Buying a new car in 2021 is like living in Russia. After working with other dealers I was very frustrated. Then I tried Findlay Mazda and was very happy with the process. I did most of the deal over the phone with Cesar and he was extremely helpful and respectful. He was upfront and honest about the cost of the car. No hidden fees and no low inventory fee. I could not have been happier with the honesty of the dealership, right down to the finance guy. It was truly a pleasure to buy a car from them and would highly recommend that dealership.
Findlay Mazda is a place I recommend. Not only is the service great, but they have great salespeople! If you dont want bad salespeople that mark up the price for no reason, then come to this location. Darell Hetke helped me with my purchase and the buying process is seamless. It was also extremely quick unlike the other dealerships Ive experienced where it took the whole day to not even reach an agreement. They dont increase the price during this crazy market season like the other dealerships
Flew from Washington State to buy the vehicle I wanted and had a great buying experience at Findlay Mazda. John helped throughout the process and Allen helped us making sure the numbers were properly matched and shown. Got a good deal and dealership was willing to move vehicles by negotiating. I would have liked to have my car better detailed before picking up, but that is going to be fixed apparently. Also, its OK to be busy, but remember the little details of who I am to get a better rating (what kind of car Im trading, have we talked about the weather already or not?). Still, would recommend to others.
John, at Findlay Mazda is absolutely amazing! Hes the kind of cars salesman I think we wish they all would be like. Knowledgeable, patient, and he never once hovered or made us feel pressured to buy a car. He wanted us to do our research, learn, and make an educated choice. Which we were able to do because we felt comfortable thinking our purchase through. In the end, we ended up with an amazingly upgraded and new Mazda CX-5! They also gave us a really reasonable price for our trade in a 2010 Malibu that was quite loved (if you know what I mean) by our family of 4 for 9 years!This also goes to say that everyone else we came k to contact with was polite and professional. Ive never been to this dealership before, but my husband and I will definitely be coming back in the future! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby had plenty of refreshments and was immaculately cleaned. We purchased a pre-owned Toyota RAV4, and were offered an incredible deal for the value! We worked with John Williams and he was fantastic! He was helpful, responsive, very laid-back, and low pressure. My husband said straight away, that if we had been bullied into getting a car, we would walk out. Couldnt have been more opposite! The car was detailed inside and out, filled with gas, and looked brand new by the time we drove off the lot. Every question or concern we had was addressed, and we couldnt say anything better about this location or its staff. We 10/10 recommend!!

The whole process of purchasing my new CX-5 was great. I got the price of my vehicle using Sams Club, so the price was set when I walked on the lot.The trade-in for my car was easy, and the price was okay. The salesman Darrell Hetke was easy to work with and didnt try any high pressure tactics to get me into a different model vehicle. The finance manager was easy to work with, he did give me options to purchase extended warrantys, but when I said no, he moved on.The whole process was easy and I recommend this dealer.

Unfortunately i cannot give a good review. They said they were paying my trade in off but almost a mo later, they hadnt. Also the car smells of gasoline & i cant park it in my garage because of the strong smell. Took it to dealership & they said it cant be fixed, we must deal w the nasty smell that spews into my home from the garage. So in 115• heat, my 2021 car sits in the sun!Shouldve gone w LexusOr Audi!

The pricing was competitive and the no pressure atmosphere was a great change from other Mazda dealership near the strip..my one hang up was the duration however its a process and normal.so over all its a great dealership and you can actually feel the difference in the atmosphere. when you compare it to the surrounding mazda locations.
I had been looking for a car for a little over week by the time I found my way to Findlay Mazda. I informed the salesman that i was very interested in a cx-5 but was not paying for all the B S the previous dealer ships were trying to push on me. Sure enough ther was no desert protection fee, recondition fee,$190 dollar fee for nitrogen in my tires. I am hoping all Findlay dealerships are as good as Findlay Mazda Henderson.

