First time being in this Food Lion with only 11 Aisles. Different looking than the others Im used to seeing at other various Food Lions.

Would not recommend using the to go app. Great job of shopping I assume but I waited 20 minutes to get groceries and had to go in because another customer was waited before me after arriving 5 minutes after. Also got home and was missing 8 items. Had to go in myself to get the items because the manager said they were too busy to get them for me. Not great customer service if you can’t to it right I suggest getting rid of the option.

Nice neighborhood grocery store. Great selection, low prices, not too crowded and fast.checkout. they also have a deli and bakery. Everything I have tried from there was top notch quality, flavor and value. It sure beats that overcrowded national chain store a few blocks away. Better in every way.

Its an old Winn Dixie inside and it needs a remodel. But the staff was nice.

We always shop at this Food Lion because its closer and more convenient.

Love Food Lion and their meats and produce. Love them because in this pandemic they have kept their most important products in stock.

Went there specifically because they listed Apple Cider as in stock online...Was told that it was seasonal for Thanksgiving.Apple cider is a MAJOR part of the Yule holiday. Next time Ill go to Walmart.

Need to sanitize carts and keep carts in the store more

Shopping was crazy this morning as it was the day before Thanksgiving but there were attendants helping shoppers with open lanes to check out which was extremely time effective. They didnt have any soft drink specials that rate in the buy 3 for $10 and such which was disappointing so I will be buying those at a different location.

I went shopping for my 72 yr old brother. I found eveythi g he needed and some. Things are fresh and help is always somewhere to be found if you arent able to locate it. Love FL

Clean, pretty much stocked with items I needed except Lima beans. Parking lot clean and well lit. Staff polite and were sanitizing the shopping carts.

Always clean and busy. I always go here and do my shopping. The people here are friendly and always ready to help. I like the deli section because they always have good hot food prepared ready to eat. The deli also has a good bakery with fresh food cakes and everything from fudge to cupcakes. Always fresh as well. Deli meats are a great option as well they even serve platters for business lunches

The young lady was very helpful. Let me use her MVP card so I wouldnt have to go back to the car. She was the assistant manger running the cash register. It was great store. Clean and was in and out.

So I only grocery shop at Food Lion. I usually shop at a different location. Never will return to this location! I was so disappointed on my last visit. Deli was closed because of no staff. There was no hamburger meat or steaks. They didnt even have kraft mac and cheese stocked. Major issues going on!!

I shop here and pretty much all the other foodlions, never really had a issue with anything, but I would like to aware people to check there meats very good before and after you purchase them. I always check my stuff and it seems to be good quality meats . A few days ago I purchased some pork chops and decided to cook them today, so as I was taking out to wash them before I cook them 2 dead flies was inside the pack . I was very upset and didn’t have the receipt to take them bk cause it’s been over 2 days when I got them and I didn’t keep the receipt

Hard to get help finding product. When I did get the help I was given the wrong information.

When food Lion has the sale they have a sale you save lots of money on name brands love it

We drive across town past two other Food Lions to shop here. All three in my family are disabled and the staff goes out of their way to make sure our shopping experience is great. The store is always extremely clean.

Every thing was fine except the service desk. Every one was on a register when I came in they apparently got busy. Waited for 7 minutes before someone broke away. 2 people waiting in line behind me. One finally left.

Food Lion has replaced brand name products with their own brand. Poultry brand name is limited to one company Perdue. All other is their own. My fav olives removed. The list goes on. Moving my grocery shopping to Harris Teeter they carry all brands plus more.

Only Food Lion within a 10 Mi radius of allowing me to get cash back! Thank you Food Lion

This Food Lion is close to my job. Its quiet and easy to get in and out with what you need at a good price.

Great service! Staff was very friendly and didnt mind having a conversation with my kids about random things. They checked me out quickly even though my kids were asking 100000 questions and didnt mind answering them.

I went there to pick up a few things. Customer service is great.

Store itself is great. Big selection, very clean. However, when I arrived at 7:15 PM, three employees were huddled up chatting. After selecting my items, I returned to one cashier actually working. She had a line 4 people deep. The other employees were still in the store, but not opening another line. Unnecessary wait for customers does not make them want to return.

Check out bagged vegetables and dairy together then said they didnt receive enough bags on truck when it was called to his attention not to bag together. Better training is needed
