We have moved to Vegas about two years ago, I was referred to this auto shop by my neighbor back 2020.I must say, they have been great, very professional, friendly, reliable and overall fantastic!I appreciate the fact that they quick, upfront and honest.There has not been any wait time out ordinary, since they have quiet few people working. Looks like they do care about their customers!

Great experience, as always. Fast service, reasonable prices. Really appreciate the inspection and tire rotation with the oil change. The mechanics service recommendations are legit (not the standard air filter and wiper blades script), but low pressure and understanding of budgets.

I’ve been here 3 times. And each time I paid the same price for an oil change. Today I came in and because there’s new management I guess (the black bald fellow) the price changed by 80 percent. He suggested that if I didn’t agree with pricing to go to another place, which was rude. I’m a returning customer. However I went through with paying almost double and my maintenance light is still appearing for and oil change and filters. Avoid this place. These people are scammers.

I REALLY wish I could give this place 0 stars. Got a part replaced that was 2,000 roughly(over priced btw), Less then a month later there is a crack and it’s leaking from the part they replaced. I go back for a inspection and they tell me I should go Somewhere else. I couldn’t believe it! 2,000 down the drain. Only person who knows how to do there job is the receptionist. Oh and the manager (tall, lanky) that boy needs to be fired and bring Jonathan the old manager back.

The place is hidden behind a shopping plaza, with no designated parking one will have to park in front of the bar & walk to the tiny not very well kept office. While I was there, an employee crashed a customers car, the Manager hid in the tiny office & when the customer came looking for him he washed his hands of the whole thing. A woman was informed she need it to replace her oil container bcs the employee performing an oil change had pull some part out & now the container will be leaking & theyll do it for $ 750 if not she was going to have to towed her car out of there, the woman called her son & her son told the Mechanic how to fix the problem temporarily so his mother could take her car home & she left. This place is out to make money out of their unsuspected customers, if you car dont have a major problem, it will once you walk into this place., Stay Away!! I did, before they could get to my car I asked for my keys back (claiming an emergency) & left.

Not good customer service.. workers not wearing mask they stand around talking when there allot of work to be done.. sitting on peoples cars acting like its theres.. no excuse for that and for the laziness would recommend a different location for good quick service..

Oil change vehicles call for 5 quarts oil; they put in 7. Dealer says too much oil over recommended amount will quickly ruin your engine! Always check your oil level before leaving on flat surface.. took it back and made them do it correctly!People read reviews before you have any work done here! A cheap $9.99 oil change will cost you a lot more with all their lying statements of work your vehicle needs( even though it doesn’t)!

Front desk lady is very nice. Everytime i have been here Ive had good experiences. I pocked them over my regular oil change place that even has a arcade facility waiting room because this place although doesnt. Are faster and friendly. I like there location, for one not familiar with the area could get confused just remember take the back way it will take you there easy. Ill be a regular here for now on. Hard to find a good place these days. This is a keeper.

Went in for a leak and a muffler to get switched out with a different one I already had. They fixed my leak and also told me that I had a oil pan that was damaged so I took a replacement oil pan in for them to switch that out as well. Awesome service except for the muffler they did a poor/lazy job on it. They didn’t even center it up and the bumper in the middle and it’s off center and now it’s going to melt my rear bumper. I asked them about it before I left and they just told me that they couldn’t center it. I got home and looked at it and sure enough there was plenty of room underneath to fix it. They just didn’t want too. I was charged $200 for the swap. That’s just labor on it. And it was just a bolt on. And now I’m going to have to fix it on one of my days off. And try and center it now. I wasn’t thrilled on the install. I thought it was over priced. Come on take some pride in your work guys!

I came here to get an oil change last year in September very affordable there very friendly. The service is very quick. The receptionist is respectable nice and patient. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family that stay in Vegas

This place is a rip off! They replaced my whole AC system. Then had to bring it back to them 3 months later. They said now there was a leak and stopped working. They never replaced the AC line when I first took it to them. I was supposed to have warranty on it but apparently not the AC line!!!! $650 to replace an ac line on an a/c kit they just charged me for?! This place is horrible and will never go back.

