I will haft say this dealership is a good place buy a car. They did really good getting me in the car I wanted. The staff is very friendly and the lady does the titles is very friendly helpful and honest. Im not from the area my husband just here for work. But when time ever comes again if I want something different I will go back to them.

I was trying to trade my car in and the salesman Darren made up a huge lie and told me my car had a salvage title and had been in a severe wreck because he wanted to get rid of me. Went to another dealership and was able to trade my car in without a problem. Darren just wanted to get rid of me. I was so upset because I believed what he said was true. I recommend this place to no one. What a poor way to do business.

My husband and I, just went to look at vehicles to see what we wanted. After going to Henderson Chevrolet and no one meeting us on the lot, we decided to pull into Audubon Chrysler. As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted by Ben Williams. After talking to him and introducing ourselves, we let him know that we wanted to see where we stood, first. Ben understood and took us in to crunch numbers. I honestly expected to drive my old beat up equinox home. He got a sale for the day instead. He was able to get us in a 2020 Jeep latitude plus. BEAUTIFUL CAR! Ben was very nice the whole time. Every employee that we came in contact with, was wonderful! I highly recommend Audubon Chrysler! Ask for Ben Williams!

Do not believe them when they say come on down and we will get you into vehicle. Your job is your credit and all you need is a paystub. Didnt happen and was sent on way. Was supposed to see JJ and he had someone else doin his lacky work and barely said anything to us except hi and later. Be aware of this place, mainly just waste of time unless you have good credit.

In all honesty buying a new vehicle is generally one of the more stressful things to do. Truth be told, I have dealt with some sales people in the past that leave a sour taste for buying from a dealership. I reached out to a friend in the service department who told me he would have a non pushy salesman reach out to me. Within a short amount of time Darron reached out to me and was not only very professional but super friendly. The day I planned on going out there, I sent him a message just to ensure that he would be there, nothing is worse then getting shuffled around to several different people. He quickly responded and said he would have the vehicle ready and waiting. Upon arrival just as he stated the vehicle was up front and ready for me to check out. They notified him we was there and he came out to great us. He was very respectful and professionally dressed. He treated as if I could buy any vehicle there not judging me by how I looked or dressed. He made a copy of my ID and told me to test drive as long or far as I needed to make a decision even offering to fill up the vehicle if I thought I needed more fuel for the test drive. We took it on a short test drive as he and the team evaluated my trades. Once I returned we decided to see if we could work out a deal. This is the part I hate the most. The stress of going back in forth to the sales manager to see how close we can come on numbers makes it easy to get frustrated and want to leave. Although the deal part is a just part of the process, when you have a good sales person, the feeling like you are fighting alone or against a team of people can be completely different. Darron goes above and beyond to make to ensure that you will get the best deal you can. He didnt push me but only asked what I wanted and needed. He would even chat with us throughout the process not just about the deal but about life, interests, family and friends. After some negotiating, we were able to make a deal, meanwhile Darron stayed by our sides and ensured we had everything we need. The bottom line of this post and the point I want to make is, you can go anywhere to buy a vehicle, and in fact most dealerships have the same or very similar vehicles, but if you want to be treated not only with respect but as a friend or even like family, Audubon Chrysler can give you that experience and Darron is the guy to see. He took care of me and if you tell him I sent you I know he will take care of you too!

