There is no social distancing, there are people without face coverings roaming around, the workers are tired, the queues are long, and after you pay, there is a long queue at the exit door. Why all this disregard for peoples lives? It is possible to employ more people so that this does not happen, but at Costco, it seems to us that money is more important than the health of customers and federal regulations.

Always a good experience. I found so many things I didnt know I needed until I was here. I love Costco:)

Its costco. You know what to expect. And if youve never been imagine this: a giant store that sells really tasty rotisserie chicken and golf balls in bulk. If you like stores where the other customers dont stop their overloaded cart right in front of you and directly in the middle of the aisle so they can walk away from it to peruse the 150 pound bags of rice then dont go here. But if you have patience and 50 bucks a year to spend on a membership then you can find a lot of value and cases of fresh mangoes here.

I like going here when its not too busy. I seem to be able to get a good time find good parking and love the new self check out!

Good Costco. Good customer service. Has everything that you need for a Costco and then some! They also have local college outfits from time to time which is nice; especially at the prices they charge.

This coco location is by far my favorite!! Yes, I usually always get great customer service from all locations...BUTT, this one is the exception! Management and ALL departments go beyond their duties to help you find, get and answer all questions. They are friendly and so personable that I just cant say enough good things about them!! Thank you Cosco!!

There is always a crowd here but the prices are good the quality of the food is good and people are very friendly

Every time we come to this specific location we always have an issue. We went through the self checkout and one of the employees who were there scanned everything for us, he offered to and then told us we were good to pay. When we went up to exit the receipt checker stopped us and held the line back because “we didn’t scan a case of water” we explained the associate scanned everything for us and she told us we could take the case out ourselves because she couldn’t lift it or pay for the other case, I understand that there’s a procedure but it seems that every time we go we get our receipts thoroughly looked at whereas some of the other customers get the receipt glanced at for a few seconds and they’re able to go on their way out. She counted all items on the cart even before she had the receipt, and usually they check some not count your entire cart. Seems a little discriminatory that Ive seen only happen to specific people not all customers get their items counted.

I was lucky to make it out of there alive that place for at least the last six or so years has been so busy its hard to find a parking spot anyway and yes the wife and I were the only ones with no mask so sad sometimes this world we live in

My experience at this Costcos compared to other Costcos in this town is quite poor. Theyre constantly no longer stocking certain items I buy regularly that other Costcos still carry. Particularly in the dairy and frozen section. Both dairy and produce sections are smaller than other Costcos as well. Maybe because this was the first location ever built in Las Vegas? Not really sure but its rather unfortunate I have to drive all the way to the Business Center on MLK to buy something like Unsalted Kerry Gold Butter when this one is right around the corner from my house.

First time there with a friend who is a member prices are not bad. Store is crowded, and very busy. Wait time a register wasnt bad at all rather quick. Lots of samples to try. Membership required. May need to check that out.

I’m so disappointed. My daughter and I went to get some items and there’s was a female employee was telling customers to move to open self check out lanes. Once we got to self check out, one of our items wouldn’t scan. The light began to flash on top of our register. There was another guy behind us whose light was flashing as well. A male employee begins shouting out for a supervisor. The same woman mentioned above comes. She walked past us to the gentleman behind us. Then she walked away after helping him. Not one person acknowledged us. Then the elderly woman to my side had her light start blinking. The male employee goes over to help her!!!! We waited there being ignored for an extended period of time and enough is enough. So then I asked the male employee to please assist us first since our light has been blinking way before this poor ladies. I just wanted to pay. He looks at me as if I am bothering him and apologizes to the lady as if I am such a bother and disturbing him. Not once did he apologize to me when I told him no one was helping us or had acknowledged us. What a jerk. This was poor customer service. Shame on you bald guy in the express check out.

I always find a deal here love the cash back too. Come early for the gas.

The people are nice, and they have some good deals, the problem I have it is ALWAYS to fricking crowded. I mean you can not even go down a isle without running into someone driving a cart into you. I mean it would be better if only a card member and one other person could come in as now you see 5 or 6 people behind a cart, or limit the people inside, I would not mind waiting outside for awhile as long as I could shop in a less crowded store. I mean isnt the whole idea of a club or membership to be somewhat exclusive, Nope. That is why I go to Sams club more then here and only go here if there is something I really need and I make a list so Im not walking around grazing on the free samples like people do, I mean really you have never had frozen pizza that you need to block the isle waiting for it.

Everyone knows Costco. Theres pros and cons but who doesnt love a Costco trip filled with samples and finding new cool stuff that only Costco has, finished with a trip to the food court!

