I am so impressed with the level of communication I received. I never had to call to get a status of my vehicle. I received texts letting me know the status and then a phone call as soon as it was finished. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to pick up my car when I was available. Personally I worked with Dani and Marie and they were both so fantastic! Highly recommend!

Took my truck in for collision repair obviously. I was well informed on its progress throughout the repair process and the repairs were well done. I have been in the collision repair industry for over 20 years and NEVER seen such a lack of quality control. Oil and coolant that had been in the bed(half full), were now inside the truck laying on the floor behind this right front seat waiting to be spilled. A battery core with acid all over which was also in the truck bed was now sitting on the rear seat! Are you kidding me? The radio also didnt work, had to bring it in the following day to replace a fuse. Never again.

We have used Service King twice now and both times their service was professional and very high quality. They did an excellent job with scheduling and keeping us informed of the process and progress. I hope I don’t need car body repair again anytime soon but if I do, we’ll certainly use Service King again.

I had my vehicle repaired by Service King in January due to a collision, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect and repair it with care and in a timely fashion.When a few things surfaced weeks after the repair that hadn’t been present during the initial inspection, they fixed them quickly and without a fuss, and at no additional cost.Both Dani and Marie in the collision center are friendly and courteous over the phone, and go above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend this company and would return should the need arise in the future without hesitation.

Service King is hands down, one of the best repair shops I have dealt with. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and rental car company to make my experience an ideal one. I highly recommend using them to help with all your auto repair needs.

Great service for many years in Texas and now Nevada. Would not utilize anyone else. Service King in Henderson repair accident damage and totally cleaned my car both inside & out. Car was shining like new. Happy camper.

The body shop here also doesnt have a staff. Because I didnt know that the employee was talking, he unkindly told me to call with someone who could interpret it.

Would definitely recommend! My car was towed here after a minor accident and service king made the whole process easier than I was expecting. They even finished 2 days before the estimated date. Josh made sure to keep me updated through text messages and phone calls which was great. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out!

I dropped off my Cadillac SRX this morning.I was referred here by a gentleman who has been in the business a very long time who strictly told me that this is the only place he would take his vehicle. CJ has gone above and beyond to listen and make sure all of my concerns are heard and met. They have been extremely prompt with all my paperwork. They have above and beyond. In regards to my rental it was on site when I arrived they made the beginning process very convenient and Ive had great communication with me. I trust they will do the work needed and make sure my vehicle is in the same pristine condition it was before the accident.Also with this happening during covid-19 they have gone and taken the above measures to sanitize my vehicle and keep everyone safe. I will post photos of before and after work update my review when my service is complete.

Seems Service King is editing the 1 star ratings to keep up, they dont want you to know the truth about business. I tried to get an estimate after a trip to my truck and a short discussion, was told they were to busy to help me. No problem, told the insurance agent and he stated he has herd this about this location before....Im going someplace else. If they are to busy to even give an estimate then they are to busy to do a good job on my truck and I really would not trust a company that has very rude front office staff, Im sure it trickles down the to the shop. Glad the insurance Im dealing with is very much aware of the attitude of this so called service. Go someplace else.

Getting my car to get serviced was a pain, however not this locations fault. (Thats whole other story)Josh and the receptionist are the only reason theres any stars here. Josh was constantly updating me on what was being done and the lovely receptionist was welcoming and always had a smile. Service king is lucky to have them...As for the body work, it was great, you cant tell that the car was ever involved in an accident... (My car was hit while parked outside my house and the impact messed up the drivers side among other things, the force of a truck moved my car so hard that the passenger side hit the side walk and my car ended up on top of the sidewalk). So once again great body work HOWEVER, people would ride in my car (2018, 12,000 miles) and point out the nasty hissing noise it was making after the accident...as soon as i drove it i called josh and he had me bring it back the following day.. Also my windshield wipers were not working. The noise couldnt be fixed after 3 visits and after $12,000 charged to the insurance... I was told that it was a normal sound and then the case was closed.I got tired of hearing that ugly sound.. the mechanics work was an embarrassement. . i had my husband take a look at it. . it took him 1 minute to figure out that noise #1 was from the passenger side. . a small piece of the car metal was rubbing against the tire disk, that disk is all scratched up now.. However my husband bent it back into place and that noise went away. The second noise came from the back passenger side tire. My husband simply removed the tire and replaced the bearing ($130 out of our own pocket). And guess what Service King? It only took 30 minuntes and now there is no noise because there never should have been. Please get yourself qualified mechanics...Ive also seen comments about people saying their cars were returned washed and clean.. Mine was not. No big deal, but just saying.

