Lifesavers! Had an issue with my vehicle coming into town late on a Friday. Called the local dealership and the follow f Wednesday was the “best” they could do. Brake Master was right across from my hotel, they were able to get me right in on Saturday morning, verify my Googled diagnosis I did in the middle of the night, and have me back on the road by afternoon. Great experience from start to finish. 10/10 recommend.

Went here to get a wheel alignment for a 2001 Accord. The staff completed the job in a timely manner and I was back on the road within an hour.I do have one critique about the online appointment reservation system, and its the reason I knocked off a star. It doesnt automatically send you an email to confirm you made an appointment, only a reminder 24 hours before. When I make reservations with other shops, they typically send an email saying they recieved your appointment request within the same day. I made the appointment on a Saturday, and didnt get any confirmation their system saw it until the following Friday. I did also make sure to check my emails trash or spam folders but couldnt find anything.Either way, thats the only thing Id say could be better. Again, service was fast and staff were courteous. If I do have more problems with my car down the road this place would be on my list of shops to consider.

Very nice people okay. Be careful of the coupons. Call and make sure they cover your specific vehicle. Had transmission fluid exchange it cost me $60 more. If I wasnt in a hurry I would have passed on the service.

Called to make an appointment for a tire alignment they told me 2 PM and said it would take 30 min to an hour and a half.Mike at the front desk tells me after I arrive there that there are two cars ahead of me and they probably won’t start on my car until maybe 3 or 4pm. What the heck. This was never told to me on the phone. I made an appointment and drove 20 min to get there. Mike was then condescending to the point of being rude. Argued that tire shops can’t predict how long a job will take. I countered that the least they could have done was explain that to me on the phone because I expected to be done no later then 330pm as I had an appt elsewhere after. Bottom line is that they could’ve retained my business had they been polite or professional and not talk down to me. At one point mike said “okay so you want me to call every customer and tell them that then I will if that makes you happy”. What the heck kind of comment was that. If he had just been respectful i wouldn’t be leaving this review. As a business owner I’m surprised they talk to customers this way. I’m happy to drive to another repair facility and never come back here again.

No one should bring there car here.Brought in flyer from mail for oil change,24.95.Even phone in about ad.Told guy at check in,just reg.oil,said fine,still total price 24.95.Got bill for 36.82.Said they put in synthetic oil,even though I said just reg.ahead of time.Told me thats the bill pay it.Called VISA.NEVER GOING BACK.

My car broke down on the road cause the transmission coolant line broke draining all the transmission fluid completely out causing the transmission to fail. The tow was high in price from another company. Had the jeep towed to Brake Masters on Marks rd. They got to it right away. Repaired it within 2 hours! After car was dropped off. The fee was reasonably priced good. I was up and running and thankful for being serviced right away!!!!

I made an appointment yesterday for an alignment @ 1100, after being told that would be the best way to avoid a long wait. When I arrived at 1045, I was informed it would be atleast 2 hours before they could get to it, as they were running behind, as they took all the walk ins and just disregard the fact that I had an appointment.They only care about getting as many people through as possible, regardless of good business practices. So I would not recommend if you have anything else to do that day. This would not have been my first time bringing my truck to them either.

This is how a business should be ran courteous, knowledgeable, and a willing to assist the customer especially a employee named Travis who helped me with the price of my repair I was a little bit short on cash at the time and Travis adjusted the price so I could get my vehicle on the road that day I now will always remember when I need repair done I will now bring it back to the Brake Masters location on marks street and my new automotive friend Travis take your vehicle there too and ask for Travis or any other top-notch employee youll be glad you did

Took my veh in right away for a oil change. I did not even have an appointment and walked in at 4:30. Very friendly and professional staff.

My daughter wanted a 2nd opinion after another mechanic told her she needed new brakes. Brake Masters told her that they still had plenty of wear. Their honesty is appreciated and theyll have business from the whole family now.

It cost me $1,100 and I taken it back twice so far but theyve been really good about fixing the problems the second time I took it back it cost me another $700 because they said the squeaking was coming from the brakes due to the struts needed to be replaced in the front they were really good about Warrington the pads out but the only problem is its still squeaking in the front so I had to take it back for a third time

These guys are great. No pressure for unwanted / unnecessary repairs.

They try to give my car wheel Alignment on 2013 e350 Mercedes but they dont have a special tool for it. I like the honestyRecomend me getting a refund.

I have brought my car into this location after a stop off at Firestone. Not only were they cheaper on price, but was able to get correct parts quickly for installation. To make things better for me they also fixed what Firestone mechanics messed up on.

Ive been going to Brake Masters for the last 10 years, the one off of windmill. I went to this one off of Marks Street today, as my mechanic Dave works at this one now. So, I met with Jeremy and Alex, and not only do they have a nice personality, these guys know what theyre doing, and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This problem with my engine light going on, is a very difficult thing to pinpoint on the diagnostic machine. My mechanic Dave spotted something leaking a little bit of oil, and that was showing the leak on the CO2 vacuum sensor. So he replaced all the rubber gaskets in that area, and that fix the problem. I highly recommend disc Brake Masters, and very very highly recommend Dave. Hes the best!!!

I have been in there several times and I have witnessed several interaction with other customers that had came from other business that told them they need work done on there car at a crazy expense. The guys here were very honest with us, we went to Big O and got an estimate of 500.00 for brakes and rotors for just the back wheels, and needed new rotors, we went to Brake Masters and spent 200.00 less and got all 4 brakes and turned rotors and windshield wipers, Big O tried but fail to con us, thank you Brake Masters

Got back pads and new rotors installed for under $300. With a warranty. Yea!

Me and my wife took are car to them to get a new Brack boster and master cylinder done on our car and we had to bring it back several times for them to get it right.until this day Im still having a problem with my brake lights staying on. you got to lift up the brake pedal because it stays on. So no I would not recommend this... Place to anyone!!!!
