I just started service with Verizon and decided to add my wife on the line. We waited about 2 hours to get seen and when I did walk back in the store somebody had skip me a line after I already been in a queue. I came in there for something simple that didnt require that much wait time. I wouldnt go there again.
By far the most useless place Ive ever gone to. Im pretty sure they just make up rules as they go. I can buy an unlocked phone and order a sim online and wait for it to be delivered but you cant walk in and get a sim without the phone?? What difference does it make??? You could tell by the way they looked at me when I walked in they didnt wanna help me. They must not be fans of certain groups of people....

Not the best experience today, which is sad cuz Ive always loved Verizon 😢. My wife had finally paid off her S10+ and was interested in getting one of the new Samsung folding phones. When we got in the store, we saw an ad that said the device was $33/month rather than the $60/month wed seen online, naturally we wanted to find out more. Sadly, our hopes were dashed when they said You dont qualify for that price because youre not on one of our PREMIUM PLANS (unlimited data). If you were on a Premium Plan, your wifes S10+ would be worth up to $800 in trade toward the new device. Since you only have a limited data plan, your phone is only worth up to $120 and it cant be applied to the price of the new device. The rep went further to tell us that for a measly $200/month we could have unlimited data but that didnt include the monthly cost of the new device. My wife is heartbroken over this and all we got was a half-hearted sorry from another rep. I guess Verizon jumped on the band wagon of just wanting more money rather than taking care of the customers that have been with them for so long. So sad.
They never answer the phones and the telephone system intentionally hangs up on you rather than find a human being that can speak with you. The term customer service exists here only in the most negative ways. Beats them actually having to pay real people to assist their customers, I guess.
I stopped in today before noon to fix my screen protector STILL Under warranty on my phone, the female rep. With iPad, no name tagSaid that this product I have under GO WIRELESS branch in English she means I am walking to a corporate store not the others.My phone, my hot spot, and my monthly bill paid directly to the mother ship Verizon wireless since 2013.The product is approved by Verizon why cant they fix it? Or check my account first and try to make a sale and close a deal for Verizon to keep you employed!.
I went with intention of upgrading phones and plan but when I told them what I was looking for, the free phone for upgrade to unlimited 5g, they said nothings free. Your ad not mine. When he knew I wasnt buying anything, he was just rude the rest of the time. Told me to call customer service and let them help me. Wont return to that store!

The Solutions Manager couldnt get rid of me fast enough. I just wanted to pay my bill. I paid it in person last month and a few times before that, but was reassured by the Solutions Manager that since Co-Vid, that they went able to help me. Told me to go on line!
Verizon is overpriced and has terrible customer service. I was with them for 20+ years and they told me I don’t qualify for a loyalty discount. I switched to Mint mobile, got a better plan with more data and save $400 per year. Only when I canceled my Verizon plan did they offer me incentives to stay. Too little too late. Goodbye forever to Verizon.

Was closed on Friday even though we were told on Thursday to come back Friday. I understand its covid related but its bad business to be closed on weekends.
Apparently the store closes at 7pm but if you try to come in before 6:30pm and would like to look at upgrades you cant come into the store. We were told at the door we can basically do everything online. So do yourself a favor and dont waste your time going in person.
They were able to handle my warranty issue in house.

The staff was courteous the display room was clean with hand sanitizers everywhere. They have a good selection of all the current flagship phones but are low on the mid tier ones.
Had a 30 minute wait for service to get options ( phone not charging) but In the end I upgraded to a new phone.