I have had many car buying experiences in the past and Findlay Mazda is by far the best! I was shopping around for vehicles and not planning to buy anything the day I walked in (and honestly Mazda was not the first choice on my list). I was greeted in the parking lot by Paul Burcham and he asked great questions and listened to exactly what I wanted. He didn’t show me a lot of different options or try to upsell me on something I didn’t want. He took note of what I was looking for, found the exact model/color/features and pulled the car around front. He patiently answered all of my questions and it was the fastest, most efficient car buying experience ever with outstanding customer service. When Paul was pulling the vehicle around I even had other employees ask me if they could bring me some water. We bought a CX-5 at the end of June 2021 and they were helpful and friendly during the purchase. The CX-5 turned out to be a huge mistake and is very uncomfortable for anything beyond a test drive. The controls are terribly located and the screen is not a touchscreen. We tried to get some help post purchase, but the friendly staff disappeared and never returned our calls. Traded our 1 month old car in for a Subaru. Its a shame to hate your new car and get no response from the dealer. Buyer beware.
I bought my mazda 3 2019 from them. I complained to the service department a few months ago about my front doors issue. They need extra effort to open. Upon their assessment, my doors are sagging and need body works which is not covered by the warranty. I told them I think its the door interior rubber seal thats hitting the rear door panel. Of course Im not gonna pay anything that should be covered by the warranty.I went to Cardinaleway Mazda and they address the issue flawlessly. They know that its a known issue to the mazda 3 2019. Which is what I thought it was; interior rubber seal. Not a sagging door. Cardinaleway ordered tons of parts needed to fix the issue. 2 days later I got my car back and they even replaced the side deflector I installed because they had to remove it. Everything is fixed. Doors are easy to open now. Im really disappointed to Findlay Mazda service.
If I could give them zero stars, i would. Beware of buying used cars from the dealership located in the Henderson auto show mall. They sell unsafe used vehicles that poorly inspected with nearly 200,000 miles, that should be auctioned off or scrapped.
Had a great car buying experience with Chris Fisher and Evon Cade Jr! Found the car online and it was just what we were looking for, so we called Chris and he handled everything over the phone. Super easy process, and Chris even picked us up from the airport! The dealership and cars were all pristine, and the staff was very friendly.
Getting situated back in Las Vegas. Picked up a 2020 Honda Civic and ditched the rental that was costing beaucoup bucks. Dakota Palmer and the team at Findlay Mazda in Henderson made it the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. It is exactly what I was looking for, and with only 4400 miles it is basically a new car - at a used car price. I highly recommend Findlay Mazda in the Valley Auto Mall if you are looking for Great cars, Great prices, and being treated fairly. Ill be heading back when I am ready for my next car purchase.

I ordered a part for friends vehicle around noon. The parts department person said that he could have the part there by 8:00 a.m. the next morning even though it was in California. He did it and gave me a call shortly after 8:00 a.m. to let me know that the part was in. Once there the service was amazing and people seemed knowledgeable
I received amazing service and wanted to point out an individual - Kevin Lopes. Kevin took the time to check into something for me that other dealerships just glossed over and completely missed. I was looking for a particular vehicle for an elderly woman and height of the car or ease of getting into the vehicle was a very important criteria. Kevin literally went to get a tape measure and measured the highest mazda on the lot and boom - we know a starting point of what to look for. Thats thinking outside the box.

This dealer is horrible. Horrible customer service and just don’t want to help anyone. I bought my Mazda in 2018 and my key won’t register to start my car and they basically told me there was nothing they could do that I would be wasting my money for them to diagnose the problem. So now I have a 3 year old car that I can’t drive. Why buy a car from Mazda. I don’t recommend it.
My girlfriend ended up getting her new CX30 here. This is one of the better dealerships in town. Chris was our salesman and he was amazing. We originally went in to look at the CX3 but she kept looking at the CX30 and Chris was able to tell us the difference between both. He wasnt very pushy at all and he let us look at the cars and decide for our selves. We asked for his business card and let him know we will reach out to him once we were ready.After checking the other Mazda dealerships in town, we realized that none came close to the level of quality customer service that Chris and the Findlay Mazda team gave. Chris always replied almost immediately to any questions we had and always made sure that we were getting the best deal.. Mark in finance was wonderful as well. He was very friendly and wasnt pushy at all..All in all, if youre looking for a new or used car, make sure to drop by this dealership and talk to Chris! Tell him what features you were looking for and hed be able to find one that fits your needs or one close to it! Do NOT use this dealership. They are slimy, deceitful and rude. My wife and I were pre-approved for a loan when we came in to purchase a vehicle. Our salesman, Joe, told us he was collecting information to access the loan that we were pre-approved for. Instead, this dealership had our bank run our credit needlessly again and they applied for a NEW loan on our behalf, without our consent or knowledge. We were under the impression that this dealership was simply contacting the bank to access the loan we already had in place. We did not find out about this until contacting the bank two days later. This new loan also had a higher interest rate vs the original loan we had been approved for.During the financial transaction, the finance manager was incredibly rude and demeaning while trying to force a third party extended warranty on an almost brand new car. We would not recommend this dealership to anybody, ever.
If youre looking for a new ride, dont waste your time ... get your butt to Findlay Mazda and ask for Paul Pyro Burcham. Hes extremely knowledgeable and will always treat you with respect. I started my negotiations online, got a good offer and even pushed for more when I arrived at the showroom. I never felt pressured or intimidated to do or buy anything I did not want or need. I left satisfied with my purchase and happy with the overall experience. A+++

I like that you schedule your appointment, the place is very new and they have very good people doing good customer service. They cant fix everything but they keep trying to find a solution, it is still up to you to make that decision. My situation, they had no more cars to loan out, they pulled a brand new car out and gave me the keys to use until my vehicle is repaired.