Very quick. Clean waiting room. Friendly staff. I got a smog check. Best price in town. Went on my lunch break and made it back to work no problem. I did call ahead to make sure the smog machine was working.

Dropped my car off on Friday. Told me it would be done Sat. It is now Tuesday. On Monday the manager (Joseph) said he would have the part by today and my car would be done by today. I called and now it wont be done until tomorrow. I asked why and the guy on the phone said because it was a lot of work.

Its an inadequate and unsatisfactory unsafe service I received from one of your service centers at Eastern Ave Henderson . Today, I dropped off my [Kia borrego] for smog check and oil change after doing the smog check he told me to do some unnecessary repairs like change air filters and when I said no not at this time he refuse to do the oil change and left out my car without return back the air filters. This is unprofessional and aggressive behavior.

First time customer.Back in November I went in for an oil change (btw, who doesn’t love a smog @ $10?!?!?!?) and during the wrap up of the service, the service provider advised me of the things that my car could do with.So the last week of December, I decided to take them up on the 30k/40k/50k service as it cost WAY less than the dealership’s. I was there at about 11:30am-ish and ended up leaving after 1. In addition to the service above I also asked to have my wiper blades replaced, which ended up making the wait longer. The young woman behind the counter was really great with the check-in with me. The reason why I could write the sentence about the wiper blades above is because she was in communication with me. She was genuinely surprised that the service was taking so long and that’s something that makes me take notice of a service provider. Customer service. For me, the extra time was no big deal, as I didn’t have anywhere else to go but normally I’m not an overly emotional customer as long as the care in what’s being done is thorough. My car runs great, I can wipe water/rain/wiper fluid off my windows, so I’m a happy customer and will return to this location on Eastern and St Rose in the future due to this 1 interaction.

I went in for a smog check this morning. After reading other reviews I parked in front of the building and walked back to check in. They showed me where to pull in and had me sit in the vehicle to rev the engine (I have a hybrid) so they wouldnt be in the car. Super quick, super easy. Best price! Will keep going here for smog checks.

Had an amazing experience here. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on and they fixed my car perfectly in less than a day. While I was waiting for the diagnosis, another guy came in to get his classic car smogged and Eric told him it didnt need it (because of his classic plates). Saved the guy 10 bucks when he easily couldve swindled. Everyone was following the mask requirements, which was nice.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The work I needed was done quickly and for a very fair price. The location is to the rear of the strip mall, with very limited parking, so it is best to park in the front strip mall and walk down the driveway to the shops office.

I went to have a simple smog done on my car. I come out with a laundry list of items that need to be replaced ( mind you i just had all that done a few weeks before). I just let them tell me. Lets fast forward a few days after i am already gone and out of country again for work. My wife says car runs weird. come to find out they have removed my transponder chip from my key fob and now car wont start. Had a friend come and look and it looks as if my key fob was super glued together. Manager has no clue what happened or a clue. BBB will be contacted and hopefully close these guys down for good. They make a bad name for good repair shops.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. i DONT CARE IF YOU NEED AN AIR FILL UP THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

This company has my car for more than 3 weeks, with nothing but lies about what was wrong with my car. I had to continually call to find out what was going on with it. My car was driving fine when I took it in, and now it has to be towed to another mechanic.

Went for an oil leak they were able to find out, fix it, and had me on my way quickly.

I went here for a smog check which I failed and was told that it was because I had recently changed the battery. I was told that the vehicle would need to be driven a couple hundred miles in a mix of city and highway conditions to set the emission monitors.

I called ahead of time the day before and a guy answered and he sounded really nice and professional, but I walked into located on 7/14/20 around 3:10 pm and the girl that was there was really rude. To describe her she had tattoos all over on hands, and was tan. But I asked her if they could look at my ac because ac at the time was blowing out hot air, and I said it might just need a little Freon. And before I could say anything more she cut me off and walked off saying let me get my manager!!, with a attitude, I didn’t ask to see her manager either. With that kind of person representing your business and short with people is not the right kind of way. Won’t go to this place again. I took my car to my dealership and got the issue fixed quickly thanks purrfect auto!

Fast and easy Smog Check. 2nd time Ive used them and they are very friendly!