Renee the Air Force Vet was A-Mazing she helped my parentals get their new phones and stayed with us way past closing time helping them with their phones which wasn’t easy since they’re both seniors and ESL. She also made sure their phones worked the next day since T-Mobile wouldn’t release their numbers until 12am so they sed. Which of course didn’t happen so Renee had to call them back the next day to make sure they did it! Kudos to you Chica! You’re the best and hopefully Verizon gives you a massive bonus so well deserved

Its unfortunate. Your hours here reflect that your store is closed today, presumably due to COVID-19. Thats fine. We would understand. However, your hours on Maps still reflect that youre open today. And that is what we used to decide our venture out for services. Please fix or adjust your hours everywhere the next time theres an emergency. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, we were greeted by the manager, she was friendly & explain the new protocols, checked us in & honest about wait time. The store was very clean & social distancing guidelines were great. Helpful & friendly staff. I happily walked out with my new phone.

Well I needed help. And the employee came out with a tablet and I expressed my problem. They take appointments only. I have been a Verizon customer for yrs. I was told to go somewhere else not related to Verizon. Sorry. Not doin it. I have been very unhappy with Verizon here in Vegas. I lived here over a yr. Be careful when you do buy one get one!!!!!! If you will get a new line from it they will charge a bunch for you to cancel the old line. They do not specify any charges at all! And they charge so much to just return..$50 to be exact. Just be careful on the buy one get one deals that include a new line.
Buying my iPhone 11 was quick and easy but honestly I felt a little stereo typed when I walked in the door. No one approached me. I felt like I was being judged off of my appearance. Respect people even if they aren’t in a suit and tie. ( I purchased the phone online before I got to the store ) I was basically just picking up my purchase.
Shavonne who claims to be the manager refused to put the cover in the phone that they sold us months ago. We couldn’t do it at the time of purchase because they had to ship phone, which was also annoying. We haven’t been able to go there because they were closed for the pandemic. She was extremely rude about it and told me to watch YouTube or take it go this other (non-Verizon) store that would charge us. She claims they are not allowed to touch the phones. That’s a load of bull. Do they not know how to wash their hands before and after. Even if they cannot, she could have been more professional. I WILL NOT go back to that store. I wish there was an option for zero stars!!!

The worst phone help services
Needed to return an accessory and was put in the same line as people there to activate phones. A 30 second transaction ended up being an hour. Absolutely ridiculous, this is why people should never purchase the outrageously priced accessories offered with their phone purchase. Better to go to Best buy or order from amazon than deal with this place.

The Verizon on Lake Mead (Target Plaza) is great! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, eager to help . Chris and Jeff went beyond expectations to help me with my new Samsung. I am now a loyal customer. Would not go anywhere else! The Verizon on Sunset is fine for handling a phone you shopped for online already. As 2 of their staff told me, We are just sales.
So I recently bought two new iPhone Pros, and Ryan was so helpful! Fedex even lost one of my phones, so I came in to talk to someone at the store about it and Ryan saw me and helped me right away!! I really appreciate him! Such a nice guy! :)

Cracked phone screen from dropping on ground, but the customer service at Verizon was able to offer a few options. He even told us that there was a protection plan on the phone (I didnt remember adding one, so this was great news). We called the number, placed the claim, paid the deductible, and within 24 hours had a replacement phone shipped to the house.
Customer service was great. I have a severe concussion and the woman who helped me was very patient. I needed new SIM card for my phone. It was free here but would have cost me if Id gone to a smaller store (mall, kiosk, etc)
Im disappointed that I wasnt able to get the Note 10 to upgrade, chat agents told me that an appointment isnt necessary which there is and couldnt see nor touch the devices.
Good experience, switched one phone from another carrier, and saved $130 a month on cell phone plans and got a $150 prepaid card for bringing in my own equipment.Ill take it. Staff was helpful, switched sim card, ported number, easy.
The customer service here was awesome. After they initially welcomed you, they ask if you need help 1 time. They didnt hastle me into anything, they actually let you walk around. I did not end up buying anything and was still thanked and had the door held for me as I walked out.When I went there later, I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Same great customer service as before.
Im not sure whats going on with the Web team that put that this location store closes at 9:00 p.m. showed up around 8:30 p.m. for an emergency gentlemen giggled with a smirk to inform me that the store closed at 7p.m. dont appreciate this web not being updated. As well as waist a trip for being ill informed about the closing time.

