This was a quick trip for one item. They didnt have what I wanted so a little frustrated. But I managed to find several items to buy. Unfortunately they have most checkouts as self serve and at least half were not open. Why shut them down and make people stand in lines when there is no paid checker who might have times of no one in line but is still getting paid. Leave all self serve open so we can Check out faster.

Its a good Walmart. Great location if you live near Sunset Station. Very clean inside. Parking lot is filthy though. Wish they would pay someone to maintain the outside.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart. There cheap for my budget and nice people, help out people who need help with things. Great prices.

Stephen was amazing . Very kind and friendly. He made sure I was in the system for online grocery pick up he even brought out my order. He also made sure the items I didnt want were no longer on my cart.

I am glad and thankful they have the order on line and pick up service it saves me a lot of time and the workers who load my items to the car are always very nice.

Great store to get all your basic necessities as well as groceries. They are always full and especially with renovations the store does seem a bit empty but dont be fooled! This store still had a lot to offer! The self check out registers are always filled with customers, but thankfully this store has at least 5 people on register which is great!

Such a super clean Walmart to shop at. The workers are super friendly asking you if everything’s going well and if there is a certain items/products that are on your grocery list that you are looking for in any aisle. I seriously miss the McDonald’s inside Walmart. it definitely hit the spot just to get something for breakfast/lunch/dinner after finishing grocery shopping.

I had a return and the lady at customer service was great to deal with. Very nice and helpful. I gave it four stars because of lack of organization and stock in the auto department.

Love how big the place is but they didnt have much stuff pulled towards the front of the shelf that I have to climbed up or reach all the way to the back on a few items. I did hurt my foot on one section n my arm on reaching out for another items. Disappointed, hopefully they keep up with the whole organizing soon after they read this comment.

Prices are always good. Crowd mostly pleasant . Only problem is theyre going to all self checkout, pretty soon wont be any live people there. But most stores seem to be going that way.

Worst experience ever at this location! Pickup order was supposed to be ready from 2-3pm. I arrived around 430pm was told system was previously down and they are just picking order from 6am. Meanwhile, a worker comes to my car with an order for someone with a 4pm pickup time. Fast forward to 630pm and 5 conversations with alleged managers and still no groceries. Will not shop here ever again.

Be ALERT!! A good portion of this store and parking lot is a construction zone now (July 2021) so things are all rearranged inside and out... give yourself extra time If you must go there. And if do go there - Good Luck.

Great store but the funniest thing is the nicest people and smartest people in the store are both in the electronics department - Kent and Taylor! Kent is super nice and really makes sure he follows thru with any need you have and Taylor is the Energizer Bunny of finding and setting us up with the most incredible Cell Phone deal I ever saw!!!!! Despite running into a couple of obstacles (that were beyond her control), she persisted and got us into the best phone deal we have had in 15 years!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We went into the store this afternoon to use the photo center and selected the one hour service with a pickup time of 5:35pm. We show up at 5:45 to get the photos and the gentleman at the desk says they aren’t ready…after an awkward staring contest he says hold on and disappears for a bit. Once he comes back he informs me it will be another 30 minutes and they will be ready. I leave to run som additional errands and return after 7pm. I go to the counter and a different guy tells me the SAME thing, that it will be another 30 minutes. At this point I’m annoyed enough to talk to a manager and she informs me not to return until I get a text or call saying the photos are ready. I leave and as soon as I get home, the text comes through they are ready. My wife kindly offers to go grab them while I finish a few chores at home and when she arrives to the store…THE PHOTOS STILL AREN’T READY! They tell her that despite the text informing us the order is ready they still need to cut them all. So, she waits around for them to be cut and we finally have the photos. If you enjoy your sanity, print your pictures elsewhere.

Drove here from Meadview for batteries. Seems Arizona quit stocking them. Bought 8 to complete my solar....

Not as crammed with items as most stores. Good Covid protocols, but the people checking receipts at the exit touched EVERY ITEM WE BOUGHT, with their dirty plastic gloves and commented about some items. I rarely shop at Wal Mart and every time I go, Im reminded why.Curbside grocery pick up; great system, nice customer service, but they are consistently OUT OF STOCK on multiple items. And then, when they substitute, they dont do it intelligently. Example: ordered diet variation which was out of stock, so they substituted non diet. Ordered plain flavor, got a different flavor. So, do not let them choose substitutes. Also, out of stock items are also an in store issue: they do not replenish their shelves as they should.I shop there when I HAVE to, not because I WANT too.