I was headed to Las Vegas last weekend and figured I would give these guys a call to see how much it would be to service my car. Literally, was 1/3 of the price of servicing my car in California!Jared, service manager, even lent me a Mazda CX-5 with Apple Play (which I wanted to test out the feature anyways) for a few days because it was Memorial Day Weekend.Jag and Brooks did a fantastic job going over the paperwork and letting me know the details in the contract.I was shocked how grand and luxurious this particular Mazda dealership was! I felt like I was at a Ferrari dealership! Probably, the nicest Mazda dealership in the United States. I was completely floored!Even though it is a 5 hour drive for me, I will always do my service for my Mazda here. Best customer service in US, hands down! Unbeatable prices too!

I walked into your showroom and was greeted by Janice. She has a Pepsodent smile and bright baby blue eyes that smile with her. Im a small-town girl who was asked to drive up to Henderson for what is called a dealer trade in the industry. I was treated well by Janice and everyone there. I also took some tourist photos. The dealership is swanky and New. Would buying a car there be as much fun? I think it would be; Janice told me so. The CX-30 Premium is the car that I drove back to Prescott, AZ.
Bought a used car from them and had a malfunction in the starter 2 weeks after. Then 2 weeks after that the starter completely went out. Asked them to help me out with it since it had only been a month since I purchased the car and was told to kick rocks.Not only that, they tried to lock me into a 6.5% interest rate on financing telling me that was my best option and the best they could do. Little did they know I was already pre approved for a 4% interest rate. As soon as I told them that I was magically approved for a 3.9%. Be careful when dealing with these guys. They don’t care about you. Only care about making money.
I recently got the chance to buy a CX-5 from this location, and the entire process was a pleasure. (Aside from parting with my money😂) No pressure, no staff hovering as we decided really made a difference. Our sales guy Cesar was about as cool as they come. The test drive was informative, and he answered any and all questions without pause or hesitation. He went over the numbers with us and explained everything clearly and concisely. It was easily the most laid back and least stressful car buying experience Ive had before. I would buy from Findlay Mazda again, and would gladly recommend it to others.

I recently moved to Las Vegas from Denver, CO and have visited their service department twice. Both times I was helped by Jag and his service and the staff have been top notch. Will definitely continue to get service for my Mazda at this location. I absolutely recommend them to any Mazda owner out here due to their commitment to great service and delivering a good experience to their customers.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday to get my 3 serviced due to a recall. It was probably the best experience Ive had with a service department in 20 yrs of driving. The dealership is beautiful and my service tech Jag provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I will absolutely return to Findlay for future service and when Im ready to upgrade to an SUV.
If your itching for a new car go see Garth Wall at Findlay Mazda! He is literally is the best! Super patient, educated and very nice. He made the process very easy and not stressful at all. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the new dealership in general, it is very modern and clean and all staff is friendly! 10/10!!!
Came down to Mazda a week ago to trade in my wife’s car with the amazing help from Garth Wall and she left with a beautiful CX-3. Ended up loving the car so much I had to come back and find my Mazda. Weve been leasing CX9s for a few years now, and our experience 3 years ago (at a different dealership thats now closed!) was so bad that we were almost ready to try a different make this time around. But when Findlay Mazda opened up, we decided to give it a try. Im so glad we did! We worked with Lulu, and she was fantastic. The deal was fast, easy, and dare I say it- pleasant! The dealership itself is clean, bright, and easy to find. All of the staff were great, including Jag at the service desk and Mark in Finance. I highly recommend this dealership!

Went in to test drive a 2019 CX-5 to see if I liked it.. Drove home in a brand new one!Garth was the sales associate that assisted me, He was very knowledgeable and very friendly!I normally hate dealing with sales associates but Garth didnt make me feel like I was just another customer.He was very patient and polite, and made sure I understood every detail of the purchase.He even introduced me to his Manager Allen, who was as equally friendly and knowledgeable.They both went over everything down to the penny so that I did not feel uncomfortable with my purchase.Not once did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. And they even got me a great deal on my trade in!Also there was a very nice man named Name I forgot possibly David who had piles of paper work on his desk but was in accounting and got is finalized in minutes!All in all I was there for about 2 1/2 Hours and out the door!I wish buying cars was always this easy and friendly!Also The building is BEAUTIFUL! It was very comforting and non intimidating, normally dealerships give me anxiety but not this one. Comfortable chairs to wait in, Beautiful wood floor with tall ceilings, windows everywhere! Also a giant 80+ in TV that was playing sports to kill the no more than 5 minutes in between waits while he had to run paper work etc.This place and associates I dealt with gets a double thumbs up with a cheek to cheek smile from me!
I general despise going into a dealership to purchase or even look around. You have the vultures outside ready pounce and every knows the typical car sales pitch and process. Great News, these guys are opposite of that. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I go through a lot of cars and spent a lot of time looking for cars and yes I would recommend buying from Mark and Findlay Mazda to my friends and family. Again, when you call or stop by ask for Mark.