We came here hoping to upgrade two lines and waited for 45 minutes before even being asked what we needed to be helped with. Very lazy staff that wasted our time. Go to the Town Square location instead, they are way better with customer service!

Adam here was really great. He was very diligent and professional when helping me finalize my purchase and decision on a cell phone. Took about an hour of his time and more if I would have needed it to look at all the specs on the options and address the concerns that I had. Verizon is a little bit more expensive than most but you also get a great fast speed service and really annoying commercials
The staff here was super nice and helpful, we bought 2 new Google Pixel 2 Phones, was assured they would ship on a certain date and left very happy. Then on shipping day I log in to notice they canceled my order for the phones, Did NOT notify me of this but kept my $265 in taxes. Not until I called an made a fuss did they re-instate the order, but of course by now it is late and not shipping for another 3 days.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How bout you call the customer that paid nearly 2k for 2 new phones when your system cancels the order for no reason!

Just left. Its 10/5/17 at 620pm. Christian was of no help but neither was the female employee he had to ask for help.When we arrived the one associate was busy with a customer. Shortly after Christian walked out. He wandered around. We had to follow him until he asked if we had been helped. He had to verify he was porting a number over correctly. Which is a plus, we would rather someone ask for help then get it wrong. His device then froze. He claims this happens every evening. We patiently waited. It remained frozen. He said wed do it over the phone! Really?!? No other device could be used? He then couldnt even use the phone properly. Knowing I was about to get very rude. I said since we can do this over the phone well just call, thanks. Terrible customer service. Someone should retrain, or perhaps train, Christian.

Horrible customer service. They refuse to honor advertised sales and refuse to provide contact information for regional manager upon request. Easier and more cost effective to order directly from manufacturers.
Wow. Very rude and extremely slow. It was the manager helping me and he looked hung over really bad.I walked in and asked for a charger and thats it. He directed me to the center charging shelves and I grabbed the charger I needed. I then walked to the counter to pay. The clerk went to him and switched for the door position. He handed her a tablet within a minute a walked away. I said I need to check out after standing at the counter being ignored. He said ok and went in the back to grab another tablet. (Why couldnt the clerk check me out on the tablet next to him?) He comes back a few minutes later turning the tablet on and logging in. This took more minutes. Now Im irritated. I was obviously in a hurry and he was obviously being rude. Then I had to repeat my phone number to him several times. Ik m like really dude. Then he felt the need to ask more sales question while giving that cocky grin people have when they are messing with people. I will not go back to this location
Scam! I purchased Sim Card, didnt work with my phone (can happen, no problem so far, people there tried really hard to get it done). No refund possible, after discussions I got gift card. When I tried to use gift card later balance was zero! Verizon hotline confirmed gift card was never loaded. Rip-Off! Be careful!
I went in today with my husband and baby girl to get our phones switched from sprint to Verizon we had a lot of trouble doing this from another Verizon store. This location helped us so well I’m glad we came here CHUCK you are the best you provided us with a very nice welcome and very good information got our phones connected to Verizon very quickly and helped us out super good. I did not get the other guys name but he kept my baby entertained with a card trick and talking to her. If you guys need to go to Verizon for whatever reason come to these guys they are awesome at their jobs and very honest! I highly recommend CHUCK !!! And his friend I’m sorry i didn’t get your name! Went there to add lines in my existing account. One of their staff name Ryan is very rude and not so helpful. I asked him if he could tell the bills for the new line I added to my account but very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been with Verizon’s for over four years and most staff I deal with is very friendly and patience with customers and help all the way through. This guy don’t even deserve his position. Never again!
I went into the store today to buy a Smansung Smart Watch and a Duo Charger. As I was talking with the sales associate I saw a sign for a promo that stated, Buy one watch get the second half off. After about a 5 to 10 minute wait the associate returned to me and stated that the promo had expired. The was no effort to save the sale or even try to make it right. I left the store with no product and very upset.I later called back to the store after I had time to review my experience and asked for the Store Managers and was informed that she had left a few a hours ago, even though she was the one who signed me into the stores queue. I then requested the district or regional managers number and was told that they do not give out that information. Although, I was offered to get a call back from the Store Manager I told the rep I would call back the next day. The rep then asked me multiple times what was my number and when would be a good call back time. It shows that the sales people did not even listen to my request.