Pretty big. That said, all of the Walmart stores have the same problem, so many selves empty. Either they dont have enough employees, or they are on constant backorders.

Walmart on marks was good. I found everything I needed. The check out was real fast today. Only one complaint, the cashier could use a class on trying to be nice. She was miserable.

I am not a Wal-Mart fan, although it is convenient to get what I need there at affordable prices. Mostly convenience of timing these days, because I rarely shop for much there anymore. I am canceling big biz from my life methodically. Today the store was surprisingly not busy at this location. And I was able to checkout with an actual real person assisting me at the checkout, not self checkout.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest Walmart Ive been in, in a long time. They even have a Regis hair salon, and Leah is absolutely wonderful. She will be my stylist from now on!!!!

It’s Walmart in east Las Vegas what more can I really safe - staff is rude shelf’s are not kept stocked ever and if you need baby formula plan on a 30 min wait.

As Wally Worlds go! This one is busy, and in the back corner of the parking lot, Ive seen so many accidents here! But its a busy busy place especially after In and Out opened up on the other corner!

Visited this Walmart off of Marks Ave to purchase groceries and to return and item for store credit. Well organized store. Customer services desk was already closed however, at 8:30pm when we arrived, so we couldnt return our item.Was able to shop for our grocery and personal care items. Did self check out and left. Very adequate parking available.Will return to this location if were in the Henderson area.

We are from out of State and found this store to quite as nice as those back home.

I understand that they are doing some remodeling, stock seemed a bit low, wasnt as clean as others I have been to. But staff was friendly and helpful

Does Walmart tends to be a little crowded but its closer to where I live so I like going here they usually have a lot more items than most. Customer service is really good theres always a lot of people around to help. The fruit is great here

I love this Walmart. They are so laid back and helpful they don’t badger you and I love the whole shopping mall they are located in. Except this...The new return policy is not very customer oriented more like made to block thieves and their true customers are left sol I just think a billion dollar company would care more about customers being happy with their returns than trying so hard to save money off the few hustlers that return bunk they won’t even give me cash for my debit purchases when I have the physical card and receipt and can prove my purchase they even checked cameras once! And still would only return it to the original purchased method when my debit card was inactive now because I switched banks. So I had to leave with a gift card. I was livid. But it’s in their policy now so I shop here less now.

This place is looking much better than it used to now that theyve done sooner renovations. The new lanes for pickup dont make sense at all though.

Only thing I have to say is when Im dressed like I have money they dont ask for receipt at exit but when Im dressed poorly they inspect receipt and items. They do the same to others Ive noticed. Maybe staff should be more consistent? Either check all the time or be more random?

Good customer service but the wait is so long for the curb side. I received a notification saying my order was ready. When I got there, I received a notification saying they are preparing my order. I was actually waiting to pick up my order for 22 min.

If I can give zero stars I would. I had to call that store due to some a-hole using my stolen card and made purchases at the store. After waiting on the phone to speak with someone, some lady comes on the phone, she was very rude when I told her what happened, I asked to speak to the manager, it was Saturday morning so there’s no reason why there wouldn’t be a manager available. I can hear her laughing in the background while I gave her the information. I think she didn’t even take my information down. If you are going through the same situation, I would suggest calling 1-800-WALMART because trying to get through to someone at this store is nearly impossible!

The store is usually stocked sufficiently as well as kept clean and presentable. The staff is often very helpful and will be able to assist you in finding any products when needed. Conveniently located near Sunset casino and inside a shopping center. Overall a good Walmart to go to.

Very upset i tried multiple self check out and had a hard time. There was no cashier available and when to customer service and the lady was sorry we dont have enough personal and we dont have manager on duty i demand a store manager and i need help were you put your things on a belt the cashier rings it up but there was no oneFinally a really nuce team lead cameover and assisted with help and took me to a cashier and the young lady in the self check out to help us she was really rude and was not happy to help us but i was so upset over this situation i wanted to just walk out but again team lead guy had no voice he had a wispering voice i forgot his name but he really help me and family out at the end to loose a customer like me would be a loss to Walmart because how much money do we spend there a year

You get what you pay for, so some things fall apart but on the whole, Walmart is great with returns and have everything we need. One stop shop. Ive never had any issue with Walmart themselves but maybe something cheap, Ive been upset that its broken but they have higher price points that wont do that. So while Ive had bad luck with some items (mostly furniture) Everything else is Amazing.