I was recently in a car accident and had to purchase a new car unexpectedly. Me my husband had just purchased a new home so we were very apprehensive about the new car buying process. I had some friends recommend Schuyler Hume at Autumn Chrysler in Henderson Kentucky. From the time we got there till the time we left 3 hours total we got nothing but respect And professional service. We left with a 2015 Chevy trax we got a good deal and great service all around. Its an ok place to buy a car. The do have a large selection of vehicles. My particular salesperson was very polite and quite pleasant. That said when they contacted me to set an appointment to come in I referenced they price offered on the website. I was told that they had several of them in stock and to just pick a color. It wasnt the price I actually got as I was told that included a lot of discounts I wouldnt qualify for. I was also told I would get a 100 dollar gift card just for test driving a vehicle. I didnt receive one. The initial payment I was told I would pay already included an extended Warranty in it which I had to ask a series of questions to get a straight answer to and find out my real monthly payment. So while I am quite a big fan of my salesman and the way he handled himself I put their tactics on the sketchy side.
Fast service got us in right away. However as it was an emissions issue they should have provided a loaner at no cost, because it was not fixed in three hours, but four days. Settlement requires the loaner so this would be breach of contract. Did give us a ride back to the rally but we had to pay $60 for a cab back to get our truck. And did expedite the part. But it is there responsibility to know there warranty.
Dealt with a typical dishonest car salesman at this lot. Told him up front that I had my own financing, but he wouldnt hear it and kept trying to push me into financing.Kept showing me vehicles that he knew were two or three thousand dollars above what I was financed for, and kept having to run inside to check the price. Trying to find the actual price of a vehicle for sale here is almost comical.I kid you not... I was told a price on a vehicle before I test drove it. Once I returned from the test drive, I was told a higher price. After I looked around at a couple more vehicles and revealed I had a trade-in, he seriously quoted me an even higher price on the vehicle I originally test drove.At one point, I saw him pull out some sheets of paper from his pocket, so I peeked at them. Wouldnt you know it... it had the prices and info for every car on the lot.When I decided I had enough and gathered my family to leave, he seriously chased me down at the exit for Highway 41 to tell me he had miraculously found another vehicle that fit the parameters I had originally given to him.Unless you love the stereotypical car salesman tactics and playing games about the prices of the products being sold, I highly recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle purchase.
After going to Kenny Kent to get a pre owned car I was sure I had made the correct choice. EXACTLY one year later, the transmission went out. Not just any transmission... a high performance transmission, to be precise $4500. I found no one that would even work with me. No, not even lein holder. They have yet to remove car. It has been sitting under carport since June. Audubon Chrysler was very attentive to me and my needs. I highly recommend you check them out..

Horrible attempt at a dealership. The sales people seemed to possess very little care for their job. I went to look at a used car I viewed in person overnight, and each sales person kept handing me off to another. The car had the worst CarFax report Ive ever seen, and I am formerly a car salesperson. I kept telling them that I wasnt paying high-end book value for a car that hadnt had an actual owner for almost a year. They didnt care. They kept pushing a new model on me, until I thought it might be a better idea after all. They never once put any numbers on paper. The credit score they informed me of having was almost 40 points below my actual score, as directly quoted by my credit union, meaning they attempted to hold rate. Even at an over-estimated loan cost, it would take almost thirty percent to be at the payment they were quoting me on a NEW vehicle. I will never return and will warn my family and associates to do the same.
Definitely would recommend any and everyone to check them out. Not only the put you in the car you want but they make sure the car you want will fit your budget. I contacted Bob by phone on two separate occasions. He was patient and receptive to budget needs, and was quick to reply to my questions when texted. He had the van ready in front for a test drive when I arrived, and did work to negotiate a fair deal. When waiting, Bob and others were helpful to make my family comfortable while the sale was finalized. The business manager pursued the best loan options, and explained the final numbers and payment requirements clearly. We are thankful for a solid sale.
I went to look at a 2005 Toyota Tundra Double Cab the vehicle needed work. Tune up, Brakes and rotors, new timing belt, and had a dent in the rear passenger quarter panel plus the paint wasnt great.They quoted me $11,500 for this vehicle definitely not worth it for all the work needing to be done. One reason I do not like Dealerships.

After waiting for a month (recall notice) to purchase a new ram, set down with sales person to get price. after asking us if we were going to buy today and we replied no,(we wanted a price to take to the banks to get best interest ) the sales person refused to give us a price. we always try to buy locally, but the attitude of the sales person at this dealership made that impossible. went to another dealer who had no trouble telling us the sales price. one wonders what the sales persons thoughts would be if they went to buy a washer and dryer and were told they wouldnt be given the price unless they agreed to buy first?

