After the gym I randomly decided to get my covid vaccination and this was the only place in the area with the J&J one shot so I decided to take my chances walking in.There was no wait, they were super friendly and got me in and out including the 15 min waiting period in less than 25 minutes.Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Never have prescriptions ready on time every time they call to say prescriptions ready you go to pick up they cant find it and ask you to wait Another 30 minutes Lousy

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. I turned in the precipitation at 7:00 pm and was told to come back at 8:30. I can back at 8:30, they told me they couldn’t locate my order in the system. I had to reorder it. It took another 15 minutes for them to complete my order. And they didn’t even apologize. This was the worst experience be far. Don’t ever come here.

Just trying to get the simplest prescription, and told its in stock. Then next day its not, and theyll call other stores just to find out at the end of the day they never did. Then 3 days later after they said they ordered the script they lost the order, and never 1 Im sorry.

I was prescribed a medication that every other pharmacy in Clark county was basically like - Nope. Cannot help you.The pharmacy manager here went out of his way, above and beyond to help me. Searched various suppliers, called my doctor to figure out an alternative, etc. I am so grateful.

Most people are nice here. Some people wont even give you options. So... Good and bad. Id like to make the rating lower, but I wont do that and punish the nicer people who work here.

If I could give this horrendous place zero stars, I would. The customer service is.... ridiculously horrible. I usually dont mind the attitudes of those behind the counter, but today, took the cake. The nice, older cashier (forgot her name) is always pretty sweet. However, everyone else at this pharmacy should probably find somewhere else to work. They all go to work with bad attitudes. They must remember, they are working with customers who are sick... why in the heck would we be at the PHARMACY? Have some dang compassion. All they do is roll their eyes and have funky attitudes. After the abuse today, Ill be transferring all of my prescriptions to another Wal-Mart. This staff is completely unorganized, ill-mannered, and just all around rude. Avoid his pharmacy if you can.

I had great service at the Walmart on Marks in Henderson. I changed insurance this year and until I could get my mail-In pharmacy set up I went to Walmart on Marks (for the last 8 months). They were accurate with my prescriptions, sent me notifications when my scripts were ready, contacted my physicians when necessary and generally took care of business effeciently. Most of the time there was a line but the clerk and pharmacist got us in and out very quickly. I think they do a great service.

Is it so much to ask that if you say a prescription will be done at a certain time that it is done at that time. Not make me sit and wait for over an hour more. Sitting at the Walmart pharmacy isn’t exactly how I planned on spending my evening. I’m the type of person that does what I say - so I expect others to do the same. When you say it’ll be ready at 7pm then have it ready at 7pm.

Very unorganized. Had to hop from window to window only to explain everything all over again. Last visit over 1hr of hopping from one window to another; first couldnt find my refill, then says to go and see another person only to say theyre out of the med, then back to another window to call other stores for availability, then back over to another wind or for payment and one more time for an unnecessary consult on a med Ive been taking for years. Geez!!

From West Linn OR and have been spoiled by Al and his crew at the West Linn neighborhood store pharmacy. This place is THE worst pharmacy of ANY brand I have ever been to. Will never go back even though I will be in town for several months. If I wanted this kind of service, I would have gone to Costco. I might suggest that this pharmacy manager visit Al in West Linn to learn what service is! Wish I could give zero stars but not sure that is possible.

Lady taking drop off orders was not helpful at all. Didnt have one prescription so she told me to go somewhere else. She didnt tell me when theyd have it in stock ... just go somewhere else. Great business!

Always problems! Everytime I need refills or new prescriptions, it takes me at least two separate trips to get my meds. Whether using the app, seeing them in person or calling them theres always problems!However, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My thanks to Cassandra and Robin, theyre both attentive and professional.So four stars... Walmart fix your $#@% broken system! And give your staff a pat on the back and a raise.

They seemed slightly busy but so un organized the lady Kelly was so rude. But like trying to be nice but you could just tell she hated life and it definetly rubbed off on the customers. Then I come back to get my order and the Kelly lady never put my insurance card in. They said it would be ready in an hour at 3 I didnt even get it till 830 and still waiting for them to check the insurance

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy in Nevada!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. These people clearly have ZERO idea how time works. If you tell someone 15 MINUTES, why am I waiting 5 HOURS?!?!I would rather drive to LA for my prescription. At least Id know itd be ready when I got there.

I been going there for 3 years. The pharmacist keeps trying to change the amount of medication I get because he thinks it’s too much. He has no idea what my background is and why my dr prescribed me the amount he did. I felt discriminated against. Their job is to make sure medicines don’t interact with other ones and fill my script. They aren’t my 2nd dr. Medicaid approved my medicine so Idk who this guy thinks he is but I am filing a complaint and might even take it further for mental distress since I panic easy

This review is for the pharmacy . . . at least thats what I think is in there as I was NEVER able to get to the front window in the 45 minutes I stood in line.The pharmacy is understaffed to say the least . . . unorganized to say the obvious . . . and just flat out a waste of time and effort.Do yourself a favor . . do NOT have your prescription filled here as these people are slow, untrained and dont give a damn about you. There were old people who could hardly stand that were forced to wait over an hour for a prescription.SHAME on YOU Walmart. If you cant do a pharmacy right . . . . get out of the business!!

Automated phone refill system sucks. Itll tell you your mess will be ready on a certain day and time, then you go to pick them up only to find out either they are out of said medication or you cant refill yet. Same thing every single month for a year.

As with comments by others, this location is notorious for not having medication ready at the date and time THEY say it will be. Today was a repeat of previous experiences and the same lame excuse was given, they couldnt find both my wifes AND my medications.

Order pickup lines have been long 4 out of 4 with only one tech assisting. Two registers are at the pick up area but this area is not customer oriented with one register usage. Sick of delays.
