I HATE giving bad reviews - especially to a company that seems to have such good service. I picked Aloha because of the amazing customer service described in other reviews. However.. Ive been waiting a month to even be called back for my car repair. I went in person, and the mechanic seemed super nice, and gave me a fair price to fix my car. His name was Henry or Harry, and I remember being unsure because the reviews specifically mention Jason being the nicest and most helpful. After I left, the receptionist didnt take any of my info down but claimed they would call me. I asked her to write down my number and she did. Ive called 4 times since then, and have asked repeatedly just to get a quote for my car repair. She said her Dad knows he needs to call me and will get to it, but here I am... over a month later.Im super sad because I was so excited to have my car finally fixed after saving up forever. I cant imagine how long it takes to actually fix vehicles if a simple quote takes over a month. Im disappointed because I wanted to work with good mechanics that could help me. Unfortunately, just giving me a simple quote wasnt a priority and I wasted my time.

Took my car and my husbands car here and both visits we were told there was really nothing wrong with our cars. They checked out what our concerns were, made some minor adjustments for free!! My husband just had a faulty (3 wk old) battery, so we returned when a replacemement battery, they checked out the alternator said it was good and sent us on our way. My tail pipe was loose so they secured it and would not accept any payment even after i tried! Great service, fast and honest!! Will always come back for future services.

I almost dont want to give this place the review it deserves because I want to keep it to myself. This is the best most honest repair shop I have ever gone to. The vibe is a bit laid back but Jason is totally honest and tells it like it is. I am a car guy so I know when a mechanic is trying to pull something over. Ive been coming here for more than seven years and will keep coming. You will never pay for something you dont need and the repair will be done correctly. They stand behind their repairs. My sister took her car here and they were great. They had to order the part which took some time but they were very nice and explained everything. They even told me I could bring my car in to check the brakes and told me why they might be making noise even though Ive been told they are ok. Prices were fair and the people are very nice

Alright so although this place is hidden and looks like a hole in the wall they are one of the most trusted mechanics in the valley... they will give you a free quote and won’t try to bill you up. They will tell you if something doesn’t need to be fixed right away or if it does. They won’t try and change your spark plugs and coils just cause your car reaches a certain amount of mileage. Family run business they know vehicles and won’t burn your pocket like the dealership will.

I have used Jason and Aloha Auto on several locations. Most recently the fuel pump on my wifes T-bird died and the local Ford Dealer wanted $1,900 to fix it. Turned to Jason once again and he did the work for 1/3 the price and the work is perfect. I have never been dissapointed when visiting Aloha and you will not either.

Aloha means Hello or Good-bye Took my vehicle back cuz the work they did not solve the issue of a leaking rear axle. J. got frustrated and said, I needed to look for an axle cuz he assumed the one I had could be warped? So I did my own search. Took my vehicle elsewhere. A shop down a block away can get an axle kit new in a box. They also got a special tool to go over the ABS Ring, that will save me Money from replacing it for a new one. These guys are not old school! They talked to Dealers Service Dept. and found the leaky axles has had a history with them as well. The info. they got on how to resolve it was simple. Remove the axle on the other side that is not leaking and use that as reference to set seals, clips and bearings. Did Aloha do all this? No! Failed!!! The vibe I got from J was Good-Bye, Whatever Inokea HAHA! I am from Hawaii and a U,S Veteran. Maybe it didnt matter to them. They gave up on my vehicle, I didnt. I found a repair shop that does their homework and can do the job right the first time. They care about their Customers and the their hard earned money!!! No Leaks !! NO Aloha!!! INOKEA!!!

Aloha diagnosed my power steering leak as needing a complete new steering rack ($550), and my oil leak as needing an intake manifold gasket which they said is a 7 hour job on my car ($1000+). I went to Midas near St. Rose pkwy and Eastern ave, they said the power steering leak was a cooler hose that was hard to get to ($290), and the oil leak as a valve cover gasket ($600). Im glad I went to another shop because I believe Aloha tried to scam me, possibly because I have out of state plates. On top of that, the work they would have done wouldnt have fixed my actual problems. The only reason I went to this shop is because they had/have a good google review, I dont want anyone else to get scammed by this (literally) back alley shop.P.S.I have no affiliation with Midas, but they did good work for me so I would recommend them.