Quick and affordable smog check. Can’t beat price of $9.99. With those prices I overlooked the bad attitude from the receptionist.

I went in and paid them to do a smoke test to diagnose an evap leak i was having. After 6 hours I finally get a call and they said its done and that I needed to have a line replaced for 1200 bucks. Not good. So I go and make them show me where the leak was, they said it was a plastic line that had a pin hole. When we were under the car I asked the manager about this divot in an adjacent metal line, it that was the obvious problem to which he adamantly replied nope thats your fuel line, definatly not that, 1200 bucks so I take the car and replace the section of plastic line at home (which is easy) and still have the leak.Months later I called a mobile mechanic out to do another test so I can watch and put the issue to bed finally, and sure enough its obvious the smoke is pouring out of that divot (and hole) in the metal line. Wasnt fuel at all. Any mechanic would have seen this, and noted thats exactly where the leak was coming from. I patched the hole and sure enough, no more issue. Cost me 9 bucks.In summary, this place is your typical lying mechanic shop that wants to charge you thousands of dollars, and they probably wouldve just patched it anyway like I did. Dont go here. I got lied right to my face and almost got scammed out of 1200 dollars, during a pandemic. Terrible place, terrible people.

These people are extremely competent. I do not have them do any extra service other than an oil change or my smog check. And I do ask them not to do the other free review because the first time I came here that led to them trying to get me to buy a bunch of things I didnt need. But I do return to this place because what they do is competent and thats what I would hope and expect.

By far the best SMOG price I have seen. With a standard price of $9.99 this beats almost all coupons I have ever seen. The technician also pointed out a few items that did not affect the smog but I should have addressed. They were not overly pushy but did offer to do the work if I needed it. This is the type of shop I will come back to as a result of such an interaction.

David noticed the front controllers on the car need replacing. He wrote a quote but I felt absolutely ZERO pressure about fixing it that day or even with them, it was just a heads up which i really appreciated. Anyway, Ill be back for future services! I have gone to this location and others in the valley for smog checks and oil changes for several years. I have consistently had the problem of getting a long list of services recommended to me. Sometimes the mechanics also used scare tactics and told me I better get it taken care of soon, especially since I have kids. Last week, I visited this location for a smog check after having my trusted mechanic take care of two of the services Purrfect had previously recommended (two of the others were partially accurate, four were completely unfounded, including one they had tried to scare me into putting a deposit down on). Purrfect told me my coolant reservoir was empty and that it looked like my water pump had been leaking for a while. My mechanic said my coolant and water pump were fine a few days prior. Turns out Purrfect emptied my reservoir. Its been several days and theres NOTHING leaking from my water pump. Now Im not even going to return for smog and oil. Additionally, went right after to get coolant and the guy who worked at the auto store said theyre the most crooked place you can go.

Smog for $9.99 ok, if you have a barely new car other than that, this place would rip you off. Almost gave a heart attack, not for the money but the frustration. Synchrony approved me for $500, so I could get the 6 months promotion for a job the shop made up for $450. Then the manager went further, got me approved for $3000, so my job needed was charged $2800, so I could get a guaranteed check smog. Told them that wasnt fair. They kept my car 2 days only to clean up the parts, so I didnt even get new parts. Thanks I called my credit card and won the dispute got most of my money back, even though I feel the shop still overcharged me

If you are looking for a quality and honest service for an affordable price, this is not the place to consider. Each time I visited this location, they suggested a huge list of things to fix, and some of them were OK (flush coolant or brake fluid), but some were not. A few months ago they suggested (among other things) to change the front brake pads because they are thin, and I declined because I had a feeling that it cannot be the truth. Today I had it checked at a more trustworthy place, and they are still at 5mm! That explains how these folks create their work. In addition, I have a friend whose engine was way over-filled during oil change, almost a full inch above the max line. In addition, they gave it back to him as completed, even though every mechanic checks the oil level after the job is done. My friend (who is an expert of auto engines) was obviously shocked (he worked for 20+ years at an auto engine manufacturing plant).