Superstore where I can depend on discounted grocery staples and clothing items. Parking is usually accessible & reasonably convenient. Special parking stalls are available for pickup of pre-ordered items and for disabled access.

Its really improved over time. The employees seem to really enjoy work at this store. They would break out into song, literally and much to my amusement, as they worked. Its not a Disney movie but they seem pretty happy and it makes the experience a lot better.

Experience was the usual for Walmart. Adequate yet unremarkable. As usual they are out of at least one item on my least consistently. Store is really never that well. Its usually in some sort of disarray. If the bags get any thinner they will be transparent. I had 4 items in the bag one was a glass bottle. When I got out of the truck at home... You guessed it bag tore on its own and there goes the glass bottle of syrup.. All over the driveway. Do the bags really have to be that thin? Spend the extra penny or two on a bag that doesnt tear or better yet hows this idea.... Make a durable bag where youre not loosing that miniscule savings on the bag I used to double up with.

Had what I needed and wow no fist fights this time. Way to go Walmart

Good Walmart. They have a good grocery section. Wide selection.The rest of the store is pretty big. They have mobility scooters available.The lady at the door when I visited was cute. She was very serious about her job, and I really appreciated it.

Nice store my only complaint is if you want to pay with cash you have to go to a cashier and they were only two. A big hassle but the store was nice and clean and our cashier was very courteous

It was fine! Another usual trip to Wally World. It was ok except they are moving things around and re blocking lanes and low on stock (frustrating). And listening to the older women upset about their receipt doesnt show their purchase price refunded . And screaming in the store. It didnt do it. Everybody was alarmed. So yes just another great shopping at Walmart.

I give this review a 4 star only because I was not directed by the electronics personnel as to how the warranty worked. As I walked out of the front door, the guest advisor took the time to share with me the details of the warranty that I had purchase, how it worked and what I needed to do. Her assistance was very much appreciated.

It was so hot inside I felt bad for the employees who were working. They were so understaffed that their was only one register taking people who had cash and all the others were self check-out. The bathroom toilet were absolutely horrid, overflowing and clogged with toilet paper and wouldnt flush. GET IT TOGETHER.We all know how much you profited off of this pandemic, have some decency and put some of that back into your store and to your employees. Target would NEVER.

Super busy and packed. Short line tho they had a ton of cashiers. I waited behind 2 ppl and it moved quickly. Needed something for a headache traveling through town. Easy access right near freeway. Had a section with Acetaminophen and a car charger right in the front of store for convenience. One stall in the bathroom was dirty but the others were clean. They had some clothes on clearance right in the front, so I even grabbed myself a skirt.

Wow, is all I can say. Every single employee was spot on, polite, friendly, professional. This obviously has an awesome store manager & managers and has everyone is buying into what customer service really is.. their paycheck. Kudos to this store, the best run store of any that I have ever been to actoos the country, and not by a little,.hands down and not even close. Congrats team!

Check out clerk was great, but was the only clerk open in the main checkout. Line was backed up with 7 customers to check out groceries, with a 25 minute wait. We realize there is a shortage of help, but we saw many other employees walking about in pairs, chatting (or perhaps training). Just thinking that maybe checking out customers could be a priority. People waiting were definitely getting frustrated. But again, the check out clerk was great, and moving as fast as possible. Busy store!

Went to Walmart to get a laptop. They didnt have the one we wanted in stock, but were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us (Electronics). They told us where/how we could get the laptop even though they didnt have it.

Don’t even bother with the grocery pick up! It’s useless! I waited over a half an hour for my order, it was ready and hour before I arrived, complete chaos!, in a half an hour of me sitting in my parking space I saw four orders go out, some lady pulled up and seconds later she got her order, from a guy I never saw take another order out. Not sure what’s going on in the back room but it’s complete chaos! I could’ve been in the store, went shopping, checked out and been back home already!Useless absolutely useless

Terrible security for certain items. They knew about scrapers for Pokemon cards and this is what we found in toy asle: 3 booster packs shredded and there wasnt a security camera in sight.

Pretty fun, large get some hot food cold food tvs and more. Walmart only has one draw back...imagine keep that one to myself....I dont very much shop it much...when I need to support more local stores. No to the big box. Everytime, go to Walmart when in need of a rollback price. Find your local shop support the local business man. Pay for select service and authenticity.
