I have done business with previous dealership owner and service department for over 40 years. New owner is nice but what makes me continue using them for my new vehicles and service is their service department. Seasons with care and honesty. Skeeter and Kim are fantastic on informing and getting the job done to customers satisfaction. Without either of them my review would be somewhat lack luster but not in a bad way. I would recommend having all your service needs addressed at this dealership.
The team of Henderson Ford was pleasant,friendly, they greeted you with kindness and welcoming you.The sale person who took us was under- standing and listened to what we had to say and then he complied with that.We came to a mild agreement an purchased our vehicle through them . They listen took our trade-in and still was able to work a little magic on price.All in all I was happy with the service under the complicated situation I was in. Coming off a horrible experience with my last vehicle, 2018 Chevrolet Z71 and the horrible experience i had with Kenny Kent in Evansville, i didnt go in with high expectations. Henderson Ford was fantastic though. Called about a truck in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Easy to work with and very friendly. James, my salesman, was great and offered to drive the truck to my home in Evansville as I had just ran over to pay for it and planned on picking it up the next day. Hopefully ill hang knto this truck for awhile but I know my next vehicle will also come from Henderson Ford

Henderson Ford folks from sales (helping on the selection and pricing), to service (installation of several additional options) to delivery (learning about the many safety & comfort electronics) was perfect. Great dealer to do business.Update after seven months with my new Ranger. Outstanding safety features with very user friendly computer & touch screen system. 1st service (oil change & tire rotation) at Henderson Ford was perfect. I can drink coffee again as I drive with the smooth riding Ranger.

I bought a Ford escape from them and was told it had a life time warranty on engine and drive train started having trouble with the transmission took it in to them to get it looked at said it needed a new one then they voided the warranty and charged me a hundred dollars for checking it out

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I traded my vehicle over 2months ago, sent Jay Mansfield my paperwork to cancel my GAP and was told it would be done in 2 weeks and I would have my refund. I called ans spoke to Jay and he assured me it was canceled ans my refund would be here any day. 3 weeks later nothing so I called the GAP company directly and was told it was never canceled. I mean why about it? Just pathetic service. Do not buy from these liars and thieves. Guess my attorney will be sending a letter next.
Made an appointment for 8am but still had to wait. Took almost 2 hours between wait time and service time. Why make an appointment if they take people who just walk in first.
Made an appointment for oil change for a Saturday via internet and when I showed up I was told they dont do appointments on the weekend. I showed them the verification and was still told I had to wait for the other 6 cars ahead of me. Also, brought in my vehicle several occasions because it was shifting funny when taking off and still sent home with the same issue.
Customer service absolutely stunk.I tried carrying out 4 jugs of oil, any man would have offered a lady help. I think they just like to watch the struggle. Do better, men...do better.

We had looked and looked for the right truck for months. Our journey started in February and due to the pandemic and others issues we weren’t able to find exactly what we were looking for until December. We tried other dealerships with lots of horror stories, but always came back to Henderson Ford. We couldn’t have asked for anyone to have been more helpful or patient with us during our search. Everyone,including the sales, business, and service personnel, all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our salesman, Hadyn, was great. Not only did he work hard finding us exactly what we were looking for he explained everything about the vehicle and worked with us through the whole process. We would definitely recommend Henderson Ford and Hadyn Davies to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Took my 2016 Ford explorer in for transmission fluid change, went fine. Told them about a back up camera that was loose. Said at first it was still under warranty, then because we had bought the car when it was Demplewolf when we purchased it they wouldnt cover it! Thought a ford warranty was a ford warranty at any dealer.......... Guess not. Wont go there again.
Mark Brown is the best parts manager, at a ford factory parts counter Ive ever felt with, just take the last 8 digits of your vin# and Mark will get you the right parts everytime

They are great. Chevy place wouldnt help me, but Ford got me a Ford fusion titanium. Hayden Davis tried for two days and got it. Ford is a great place with kind courteous people willing to help you. That is the second car Mr Davis has sold me. So when I get ready for number three,you can bet your booties it will be at the Ford place

Henderson Ford has Brett who is great and willing to listen to a customer and their concerns about their vehicle service issues. Kimberly however, is brash, aggressive and was going to charge me for new keys for my vehicle even if they didnt work. Perhaps it may benefit Henderson Ford to allow Kim to deal with paperwork instead of customer service? I will end stating the issue was resolved quickly and my truck is back with me.

Living in Michigan where roads are salted like potato chips, most used vehicles more than four or five years old already have a fair amount of rust. To find a rust-free vehicle, especially when looking for a specific vehicle as I was, requires buying something from the south. After finding the Trailblazer I was looking for on the Internet, Lynda in Internet sales did a nice job providing the information I needed and Dylan effectively completed the sale. Communication was great, staff picked me up at the airport, everyone I encountered was friendly, and the car was nicer than described. It was a great experience buying a car remotely from Dempewolf Ford.
I just want to show an appreciation post to Dempewolf Ford! My keypad was not working on my car, well actually since I bought my car, but with my past year had not been able to get my car out there to be looked at, Friday when I had my oil changed C. Tom personally came out to look at it for me. The code was not working so he had the awesome guys in the back hook it up to the computer to find out I needed a new keypad! C Tom told me they would take care of getting it changed, even being a year later because he said that was an oversight on their part (mine too for not figuring it out the day I bought it). He did not have to do that, but I am very grateful he did! That is wonderful customer care that I have not received anywhere else! Kim and Skeeter were also wonderful to work with! Always making sure I had a ride to and from work! Also a year ago when I bought my car Turkey (Bruce Spaulding) was very helpful and made sure I was getting everything I wanted in my vehicle with a new baby on the way! Turkey also sold my husband his truck just a few months before that! The whole buying process was such a breeze. I usually hate going to look for a car, but it was actually an enjoyable experience! We will be back for future vehicles!!
I had an excellent experience from Dempewolf salesman Haydn Davies. When my new car arrived he actually came in from his day off to make sure I received immediate help. During the delivery process he spent a great portion of his day explaining the technical features of the car and he actually paired my cell phone and made sure Android Auto was functional. He took all the time I needed to answer questions and I left the business feeling this was extraordinary service.