Almost back in full swing with plenty of updates to help keep people safe such as dividers at the hand wash sink and self order kiosk at the food court. The gas station has green light indicating which pumps were available. Food tasting but no eating inside the warehouse. Defeats the purpose but we have to stay safe. K-cups are now with the coffee maker, NOT with the coffee and cream. Trying to make sense of things with the new normal. This location has a propane refill station, automotive department, photo department and lots of other conveniences. Most other Costco locations took away their photo department. So many employees available to help.

Not to crowded, they were out of best foods real mayo and chimichangas. But honestly it was a good overall experience.

Busy, very busy. Staff friendly and helpful as usual.Ironically enough better service than other bid stores like Walmart.Should visit, even if you dont have a membership, go with a friend that does.Its one of the best shopping experiences youll have.Didnt go to bathroom, there was a long line.

I love Costco. The store tends to move things around every couple days. Its hard to shop there and remember where everything is especially when youre shopping for other people.

You can find your stuff you need in bulk! Electronics are very reasonably priced. As with everywhere else, meat is crazy expensive!

Good variety of items and the shelves were well stocked. Checkout was quick and simple in the self-checkout aisle.

Good prices. What I dont like is how they organized their products which is hard to find and the inventory category is not consistent. Items signs are not well described.

I like coming to this location. It’s close to home and really quick to get in and get out when shopping. Parking sometimes could be a struggle but if you park further to save you a headache waiting for a parking space. This time around I just picked up dinner for 2 nights. Would like to use the gas station but when it’s not so busy. Other than that staff is always courteous and the customer services always is on point when being greeted at the entrance and at checked out register. Oh and call in your dinner if you don’t want to wait at the food court. Saves so much time.

Great Costco location. They have a large selection of electronics and furniture, plus all the usual good stuff youll find at Costco. Im not much of a drinker, but this store has a good selection of liquor also!

Got the pleasure of visiting Costco in Henderson Nevada and it was the first time that I got to see the self-ser ve kiosk in the food court. Just a heads up they do not take cash! So if you would like the food court make sure you have an electric form of payment I believe they only take Visa. The food court was clean the lines ran smoothly and efficient. overall a nice experience at this Costco

Always a crowd but always great selections and reasonable prices.

This is a great location! The employees are hard working and know where everything is at. It can get busy on the weekends so I recommend visiting during the off-hours for the best experience. Also, they carry some of the local craft beer!

If you are an older person in need help with your bottled waters to be lifted into your car dont count on anyone to come to help you when you ask them anytime soon. I ask for help but no one came in with this heat LOL my ice cream was melting so I had to just ask someone close by in the parking lot to help. I am thankful for kind and helpful people

Im a little biased with this Costco, it is my favorite because it is in a great spot in my opinion. Seafood city is in walking distance and there is a Walmart across the street. The gas line is fast and the people that work in this store are great people. Absolute favorite Costco.

This is the best place to grocery shop in Vegas, if you dont have a Costco card, get one! Its worth it. They have stuff there that you cant find anywhere else, even if you can it wont have the same value.

Lines are longer at this location than Ive experienced at others, but the checkers are still quick so lines still move along pretty well.

Clean, good selection like any Costco. Stocked supplies.. There were carts at the door. The lines to pay werent long at all.I wanted a quick in and out, was able to do it in 30 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon.

We all LOVE our club stores for shopping. The pain points are always the many people that you have to navigate around with their huge carts. Midweek around 6 ish seems to be a safe time to get your shopping done to avoid the heavy crowds. The checkers are always spectacular none the less with making sure youre rang up and checked out expeditiously none the less.

Costco Henderson located at 791 Marks Street is definitely the Go To place for local residents and out of town visitors, whether its to Do Lunch as they fill their stomachs with a variety of food samples or enjoying all the Eye Candy of Ive got to have great products on display on the ever changing on the aisles... Yet shoppers there know certain things never change their inhouse location, such as their beautiful double Flower Case. There Members will find a wide and wonderful selection of fresh cut Roses, Mixes, Gardens or prearranged Cubes or Vases... and they can do Special Orders too!

I am a cancer survivor and now 9 years cancer free. I owe this amazing recovery largely to my non toxic diet which is mostly all organic. Costco is the largest organic supplier in the world. They green label all of their organic products making it very easy to find, but I still read the labels.

I love Costco! I’ve been to the other one In Henderson but this one is my favorite one to shop at. They have a team member standing at the entrance to ensure everyone is wearing a mask, the cart attendants are outside sanitizing the shopping carts. When you first enter there are so many deals! I can never leave with just the items I came for, I have to stop and look around because they always receive new items. I love coming to shop here for simple staple grocery items and leave with much more. The cashiers are super fast and friendly (don’t let the long lines intimidate you). On your way out they have a food court where you can purchase pizza, hotdogs, drinks, ice cream sundaes and a few other items. My family loves their pizza and prefers it over other pizza places.
