Every employee that works here have always provided the BEST customer service out of any other professional beauty supply store Ive shopped at.. hands down. They are always readily available to help me find something especially when Im in a hurry. The best part of being a customer there is how welcome they all make me feel as soon as I walk thru the door. Good employees make a Great store. Trish (manager) has one heck of an AMAZING store shes running there. Honestly I haven’t been to cosmo prof in almost two years because prior they just never had anything in stock, inventory was never the same across any location, & never carried consistent brands, so I never trusted it, went today to get a new bleach I wanted to try, can’t find it on the sales floor but I see it on a shelf in the inventory room because they left the door open… I go ask the lady at the front if she can get it or if it’s somewhere on the sales floor that I didn’t see, she told me they were completely out… I proceed to tell her the website says it in stock, she claims it’s not out of the boxes. like ma’am I just told you I saw it on your shelf in the back how are you out or how is it not out of the shipment box yet? Pure laziness. Solidified why I never come here, will never be back. Don’t waste your time here, just go to salon centric on pecos. This happened 7.9.2021 @ 8:20ish AM

This is a 1 stop shop and the employees are awesome! Kept clean and friendly. If they are out of things. Blame corporate. Dont you think that they get sick of hearing do you have ??? in the back They do their best with what they have. Look at the times of COVID.

If you are a licensed cosmetologist, this is the place to go and get your products. They have a large selection, as well as the sales are great. I love the associates that work here, they are always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Bought a gift card for my sister-in-law and the staff was nice. I had to drive further to get to that one because the one closer to me didnt have any. 🤨 Oh well love the place in general.
