just putting new in front of old as well as the milk. How is it that you have 2 variations of milk with 5 different use by dates???

Dont buy milk here! Not only did it say it was 1.99 and we were charged 3.99, but when we got it home we realized it has todays date on it and its already gone bad a few days later. People be careful what you buy here. I also bought basil and sage in the refrigerator section and they were both bad when I got them home as well. Not a bargain if Im out six dollars!!

I love the 99 cent store and can spend an hour just looking around. This store is well stocked most of the time. If your looking to practice social distancing dont go here though. Their floor markers are worn and some of the signs at the register are completely gone. I had a lady behind me that was brushing up against me while waiting her turn. The staff is never that friendly but they had a new door guy today who was super nice and made up for it.

Extremely polite employees and helpful. They need to get more traveling cases such as plastic soap cases and plastic tooth brush holders. They had none in the store. I ended up going to Walmart to buy them.

This is my first time to this visit store. I was headed toward the big chain dollar store when I saw this along the way and decided to try it out. Im sure glad I did. They seem to have all the same staples as the chain store, but oh, so much more. Prices do vary but this allows them to offer so much more, all still at great prices. And gotta LOVE the purple shopping carts!

I brought romaine lettuce from here for my guinea pig 2 months ago and when I first got it I washed it and it felt like plastic and it taste so weird. And I stopped giving it to my guinea pig and left it in the refrigerator for a whole month and it hasn’t aged at all! I will never buy food from here again because it’s fake food. I kept it for 2 months 1.5 months in the refrigerator and the last half of the 2 months I kept it sitting out to see if it would age and it hasn’t

I wouldnt even give the store on Boulder Hwy one star. I used to always shop there wearing my face shield. Earlier this week I was there and had no problems. Tonight when I stopped I was turned away. I was told that I needed a mask as well. I am elderly and cannot breath well with a mask. I also go all over in Henderson and Las Vegas and have never had a problem with just the shield.I went to another 99 cent store and no one said a word about my shield.I will never go to this store on Boulder Hwy again, unless I get a written apology to show the person Manning the door.

Need more cashiers than stockers. Please cross train stockers. Only one register open out of all of them. Not good store practices.

Super friendly staff

I like this 99 Cents Store. The salespeople are very nice and helpful. The frozen food as well as the fresh fruits and vegetables are plentiful. I go to this store at least once every two weeks or so. I am seldom disappointed in the quality of their products.

Store needs better external lighting. Be careful in this area especially after dark. Clerks are pleasant and helpful.

The parking lot has lots of spaces open all the time, the store is okay, wish the aisles were a little wider, but they have all the stuff that you would expect to find at the 99 cent store and then some, the staff have been very friendly and helpful so far and all the visits that I have made, reminds me of a little neighborhood store.

Convenient location, always plenty of parking. The store itself isnt so bad but given the area youre gonna have some iffy people wandering through that arent really there to shop, theyre just going to harass you and try to get you to buy things for them, effectively panhandling inside the store. Unfortunately the employees cant seem to do much about it, but it isnt really their job in the first place.

U know this 99cent store to me is one of the best as far as the staff goes I have been going there long enough to know everyone but I am one of the quite ones and dont know any of them. But I want to say that I would call them team players. If you ask them they will help you the very best they can. Some 99£ stores are just that 99£, some decent prices. First of the month they lacked enough people on the front end. Checkers were called, they came up talking to each other, one said did they call for help, they other said I dont know if I should open. I politely said I think you should. She was very friendly alto the little girl in front of her (hair all up in braids) she has an attitude, no warmth hand on her hip waiting on a customer to get beverages from front. I liked the older lady that helped me. Warm, friendly, a kind spirit.

They have many dry food and canned items. Household cleaning items,toys,school supplies, animal supplies go and see for yourself you will be surprised at what they have

Clean. Cashiers are friendly. Lines arent long. Great value for your money. I always recommend tourists to shop at 99 Cent Stores to stretch their vacation budget. From cereal and milk to wine and cheese. Toothpaste and laundry detergent to garden soil and car motor oil. Curtains and partyware to home decor and charcoal. Its there.

I hadnt been to one of these stores in over 15 years. Everything is not 99¢ anymore, but they still have a little bit of everything and its fun to pick through the aisles.

There was hardly any fresh vegetables available.

Good selection of products and a large selection of frozen items. Love the large selection of large tooth paste. Massive tubes only 99 cents. Dare you to walk out with just 1 item!

A very popular shopping venue and has been fairly busy every time that I have went there. The staff try to keep pace and have always been pleasent during my visits and parking isnt a problem. Bring a quarter if you want to use a shopping cart.

For some reason my EBT card always has to be entered manually. When I first started using it there I was accused of using a fake card. Nobody would point me to a manager and each employee I asked said they were the manager.Yesterday I stopped in to see if they had my wifes favorite drink mix in stock and was stopped by who I assume was the manager and told I couldnt walk through the store with my backpack, which ironically was on my back. She said they have a lot of problems with kids wearing backpacks and stealing. She told me to put it behind a unused register. I am almost 60 years old with absolutely no criminal record. I asked her how she could guarantee my backpack would be safe and she said nobody has ever had one stolen before. I really think she harrased me solely because I am an old white man. How many 99 cent items do you have to steal to make it worth while? I just dont get it.

A 99¢ Only Store should only offer items that cost 99¢ or less. They need to change their name or Only Charge 99¢ or less per item! If it costs more, dont sell it. Its quite simple.

Big store with a lot of good deals to choose from. They are always bringing in new product which makes it fun and interesting. I save a lot of money shopping here. I could spend all day here.

I love this store!! There is so much to pick from. Of course not all is brand name. But you ask fellow shoppers who have experience with those items and they will tell you. Great for many home essentials, candles, wall or home decore I bought the same things for double at Walmart, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent and softener Awesome is Awesome, different bags from snack size to lawn, toiletries that are painful, dod and cat food and toys, collars as well, the produce is pretty good too just wash it and on to top of so much more it is CLEAN! The restroom could use a little love but I try not to use any public restrooms. Everyone is friendly and so happy. Its a go too for sure!!

They do have a lot of every day items for cheaper than a regular grocery store, but lately their prices have been going up and the quality has gone down. This store particularly is not in the best part of town, and is not my favorite 99 cents store to go to. They should not be called 99 cents only stores since a majority of their products ate now over 99 cents. Just keep a look out for price tags to make sure you arent paying more than you think.

Had bought wallets there that supposed to keep ur cards safe they keep breaking less than month when I took them in to complain & want refund they tell me they have a 7 day refund policy they should have a 30 day@ least! Dont like going THERE beware
