My Ford experience in the past hasnt always been the greatest, probably why Im 999 in most locations around the country. That basically means you left a bad review or had bad service at one of their locations, but with that said thats not really the way I feel about this location when it comes to just getting my oil changed done on my RS. Same great tech does it each month! Even though its probably one of the easiest oil changes any tech can do, since my car is all clapped out. I never ask to get anything checked. The oil change is always done right and I dont have to worry about my drain plug or filter falling off down the road¡ Its probably why I will keep coming here, besides the fact that nowhere else in town actually stocks 5w50 oil...

Very nice place,. Service was great and everybody was very courteous. They took care of my car and gave it a good exterior washl. I particularly liked the Mustang Sally restaurant service. A good place to enjoy a meal while you wait for your vehicle.

Refused to check what the issue was with my truck since it has some aftermarket parts. Customer service was terrible guy was just plain rude tried to speak with him but everytime I tried to say anything he would cut me off with I cant look at it. Ridiculous that people like that work here.
Disappointed. Did the self check at home inspection for my Fusion which it didnt pass (safety recall door latch issue). Which is the reason I called to set a service appointment 8/19. Informed them of the issue and scheduled it. I dropped it off and it took literally almost a full week for the service to be done, when on the letter it said to be half a days work to repair. It was sad that I had to find my own way around to get to work.
Brought my GT500 for its 30,000 maintenance at 27k miles. They handled it quickly and professionally. It was affordable and each step I had a detailed what/why with offers to inspect myself. Everything went how I expected or better. I will be back again.Vincent was great at keeping me informed and giving me options and Jeff did a great job on getting things done.
Professional and courteous service writers in the Quick Lane. Quoted and hour for completion and was done in 30 minutes. Used my Ford Pass Points and cashier was extremely helpful at check out.

Very good experience. Nice staff who are very dog friendly. They even have a diner that is part of the property so I had some breakfast while I waited. My only suggestion would be that if there is anything the mechanic suggests be done to your vehicle that they run it by the customer before taking the vehicle off the lift. This saves time. Otherwise, this place is great.
Solid dealership service dept. Staff was friendly and wait time was nominal. Jose did an overall great job as my service advisor. No issues, in and out, and their touch at the end by removing the plastic cover and paper mats to keep the vehicle rather clean.

Stay away from Mr Norberto Gonzalez in the quick lane service. He is disrespectful and does not know how to do his job without causing confusion towards customers. I have a 5 year service warranty. I come in every 6 months in the quick lane for an oil change. He said to me that I have to schedule an appointment with service for an oil change. I found Ashley and she helped me make everything right. I was allowed to get my bi-yearly oil change through the quick lane.
The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Please, if you are thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealership, DONT! I would give zero starts if I could. They are all about making that sale, after that they have a complete lack of customer care some of the staff are completely rude and they did absolutely NOTHING to HELP with fixing my vehicle. They didnt even put it all back together correctly. They gave it back to me with with my steering column showing, they didnt put the bottom of my dashboard back on under the steering wheel, they left the computer module exposed forgetting to put the covers back on etc.. The worst experience after purchasing a vehicle by far! And I have bought 4 ford trucks from a different dealership in my life and never had an issue until buying from this one FORD COUNTRY.

Tried to upsell me all kinds of services at big prices that had been done by a Ford dealer only 8000 miles before this oil change. Bad way to try to get business. Someone was off, either the previous Ford dealer or Quick Lane. I did have a battery failure a few days and 2500 miles after they told me I needed a new battery so maybe they were correct in their assessments.
This place is superfantastic service is exceptional. Even down to the guys that bring your car up to you after the work has been done they are the guys everyone ignores they make sure your car has no water on your car after they get it from the time the car gets the wash to delivering it to you. Kudos to them. Remember them if you can give them a tip they have families to
I go for maintenance on my vehicle as it was purchased here. Quick lane is what it says. If you need anything else they’ll tell you at the end of the service

Always come right out to meet me at my car to get me checked in. Never need an appointment. The service agents are friendly and informative. They give suggestions, know their stuff when it comes to priding and services, and it never feels like a hustle.
Always treated with respect by friendly and courteous staff. Service is fast...Although, it can be quite busy first thing in the morning. Bring your patience hat if you try and get in at that time.

Service at this Ford dealership is the worst I have ever received. My first experience here resulted in an ongoing oil leak after an oil change which turned out to be due to a broken oil filter bracket. The dealership wanted me to split the cost of the repair since I couldnt prove they broke it when they changed my oil.Second experience was when I made an appointment for an oil change so I wouldnt be stuck waiting for hours. The service desk told me when I arrived Oh no, we wont look at it now, its just an appointment for you to drop the vehicle off. What?! I promptly left.The third and final experience: I came in for an oil change in the quick lane 30 minutes after opening on a Saturday morning. The wait was already over 2.5 hours. I once again left and I will never return to this service department again.
