This is one of the better stores Ive been too and has lots of random stuff. Picked up a bunch of Halloween stuff to decorate around the Home. Really cant beat the deals here. Its in a very convenient location. Easily walk out with over $20 worth of stuff!

This store was much cleaner and larger than most of the others. Now ifvthey could add enough cashiers to avoid line of 7+ it would be great!

I know it doesnt matter to the employees of Dollar Tree but me as a customer it does matter and it doesnt matter that Im handicapped but I am I asked for a few items and where they were located in the store and all they would do is point and say 3 Isles down to the right it took me awhile to find the things I was looking for as Im hobbling down your Isles in your store looking for this packing tape! Your employees need to be at educated on customer service! If you want to know what Im really talking about go to WinCo and ask them for any item in the store they will take you right to that item and help you get it not at Dollar Tree!! Theyll just point and say where the item is at not very customer service friendly the manager acts like she is the president of Amazon that gets paid 26 million dollars a year she needs to be fired have a great day

Love this store. Always love bargains, (who doesnt?) But the employees here are always very nice. And man, they take abuse at times, FOR NO REASON. There are wayyyyy too many Karens that frequent this location. And they really abuse these employees..I appreciate each and every one of them.

Its always good to be back home and grabbing a few things for the house cause this store always stocked compared to what I see in texas.

Its okay. I mean, its Dollar Tree.That being said, this particular location is better than some. Items tend to be stocked well and the organization is pretty decent. Its not a dirty store at all and for the most part the staff is great.

Extremely slow service only two cashiers and long, long lines. Cashier rude and didnt use separator wanting me to wait until finished with 1st customer before I start loading. Isnt there training for these employees??

Okay I don’t usually review dollar tree cause it just seems a bit out of place to do so, but today I tried going to this dollar tree and it was crazy. The store was too packed and too many people were in the store. No social distancing whatsoever and some customers were without masks. We are in a pandemic and it is dangerous and while you cannot enforce limits, stores should try to do their best by limiting the amount of people in the stores. I had to leave cause it was wayy too many people and it freaked me out.

Worst customer service ever. Lois was our cashier. Me and my girl went inside a bit before the closed to get some last minute items. While I was looking at the merchendise displayed at the end on the cashiers I hear the cashier get mad and say cmon you cant do this now because I was looking at toys for my son. I let it go and proceeded to pay, before it even asked for a receipt or if I needed a copy the cashier started pointing her finger torwards the machine in a rude manner before the message even popped up. There was a customer behind us and told us that that same cashier had given her Attitude before us prior that same day. Lois doesnt seem to be able to interact with customers in a professional way but in a rude manner instead. Made us feel not welcome and kept rushing us to hurry up and pay. We got to the store at 940 and left at 9:56 before closing at 10:00. I will contact corporate or the general manager about this in the morning because I did not want to keep wasting my time arguing with someone who obviously doesnt care about customer service

I dont like to specifically point out people at places I review, but I must say the Manager to this store is just awful. Shes insanely rude, we can tell you dont want to be there, so maybe she should quit and leave the position available for someone way more deserving than her.

Everyone is nice and pollite, helpful I love shopping this Dollar tree store TAMMY THE MANAGER IS EXCEPTIONAL, GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME, I BUY WATTER BY THE CASE AND THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY NICE TO LOAD MY CAR BECAUSE IM ALMOST 80 YEARS OLD.

Nice large store. Lots of stuff. I think everything is a dollar. You need to know what is a good deal and what isnt. Good videos on YouTube about Dollar Tree. Clean, well lit, and nice employees although expect to wait to check out. This Dollar Tree has frozen foods which apparently not all of their stores have.

I really liked how they re organized the store. The flow is definitely a lot better now than what it was. Only problem besides almost always having long lines, is that they now charge for bags! I mean we are not California, and its the dollar store not a high end store, we shouldnt have to be paying for plastic bags. Reusable bags are great but you have to remember to bring them, and when you are in a rush its not the first thing on your mind.

Lois was cashiering last night. I was talking to my 5 year old grandaughter and try to call my husband at the same time while on line, when Lois said something about putting the dividers in the conveyor. Of course I wasnt paying attention to anything else.She then told the customer in front of me somebody is not paying attention I realize then that she was referring to me!Then when it was my turn, I got 3 big water bottles, she said you dont have to put the three bottles in the conveyor, one is enough Im sorry but I always put everything in there when going to the market.I have no idea what is allowed or what not, in any case she could explain how it works in that store.She was absolutely rude, I did not hear her talk to another person like she talked to me. I am Latina and I was the only Latina in that line.I never hear her say hello, did you find everything you need? Like in smaller stores.Is a shame that for first time I was in one of the biggest stores Ive seen, and the staff is incredibly rude, not once but twice in 5 minutes.I did not say anything to her or talk to a manager, because my grandaughter is a handful, and because I was in a hurry to get home.

The smell of cat urine in this store is overwhelming. It was strong near the door so I tried to walk in further but it’s the whole store. We had to leave without shopping.

They close 30 minutes before I asked if I can grab a gallon of milk they told me no when I asked you should be open for another half-hour they said there closing time change

Very clean great customer service. Special thank you to Vanessa she was very helpful and that she was bilingual was even better. However how is it that there is no lights in the parking. Very dangerous for anyone shopping and for the employees as well.Update the next day after this post about the lights being a saftey issue that light issue was fixed. Awesome

Im literally never coming here again. The lady that works at night makes me feel like a complete inconvenience in her life. At dollar tree you actually pay only ONE DOLLAR, unlike the 99c ONLY store where u need to say If anything is over a dollar, please let me know. I heard that Dollar Tree is thinking of following 99c only, PLEASE Dont. So many people rely on the outstanding value and savings you provide.!!

Lines seem long usually, sometimes 2 check stands are open (out of 4), Everything is always $1.00. They do have some frozen and refridgerator items. Customer Service is on Par, could use a little more upbeat personality. Could use a little more help on the check stands. . I feel thats the only down side on coming in. . . Hit or miss on the lines.

I ran into this place by accident.. a co-worker found Dukes Mayo in $1 Jars.. and brought me a few.. Dukes is a southern brand, and I have it shipped cross country.. Needless to say they didnt have anymore, and always have different brands... But I picked up all kinds of stuff while I was there... everything $1..... WOW..... Great place for office party supplies... paper plates, foam bowls, plastic silverware... CHEAP !!... LOVE THIS PLACE

I went in for balloons. The girl was super friendly. I needed specific colors and she went to the back to get them.I had to return because I didnt get enough. Without blinking an eye she came right over and helped again. Thank you for being so nice and helpful!

Of all the dollar trees I have gone to (and trust me, I go to every one here in Las Vegas) this one has the best bang for your buck and is always well stocked with way more items than the other stores.

This store off of Stephanie is great. It has a great selection a little bit of everything.

Everything is great except for the long lines when checking out. Employees are super too. If theres no extra employees to help with checking out this becomes harder for employees as well as patrons.

My daughter started to have heat exhaustion and the workers and the manager on duty was extremely caring and helpful. She went above and beyond. I believe mod was kenya sorry if thats not her name. I would highly recommend this dollar tree and the manager get a raise just say in.

Everythings a dollar, this particulqr store has brand name grocery products compare to other dollar stores like m&ms, kit kat, takis, pistachios, cokr, fanta, etc, I do recommend.