Every time I go to the service department and talk with a lady named Kim it’s never a pleasant experience. I know people have bad days everyone once in a while but it never fails, every time that I go in there she has an attitude. If you ask her questions about something she acts like it is a big inconvenience and talks to you like you’re ignorant. There is no need to act like that to a customer every time they come in. I can’t wait until the day comes where I don’t have to deal with the service department/ that business.

So many issues with this place i could write a book. Sold me a truck with a blown head. They fixed it under warranty but fail to put enough coolant in it to keep it from overheating the next day after recieving it back. That was after they had my new truck for a month and a half for repair. Had front end work done not long after it was also not done correctly, after several more visits to look at the front end they admitted to to not seating the axel correctly after replacing upper and lower control ar . I wouldnt plan on getting quality service done from the service department or the dealership, this has been my experiance writing a review to hopefully keep this from happening to someone else

Two separate occasions; I had to take my vehicle back, due to the fact, they failed to fix it correctly the first time. Their service department has went downhill over the past few years. The sales team is very nice and accommodating.

I bought a car from Henderson Ford in Henderson Ky Last week. Today my car would not start do to a dead battery, so i called them and they put in a brand new battery free of charge. I bought the car with no warranty, so they didnt have to do anything about it. I will never buy a car from anyone else. They really care about the people.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Henderson Ford. I had just had my battery changed in my 2014 ford explorer and after we could not get all my warning lights to go off. I had to take my vehicle to Henderson Ford for 2 recalls anyways so I asked them to check this out. They called me and said the battery was bad. I took it to the Napa store where I got the battery they said the battery was fine. Had mechanic at work check he said battery was fine. So took back to HF and they said no isnt battery now it is the ABS module (took them 2 days to figure it out) and it would be $1500. The week it was supposed to be ready they called and said oops we were supposed to order another part to go with the ABS but didnt so going to take 3 more days and thats another $350. So my car was there for over 2 weeks and they never provided me a rental/loaner even after their mistake of not ordering all the parts. When I would call they would say well we are still trying to see if this is going to fix the issue, once said they couldnt get the air out of the ABS, and they never called me it was always me calling to check. Then finally I called and asked to speak to owner/manager. I left voicemail and then within 30 min they called and told me my car was ready. The owner/manager never called me back. When I picked it up the brakes were not right I could push them all the way to the floor board. So had to take it back and they said oops we did not tighten something up and it was leaking oil. Finally last Friday afternoon got it back after almost 3 weeks and $1800 later. Yesterday I got in my car and I could take it out of park but it would not go in any other gear. I called HF and they said well sorry but that doesnt seem like something that is related to what we fixed but I really did not want to deal with them anymore so asked mechanic at work to check this for me. He immediately discovered that they did not put the linkage back together right. I am very lucky that these errors did not cause a wreck or even worse. I will not use Henderson Ford again and encourage others to be cautious when using them.

Went in to trade my vehicle and they wanted my vehicle + $5,000 and told me I would be told the same thing everywhere I went because of my credit! Left there and went to Henderson chevy and got a brand new truck with no miles with no money down and they gave me a good price on my trade in! Never again will I go to Henderson ford! And now we just bought a brand new suv from Audubon chrystler no money down and a good interest rate!

Poor customer service!!! The service dept will argue with you on warranty issues and wont take the time to check to see if the problem is covered, than try to kick you off the property. Wont ever purchase a vehicle there again. Champion Ford in Owensboro fixed it, no problems at all. Nice and courteous service dept.
The only reason I gave this 1 star is because it wouldnt let me give 0. My husband and I went to look for an older truck for his lawn care business. He found a red 1997 Ford F-150 and we took it to the shop to get it checked out. The odometer is broken. Bill James lied to us about it. We went over there twice (once to check it out, then made the appointment at the shop and went back for that). After our initial test drive, we pointed out that the odometer read a different number than what was stated on the papers. Bill basically just shrugged it off. When we got it inspected then pointed it out to Bill that the odometer was broken, he immediately changed his tune and said that they were getting ready to fix it. Another lie, because this particular truck is being sold as is, and he didnt even know that the odometer was broken. We will never be back. Horrible experience.

Service was great as usual. The price for two relatively small window seals was atrocious. I know Dempewolf has little control over part prices from Ford but 170.00 ea for two seals (with a discount) is a bit much.

Very satisfied with the service department.
Car towed in; took two full days and a call to my salesperson for them to even look at the car. This was a steering module failure which, according to internet posts, is common on this model. The next day the service department called me and said they had to order the part and it would come from Memphis; would take 3 days. Its a 5 hour drive from my town to Memphis. Why 3 days? It actually took 8 business days to get the part and another day to install it. Finally, after two full weeks and several calls from me to the service department, I got my car back. I would have been without the car another entire weekend if I had not called to check on the status. Very poor customer relations, unfortunately. The sales staff is quite good but service gives the attitude that you already have the car, well repair it when we get around to it.