Like many of the other negative reviews state, the workers at this garage are dishonest. I have zero confidence in their integrity. They use deception and scare tactics to convince unsuspecting customers into having work done that isnt needed nor necessary. Consider this your warning, be suspect of this garage. I avoid this place even for the cheap, simple services. Having observed the blatant dishonesty, I realized theyre likely not above cutting corners on the simplest of services: the oil change.Do not bring your vehicle to this garage, its full of bunch of dishonest scam artists.

I’ve been going to this location for years just for smog &’oil changes...they always would try & say I needed this & that done...which of course was always like 700 + dollars...Well, as I do every year I needed my smog in oil change done Jay is the one that helped me I needed to new motor mounts some work on my transmission etc. he showed me where the cracks were & helped work with me getting the best price possible... after all the work was done he showed me where & what was fixed... so I was able to physically see what was done. Jay, is truly honest & a caring man...Not our to take advantage of people...He knew I was having hard times & did everything in his power to get the job done at a reasonable price to make sure my family, & I would be safe...Thank you Jay! SCAM ARTISTS. I went in for a smog check and they gave me a list of things I needed changed so I wanted to double check with my dealership and my guys told me I didn’t need half of what they listed for at least another 3 years. What’s worse is I have electric power steering and one of the listed was power steering fluid service. Tried to rip me off just because I’m a girl and they don’t think I know better. Please don’t get services done by them, they’re the type of people that will make something small in your car seem like something much worse than what it is to get a quick buck out of you.

So I hate dealing with car issues. My Mazda 3 seemed to be shaking a lot and the brakes started to grind. I was recommended to this particular Purrfect auto by a friend of mine. They were really great. From the check in to inspection, everyone was friendly. My little Mazda is now much better. I prefer to go here versus choosing the dealer. Ask for Damien, he will take care of you.

I have used this location for about 6 years now. I have never been disappointed. Purrfect auto in the past has gotten some bad reviews and I for one got sucked into a scam many years ago by this company. Please don’t judge one bad apple by the name. It was a different location run by different people. The people at this location are polite, and honest and have never sold me or tried to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. They take that extra step in customer satisfication. Only place I will ever take my car

Kens the guy here at Purrfect Auto. Had my old A/C serviced and it was blowing cold in no time. Super easy to talk to and real understanding with an extremely competitive price. Had my A/C quoted at several places and you cant even compare. Forget about it. You got yourself a loyal customer. All my future repairs will be in Kens hands. Great job!

I went in with brakes with a sound that was worse than nails on a chalkboard mixed with a cat in heat!!! Not only did they replace my brakes the manager also repaired a flat tire for free!! The bill wasnt too expensive compared to other locations but I wasnt prepared to pay $500 on that day so I was able to get financed and paid the bill off before any interest hit!! It was a great experience over all!!

If I could give no stars I would. I went to this shop for a simple dent fix ($1500) on Feb 8th. As of today 3/6/2020, the car has not been fixed and Eric (manager) has not returned any of our calls. They continued to say that the fixes were done, but they werent. Then to top it off, while the car was there, someone backed up into the car and damged both doors on the passenger side. They sent the car to another bodyshop and we continued to ask for updates. They continued to say work was being done and now wont answer our calls. We finally got a hold of the other body shop, visited them today, and now know NONE of the work has been done!!! This shop said they have been trying to get a hold of Purrfect and was about to start charging them storage as they have had the car for weeks!!! We are now working with the other shop to get all damages fixed and will be turning everything over to our insurance and lawyers. Horrible place and scammers!!!Update: went into shop to speak with Eric. They supposedly are giving us a refund. We shall see Id that happens and Ill update this review then.Update: It is now April 13, 2020 and still no check received.

Dont bother with these guys. Basic oil change they cant even be bothered to do right. A few days after I go in for an oil change I have smoke billowing out from under my hood. Pop the hood, and come to find out they left the cap on the top of the engine off. I know its a cheap oil change (I even provided the oil!), but seriously? Was going to have them do my timing belt too since I just dont have time to do it myself, but not anymore. Will just find the time, and get it done.

