The kids that work there dump fruit on top of the other fruit, which results in all the fruit being bruised. And the management does not honor marked prices even when they made a mistake marking it. Prices too high anyway, and they refuse to carry organic produce.

Coming from my home in Florida where everything, including the grocery stores are big and always busy,its such a nice,welcoming treat to comeback to my hometown to a clean,friendly and easy to shop in grocery store like this Sureway.

Cant shop in here if you carry a backpack or large purse or diaper bag (as employee stated) without relinquishing it to their possession. Pity because this is the only place I can shop for food to walk it home and I have to hide a backpack outside just to shop. Horrible customer service on their part.

I know you may find it odd to rate a smaller grocery store 4 stars. In this age of nameless big box store and self check outs sureway offers superior customer service. They still have bag boys carry out your groceries. They are happy to answer questions. They are very customer focused. Also they have awesome fried chicken. Give them a try

They are a little more expensive than Walmart and I understand they are a smaller business, but the meat they sell is much better than Walmart. They have a very friendly staff. Overall I prefer them than Walmart.

We have 3 Sureway markets in Henderson and this one is the best. The store is well stocked. Its clean and has the best deli. Their fried chicken is so good and very reasonable . Deli food & chicken is always fresh because its sold so quick. Staff are very friendly. Meat dept has some of the best fresh meat.

Eastgate Sureway Supermarket is an awesome place to shop. They bag your groceries and take them out to your vehicle!

Came to Henderson to check on my mom. New rule about masks being worn all the time just started. Made a grocery run for mom and a giant blonde haired woman behind the counter in the deli was stomping around laughing and hacking without a mask. It wouldve just been disgusting before. But considering the circumstances, its unprofessional and negligent of the company. A smaller woman was also behind the counter cleaning while wearing a black mask. I dont know why she didnt correct her coworker. I wont shop there anymore and by the look on the faces of other shoppers who watched what I saw, I wont be the only person to avoid that place in the future.

I love being able to run in and out so quickly, at Sureway. Sometimes they dont carry everything I need, such as Mascarpone Cheese, and Swiss Miss Mocha Cappuccino, that I needed today, for a recipe.However the friendly, ample staff makes up for this.Plus, they have the best fried chicken in town!

Price is more on lots of items compared to going to WM or another large store.Their deli is pretty good for the chicken, catfish and other items. Id definitely recommend Sureway for this. But just like WM make sure to look at the price first.

This is the second street location which is the largest of all 3 Henderson locations. Therefore there selections are larger. Especially in produce and the deli. The store is normally clean and neat except on Friday afternoon..ha

Great Customer service!!! In all of my life Ive never shopped at a grocery store where the Bagger helped me take my groceries out. HOWEVER, This place is really expensive. Even more expensive then the prices in Evansville.... 3 giant cans of green beans, 4 large bags of corn on the cob, 3 cases of sodas (3 for $10) was $45.00 (geesh😲)

My husband went into Sureway this afternoon to get some chicken that was on sale. When he brought it home I looked at the receipt and that instead of them charging a dollar a pound they had charged $1.59 a pound. When I called the store instead of the people in the office handling it they transferred me to the meat department. The guy I talked to said Well it was only $.59 I thought to myself no it was right at $5.00 with all the chicken we bought. It made me mad so I sent my husband back to the store and told him to return the chicken and get our money back. We live out in the county and by the time it was all said and done the chicken had been out of the fridge for around 45 minutes. I wasnt going to take any chances with it being spoiled. Weve got spoiled chicken from them before. It is ridiculous that they want to act like it isnt anything. No telling how much money they have cheated people out of today.

A lot of variety better decent price and easy to get to off the main drag, I just wish theyd miss the move those stinky cigarettes containers from the front door.

I think it’s pretty bad that the Sureway has to buy all these big stores that go out of business and so we can’t get any other stores in here cause they want the business and I know a lot of people won’t shop here and neither do I anymore I’d rather go to Evansville and do my shopping!!
