The ladies were helpful. It was a little discouraging that Estheticians and students options for purchase are so limited.

I don’t ever write reviews. The service in there is absolutely terrible. The girls are so rude for absolutely no reason at all.

Gage was super, super helpful. I just started at a new salon and had a lot of questions. He not only answered the questions but gave me great advice and knowledge on how to get deals with the app! Thank you so much. Look forward to going back.

I dont normally write reviews but this lady there was another lever of rudeness!Ladies save your energy and go to another store and just stay away from this place!Ive seen rude people but this lady there was another level!!! So sad that a place like this with this stock of excellent priducts has such a rude person working there. Im still shock!To the owner/administration if this business be aware of the rudeness of this lady, this type of person can ruin your business.

Service wants to be better. cheat when they make discounts, the original prices are removed

I’be been to a lot of Salon Centrics all over, they had about 4-5 people working and I spoke with 2 who were rude and of zero help. One was too busy on her phone the other was too busy stocking. I seen the bad reviews and this is why. When you get treated poorly I would rather order online. Customer service truley lacks here.

Wasted my time driving there for a product. Unbeknownst to me you have to have a “license” to buy the simplest things. Only went here because it was close to my job, Sally’s had what I wanted and it was on sale .

Nice and knowledgeable staff, I hate how early salon centric closes, most people don’t get out of the salon until 5,6 or even 7 . I think salon centric as a company should expand their hours especially in a city like Las Vegas !!! I feel bad walking in at 5:30 hoping the staff won’t get annoyed or mad at me for coming in 15-30 minutes before they close ! I also feel like I have to scramble and get my things because I want the staff to be able to get out and go home and not be a jerk and take my time .

Old woman in there working the afternoons not only is she rude but she didnt help much when asked and she actually insulted me and questioned my qualifications for being a patron of the store I bought my items and quickly left she needs to be reprimanded honestly dont know her rank but she should definitely be shown the door

I’m kind of late on this review but i went to beauty school and i showed the lady proof but she was really rude. Like im fully dressed is scrubs. My high school was up the street and if offered a beauty program. I went home without being able to practice thanks a lot great customer service