Although my earlier post was 1. I called corporate and they put me in touch with the store manager Wendy.. Who took care of me and installed my screen protector. She also explained to me why her Regional thought it was necessary to stop providing this service in the Vegas stores. I think it doesnt make sense, but Wendy made it right with me by doing the right thing. Thanks to Wendy she may have saved a 25 year Verizon customer.

I love how everybody bend over backwards to help me today. Even getting on the phone and helping me talk with the people in Billing . Per the Bullhead City Go Verizon Go wireless Verizon stores told me that I had to go to Las Vegas to talk about my billing date change.I liked how they demonstrated the phones for us and when we have settled and paid off these other phones will come and pick up the phones that we want to get and how much it will be and Etc!thank you everybody! Thank you Edith and the other people that helped today! You guys did great excellent! Especially since weve moved and we had a lot of bills it is all at once.
So far this is my favorite Verizon store to go to for any of my device needs. They always have someone on staff thats very patient, understanding, and helpful. They think outside of the box. If you want somewhere that will think on your behalf to get you the best quality service this is the store to go to.

I bought an unlocked note 8 from a friend who uses another provider. When I took the phone to the Verizon store I was told, by two different people there that I would not be able to switch this phone over to Verizon because the sim card wouldnt fit even though it was an unlocked phone. I took the phone to where it was originally purchased and they fit my sim card into the phone in about five minutes. Guess I should have went there from the start.I love my Verizon but the customer service at this particular store falls short....
Awesome customer service experience particularly from JR. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy as some personnel can be. Hubby and I had a pleasant time dealing with him even if it took 2 hours! Will be looking for him next time a phone crisis comes up.

Have been there twice, worst customer service I have ever had, the employees seemed to be more interested in their phones then helping me in any way. The second time was better, but in no way did they go out of their way to be helpful. I will be going to Costco to get my phones from here on out!
If I could give Misty 10 stars I would. This lady and all the other associates there are awesome. I purchased a phone with her a month ago, and came in a week later with questions she helped me than. Today I came in with more questions regarding features on my phone, and again she was there trying to help me out. She takes time to listen to what you may need and offer the best advice. If she cant figure it out than the other sales associates have no problem with helping out. I must say this Verizon location has excellent customer service. If your ever in need of a phone, tablet, bluetooth or any other cellphone accessories go see Misty and the other associates...
I dont even know how Verizon is still in business their customer service is so bad instore and on the phone every effing time the last 5years....my last Samsung phone battery literally blew up on nye brought it in the store and i ended up calling CS in my car for 20min to get a phone delivered (supposed to be next day) turns into 3 days with no phone....maybe everyone else is still using their cheap plans from 10years ago too.🤷♂️
Verizon is a great carrier, but beware when you go in to get your lines and phones. You think youre walking out there with a great deal, but then your bill comes... Anything you get outside of phones and service will be charged on your first bill. They dont tell you about the promotions and even if you mention them, they say they dont exist. That was my experience... Maybe others have better ones. I would just suggest that you are very careful when purchasing phones and other items from them get all the facts and good with. I thought my bill would be around two hundred bucks it ended up being like 600 a month.
Great crew and and great product. Still having trouble understanding why I need to wait through 15 people just to buy a charger or something on their shelves. I see what I want and know I want to buy it. However, I have to wait through a long line for someone to make the purchase.