It was my first time going here. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and I explained I needed a Smog Check. The staff were so friendly and nice. They had a TV inside their waiting office and my daughter watched a movie. I only paid $9.99 for my Smog Check! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Had my entire front end fixed, rack and pinion, control arms, shocks and struts, engine mounts. 2,000$ dollars. Had to take it back to have the entire rack redone and control arms about a month later. And again to have my struts redone. Front end sounded like it was crumbling. They say they won’t know if new parts are defective until they are put in. I took it somewhere else to have my alignment done and had them check everything including what was making the noise upfront and they told me that I needed new strut-assembly, they said nothing about anything else needed to be done but when I took it back to Purrrfect Auto they told me that it was my steering column that was making the noise and there was a lot of play but the people who did my alignment said nothing about that so that wasn’t even the problem,it was the struts that they had put in previously. Defective just like my rack and pinion. For the amount of money I paid to have almost my whole front and re-done i expected to have no issues for years to come. Not the case. They also told me I needed my front brakes done. The place that did my alignment said my brakes were still good. I jut can’t trust Purrrfect auto.They are working with me to resolve my issues. But i feel like there shouldn’t be issues in the first place, when you have all these things replaced new. Maybe get a new parts distributor. Great for smog and simple oil changes.

I have had several repairs done here on 3 different vehicles, including our Motorhome. I have found them to be honest, have done good work, and if there was a problem of any kind, Damien made sure that it was handled to our satisfaction. Id recommend this location HIGHLY! They do point out items that are not good and should be repaired or replaced, I might not be thrilled with the need to have anything additional repaired...but Ive never felt pressured. Avoid this place they will get you by giving cheap smog and oil change but they will find anything wrong with your car just to rip you off i dont know where these mechanics got their license, they will make sure you keep going back to them not only that they over charged me $1250 i disputed and won, every time i go back for same problem the manager either quit or got fired. I recently had this shop replace my water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt replaced with what I was told was a life time warranty on the part and the service I know it needed to be done so I trusted Charles and the shop since I have had oil changes and smog tests done here before. I dropped my truck off on the 13th and picked it up the next day after 4 pm. A few days later I noticed a leak, I took it back to Charles granted he was the one that guaranteed the work and diagnosed my truck. He came back to me and said that he needed to replace the water outlet gasket and he would charge me an additional $100. I told Charles isnt that something that should of been done when the pump was replaced and he said no this guy was very patronizing calling me sweet heart and darling like I didnt know anything about my truck or cars. I have had a water pump replaced on another truck and I never had any leaks come up right after a fix. All I wanted was for him to honor his warranty on the job done not charge me an additional fee for something that they missed. I called an auto part shop and asked for the gasket that Charles said I needed and the part was only $6 and I was being charged an extra $100. I am scared to drive my truck now because of the leak they left, I need my truck to take my grandmother to California to her chemo now what am I supposed to do. I hope the owners are aware what Charles is doing to their customers.

This location is a huge joke! I took my SUV here, for an oil change, top off all fluids, check tire pressure, breaks, etc. Being I am a female, they explained my breaks and many other issues were wrong with it. They gave me a quote of $1,568.98.. They said my breaks were so bad, that its a risk to drive my vehicle. I agreed for the service. They had my car, over 1 week. Id call every day! They said, they were waiting on a part. I finally was able to pick up my car. Drove away, my car was making noise under the engine. Prior to them doing work on my car, there was ZERO noise under my hood! This place, take serious advantage of women! Theyve been on the news years ago. Thetes been many lawsuits against them. Its just not this location, its all of them. You go in there, for oil change and they scare you into believing your car isnt safe, unless you get all this expensive work done on your car. I also had them add Freon to my AC. My AC only blew cold air barely for 2 weeks. This place, needs to be shut down ASAP!!! BEWARE!!!!

This place should seriously be investigated. As an honest reviewer, I will tell you that they are very sneaky and excellent at making you believe they will do one thing, and then actually doing something else. They got all the wrong parts (remanufactured parts) installed in my car when I paid an expensive price for brand new. They strung me along for weeks making me believe I’d get a refund, when in the end after I wasted so much time trying to get ahold of them and coming in on numerous occasions, they did nothing for me. This to me is fraudulent. I highly recommend avoiding this place, even if it is for a simple oil change.
