Quick service and her prices are MUCH better than other similar services..

Mycarlady went over and above any expectations that I had. I made my appointment with her last week as we needed a quick registration and tags for a new vehicle since the paper tag were about to expire on the 17th. In addition, she took care of the release of liability from a vehicle I sold. All this was done in less than 1/2 an hour. To my astonishment she called to tell me she had my registration and tags in hand the very next day. There’s a fee involved, but worth every penny not to stand in line all day at the horrid DMV. I highly recommend her service, and I personally will see her for all my DMV services in the future. She is mycarlady for sure!

Contacted Sarah, met with her the next day with the information she told me I would need, had my registration the day after. She helped us register a motorcycle and gave excellent tips on how to save some money. She also literally got the tags in the shortest period within the timeframe that she initially mentioned. I had to register a new truck that I purchased out of state I had no idea what I was doing and because of the coronavirus the wait time for an appointment at the DMV is 3 to 4 months. I found “my car lady” online through Google and she told me exactly what I needed to do she always replied to my text messages and emails right away I met her at the DMV and dropped off my required paperwork and she was able to get an appointment in one day and take care of everything for me. Very fair price for her service and she really knows what she’s doing I highly recommend.

You know how you get vibes thru someone’s “tone”of voice..well Let’s just say I didn’t like how she was talking to me..talked to me like I was incompetent or stupid....I had all the necessary paperwork..Also charged $100.00 more than another service here in town..And they are giving me a veterans discount..So if any fellow vets are reading this just an FYI.

Sarah was amazing helping me get my out of state Land Rover registered. The whole process took about 12 hours and Sarah met me at my home and picked up all my proper work. Her attention to detail her prompt response time and expertise make a her a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her services.

I was thrilled to learn about this service provided by Sarah My Car Lady, with the DMV closures due to Covid-19 it has been very difficult to get life resumed when plates are from out of state and no walk-ins are permitted. No appointments available until December 2020! I learned about My Car Lady from a app called NextDoor and got in touch with her right away. She responded quickly and was very patient with me to get through all the forms and procedures. She exceeded my expectations with the turnaround time. Her knowledge and expertise make the fee well worth it. I highly recommend her. She is also super nice

What a great experience we had with Sarah from MY CARLADY! I am so, so happy to recommend her service. We are in Covid lockdown (trying hard to keep my compromised hubby safe)and needed a couple of items taken care of at DMV. I called and was able to book an appointment for the next morning. Sarah met me outside my house, masked up, at a safe distance, and she quickly gathered from me everything needed. As we were working on paperwork, I mentioned a couple of other things vehicle related we were thinking of doing in the future...researching safety features for senior drivers, getting our Classic Jeep up and running...she was a fountain of knowledge!!! We met on Wednesday and my plates arrived Saturday morning, even faster than promised. I will be telling all my friends and neighbors about her service!