I was called by this dealership to come & pick out a new vehicle & did just that! This was my 3rd. trip there being assured I would drive off in a new vehicle! All three times after I drove 30 miles one way to get there, turned down for 3rd. time & was told I would get a 50$ visa gift card for coming! That never happened either!
I went looking for a used truck. Not only did we get cornered by one salesman, but they instead had two salesmen team up on us as we looked around. They spoke about a truck that just came in, so we looked at it. It was in rough shape to say the least. It still had the trash in the bed of the truck, from the previous owner. Within seconds, we found over a dozen flaws with the truck. They quoted us a price before we even began to look it over. Not to mention the fact that they both cussed like sailors. They started saying that they would fix everything wrong with it, and eat the cost. My wife test drove the vehicle. While on the drive, the salesman with her began trying to make a deal while I was absent, and the salesman with me did the same. Then when they spoke to us as a team again, quoted a price now over $1000 more. As we tried to leave, they pressured us to reconsider. They wouldnt be happy with letting us take a night to think it over. We have been to over a dozen car lots in two states, and this is by far the pushiest, sleaziest, company we have had the displeasure of visiting. In the future, I will never go back to this lot for any of my vehicles. I will drive over an hour out of my way, just to deal with a better company, even if it costs me a little more. Do yourself a favor and and shop around. That was 2 hours of my life I will never get back.

Chris Skaggs and Jeremy Klein spent quite a bit of time working and trying to get me the best deal and great rates, Chris even came in on his day off to help me close the deal. Went have a recall done. Appointment was at 9:00am, went back at 11:00, my vehicle hadn’t been moved. Ask service rep what happened, we are waiting on a parts truck. I live 20 miles from them, they didn’t call and notify the parts weren’t there, nothing. I wasted two hours and thought it would be done upon returning and hadn’t been touched. They only reason they got a 1 star was because that was as low as you could go!
I was greated in the parking lot with a hand shake. I was treated like family and with respect from people I didnt even know. Thats extremely rare these days. They were very helpful and explained every issue in detail. Special thanks to Kenny and Scott. I drove an hour and a half to get there and Ill do it again. Great experience.

And still several thousand over Kelly blue book. The salesman was dismissive the short time I was there. I honestly do not know how they stay in business . Called the next day and still could not get any info on the car. Wow

After initially experiencing an extremely rude and immature salesman, a different gentleman by the name of Chris called us up and asked what they had to do to earn our business. Chris went out of his way to rectify the situation and deliver exactly what we requested and more. He treated us with respect and the upmost care. The finance gentleman was funny and polite too. Definitely will be back in the future.
I would recommend no one ever go to this dealership! My husband and I went in, it was our first time buying a car, I was 19 and he was 20, and on top of that, we were expecting our first baby! They sold it to us for $5000 more than it was Kelley blue booked at! The dealers new this and still the cheated us! They sold us a 2015 Ford Focus, and kept avoiding to tell us the price until we had bought it. They took advantage of our excitement in buying a car. They gave us two options and made it sound like those were the only two cars we could choose between. Driving off that night we descovered they sold us a car with a bad transmission that immediately had to be fixed. We asked if they would sale us something different since they cheated us, but they refused!

Such a joke. We drove 2 hours to look at a jeep. The guy didnt even give us a price. We told him what we were looking for and explained that we had over $4000 to put down on a jeep. He said it was impossible to find a jeep within the price range we were looking for.We drove to Owensboro right after that, found a 4 door jeep Wrangler Sahara in WAY better shape and a way better year!Ive never been talked to like that, rude and pathetic.But CHEERS to a better car at a way cheaper price, thanks for telling me leave!
Worst dealership experience ever! Went looking for a new Jeep and found one that I liked. After talking to the salesman I decided that I would have my car evaluated to see how much I would get for a trade-in. I gave them offer on my car and said if I can get that amount for my car, I would walk out of their that day with the Jeep. After waiting for 10 minutes or so a sales manager named Skyler walked in. He did not even acknowledge that an offer was made on my car. He sat down showed me some figures and then the amount they were offering me for my car. The amount was significantly less than what NADA and KBB said my car was worth in a trade-in. After declining the offer he seemed shocked and acted like they were giving me the deal of lifetime. He went on to explain how they came up with that number and when I still said no he rolled his eyes as if I was stupid to not accept the offer. I proceeded to leave and on my way out I explained to the salesman that helped that it wasnt going to workout. Up until this point he had been super friendly.The next day I went to Expressway Dodge and found a Jeep that I wanted. I decided to purchase from them and decided to let the salesman from Audubon know as a courtesy, and to let him know it was nothing against him. Expressway had given me a deal I could not refuse. The salesman I had been talking to then grumbled something I couldnt understand and hung up on me.Too Long Didnt Read version: Stay away from Audubon. They are rude, arrogant, and will rip you off.