We have brought my daughters (dying) Camry to Todd and Jason twice. The first time they did the work to keep the car going for a semester but did not try to sell us extras. This time, it appears to be fatal, and I cannot say how much I appreciate their integrity...they did a thorough check and gave me idea of how much repairs would cost and advised against them. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to Aloha.

I found out about this place thanks to the tire guys at Walmart and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. Jason is highly chill and down to earth. He explained what was wrong simply and clearly but never talked down to me if I had trouble understanding. He didnt want to push any expensive repairs either unless they were completely and utterly necessary. All in all I can say I will be back if my car has future troubles while Im in the Vegas area. Could not recommend enough!

When I get a price for an auto repair prices were pretty good about 40% cheaper than anywhere else they do cash work quick easy in-and-out no complaints no problems can I use a carmy cars been here about 10 times and it looks like its made about 10 times so Im definitely going to have them do some work on that soon nice people

After my experience I felt I had to post it on here. If I could give this place 100 🌟 I would. Ive been looking for a shop to take my car into that I could trust because Ive been ripped off and taken advantage of before. So Ive heard alot about this place and decided to give it a shot because my car really needed some work done. So I took my car in last week because of a possible leak. Jason had said that my water pump needed to be changed out, and since my thermostat was right there he recommended that I change that also so he wouldnt have to go back in there to change that which he quoted me all together $550. I called other shops and they quoted me at the lowest $700 for just a water pump change. So later that day he finished the job and I was Soo stoked to finally get my car serviced. As I was driving home I noticed a whining noise going on. It was later in the day so I waited till the next morning to give Jason a call and tell him what had happened. When I called him, he just told me to bring it in as soon as I could. So that next day I brought it in and he got to look at it. At first when he came to look at it, he was stumped he didnt know how its making that noise. But he was Soo awesome and took the time to print out papers to try and explain what he thinks is going on. But he said it would be like $600 just for labor. And I was kind of like man, am I about to get ripped off again??? Because when I took it in it wasnt making that noise. So the next day I called Jason and explained my worries about what happened to my car. Jason was very understanding. And Jason explained to me that he wasnt sure how it happened, but said that he wanted to make it right. I asked him how much he would charge me because of the circumstances, and he had said he would just charge me parts, which would be under $100. So upon inspection Jason called me in to the shop so he could show me exactly what was wrong. He showed me that above where he was working at was actually the thing that was causing that noise. And once again u was just worried about what it will cost. Jason reassured me that we would work something out and he just wants to get to the bottom of this and get it fixed. Later in that day Jason said that the car was done and he would charge me parts and a little bit of labor which all in all came out to just under $300. I was Soo happy because I feel that Jason went above and beyond to help me out and satisfy his customer in making things right. So in the end if anyone is reading this and not sure what shop to take it to just head on down to aloha automotive. They are a very small hole in a wall place but do quality work.

I became stranded in Las Vegas while towing a boat with six friends on the way to Lake Mead when my radiator blew a leak. It was Saturday morning and I had difficulty finding a mechanic who could schedule me in. I came across Aloha Automotive from the Google Ad. Jason was very friendly and helpful. He was busy but he readily fit me in while we waited, replaced my radiator with plenty of time to still make it to the lake and his prices were very reasonable. If I lived in Vegas, Jason would be my permanent mechanic.

Im from out of town and called several places trying to find a place to help fix my car that was reasonably priced.. These guys were the only ones who told me that the symptoms of the car and the diagnosis from my sensor & from Autozone didnt match up. They took a lot of time, staying after their closing hour to find the problem, explain to me throroughly, and then fixed it. They even asked if I could come in the next morning to make sure the sensors were running perfectly so I can make it home today. Todd and Jason are very personable and helpful. Thanks guys!!
