Love this store. Have been coming here for years and every associate I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. Its a nice quiet location.

I love going into this Gamestop. The people here are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they are patient with my son as well. Its also rarely crowded so I feel like I can talk to the people that work there and ask any questions I have.

This is my GameSpot it is one close to my house and the staff is really nice so they deserve the 5 star and then some.

Great store u are greeted as soon as u open the door by a friendly worker who then asks u if u need any help with anything which is awsome and if u dont they dont ask again which is one of my pet peeves. It is a smaller game stop but if u need anything just ask and they will pre order it for u no problems what so ever. So I give this game stop a A++++

You dont need my money if you cant answer the phone. Ive called repeatedly for stock info. The store on sunset answers on the first ring. Take a little pride in your minimum wage minimal effort job

Excellent service... Apparently all of their action figures are kept up high .. Im sure to reduce theft .An employee broke out the ladder for a set that was up high and since he did I purchased. At check out he alerted me that I had a 5 dollar credit on my account.. Score .. excellent service decent size store but the end of the strip mall where theyre located is a grave yard .. 1 way in and only a few stores

One thing that gets t9 me is a specialty store that has employees who dont know the specialty. This store DOES NOT have that problem. Any gaming inquiry I have they ALWAYS have an answer. Regardless of where I am in town I make it a point to visit this location.

The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the different game systems and I really appreciated that as I was looking for a gaming system and I felt like I could trust the info he gave me. He took the time to explain both of them and let me what the difference between the two. What hit me most was how explained them. I was able to easily understand. What another great thing was that I didnt feel like I was being pushed into buying anything yet as I was doing my research.

The store is clean, tidy and has the new games as well as a good supply of old ones. Prices are fair and are made up with rarity in mind, so if your looking for an impossible to find game then its expected to be a little more expensive. As for the crew that have helped me they have all been helpful and polite.

Been going to this gs since it was eb. clean store and always friendly staff. I like to stop in and check out the preowned stuff for xbox and switch. as an avid gamer I can say gamestop is best for used consoles and accessories and the warranty for used stuff is the best in the industry imo.

Worst Gamestop Ive ever been to and all because of one employee. Every time I come in and this guy is working, hes rude and condescending to each customer. Today, 1/15/18, this guy is working, checking out some kid trading in a PS2 and about 100 games (no joke). The line gets a few people in it, maybe 5 or so, waiting to purchase games. He ignores the people in line for about 10 mins before one person asks if he can ring up the people in line before he finishes this other lengthy trade in. He blows the guy off and tells him hes doing the best he can and goes back to working. The customer left pissed, dropped the games he was going to purchase. I waited another 15 mins or so before being fed up waiting and left my games. As I was leaving, the guy behind me asked how much longer he be and he responded in a pissy voice I dont know, Its going to be a bit. Pretty sure he was leaving too. This guy, William I think, lost the store probably about $100 or so in sales to focus in a trade in that would amount to maybe $20 instead of asking the other customer to wait a second while he helped the faster customers. This guy should not be working in retail at all.

Horrible customer service. Didnt complete there inventory correctly. So I had to drive 20 minutes to be told they didnt have the item I had saved online for that store. Do not spend your money at this location.

I love gamestop, but I only go there for the used games, I have the power ups rewards so I save a little on used games ha.

Good trade deals for XBoxOne and PS4 towards the new XBoxOneX, just make sure you ask about details on trade in and not good towards pre-order bundle with Fallout 76.

A lot of the one star reviews seems very low for trivial reasons. One review is about a guy being denied because his ID was expired, thats on him not the employees. The employees are friendly and Ive never had a problem here.

Take my gamer son here all the time. Always made to feel welcome and their selections are up to date.

So, to begin with we went to go buy a Wii U and they were advertising used for $169 and we went to get one and it was clearly still being advertised but apparently ran out so we paid $200+ for a refurbished one, is it that hard to take down an advertisement thats literally in hands reach? Secondly, we bought a game to go with it and it didnt even work! And all that guy said was Oh its the disk because we were trying to figure out if it was the system and he we had to keep repeating ourselves asking him to test the system to be sure and he finally did after the sixth time. Why arent the discs being tested? Thirdly, I ordered Collectors Edition DBX and went to the midnight release, they sure had hundreds of copies of just the game but not any of the other editions, dont advertise the other ones if you dont know for sure if youll have them or not! Now today, Blazblue was being released and we had preordered A MONTH prior and they didnt even have them? This place is bullshit and the workers suck and are no help at all.

It sucked the clerk ingnored me while in the middle of a transaction to play a wii u for about 10 minutes and then wouldnt let me trade in my games cause my id had expired but im 22 years old and have been a pro member for around 10 years and no other gamestop has asked from my id in like 3 years

Employees are rude and treat you like there in such a hurry!! Answering phone and talking with customers and ignoring me in the middle of a sale! And just this morning on Christmas Eve dude acted like he didnt have time or even care to answer questions asked!!!! B.S.!!!