Truck was repaired here looked great afterwards, however items in the dash were loose and not put back. I was also disappointed that the red trim around the window just on the drivers side wasnt touched up.

I took my Cadenza in to be worked on and when I picked it up I immediately noticed that the trim that runs under the doors (from wheel to wheel) was sticking out about an inch farther than it should. We immediately made plans to order a new one and Id return when it arrived to have it corrected.The very next day I noticed that they must have removed the rear seat because my seatbelt was tucked behind the seat and was unusable (the rear seats on a Cadenza do not lay down and removing the seat is a job for a professional). Additionally, the trim that runs down the lower portion of the door started to peel off within a day. I notified SK of these additional issues and they told me theyd address them when I returned the car for the initial issue.But come on...these three issues are completely unnecessary in the first place - these people are suppose to be professionals, right?So I take more time off work and drive the car to them, pay for my own Uber home...then repeat the process in reverse the next day. My service person, Diana Rivera, said that shed speak to her manager about a gift card for compensation for them doing such poor work and get back to me. You all can guess the next part, right...never heard from her again.This place was great when it was a Collison Center (or whatever the name was) but now that its a Service King the work is shoddy and the customer service is just as bad. I recommend taking you car elsewhere if youd like it fixed right the first time.

Brought our Vw jetta tdi there for an estimate for USAA to repair. Josh only spent 5 minutes or less looking at the damage. Never put it on a lift. Never in my life would I let these fools fix my car. He talked about welding/gluing on my plastic bumper cover tabs. 3 other estimates later I found out that this method was never used in any other shop. They are obviously biased on doing shoddy work to appease the Usaa insurance company.

I want to say these guys, the staff are great👍👍. Caroline at the front desk was do nice and courteous answered any questions I had and gave my any information I may have not known. Text messages were sent daily on what the status of my truck was. Jose is the guy who walked me throy everything when it came to the damages updated on parts that needed to be ordered. Theres was some tweaking that needed but jose.and his tech were gladly to adjust anything that was needed on ghr issue. This shop is there to please, they do a great job I hsppy to say Im a satisfied customer.

My car was vandalized over the weekend. Westley Hatch was my service advisor. He kept me up to date on my car and the parts. He went the extra mile to complete my car way ahead of schedule he finished on a Saturday when he didnt have to. In my eyes thats real customer care!! Westley youre the man!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did not fix my 2013 Challenger properly after being rear ended, which caused long term damage and rendered the car near totaled. When I brought this up to them, they mocked me, ridiculed me, and called me a liar. They also wouldnt fix the parts they had fixed prior, which failed due to normal driving conditions. Very rude, poor poor service, and should be closed for fraud. If you enjoy your car or your money, avoid Service King at all cost.

Great customer service since the very first moment. I had an accident and they had my car towed and fixed within a week. Since the first call, the lady at the front desk was great, Im sorry I forgot her name, they kept me uptated thru texts and calls on everything that was going on with my repair. Josh was very attentive with all my questions. They did an excellent job and my car looks brand new. I just had to come here and recommend this place.

They really should fire the lady at the front desk. I walked in and she looked at me without saying a word. Instead she went back to talking on the phone on a personal call I may add. Luckily I was only there for my insurance agent to asses my car damage.The receptionist is the reason why I ultimately didnt want to get my car fixed there. If they were working on my car, shed be answering the phone if I called to check up on it. No thank you ! This lady is very unprofessional.

I came to this business with a bad attitude expecting poor service & repair, only to find the exact opposite. Their workmanship & exceptional personal service turned me 180° around.

I simply wanted my car to be quoted for a paint job. I walked in the Henderson location and the service clerk lady was on the phone. The lady says, Can I help you? while the telephone hanging at her left ear. I told her I would like an estimate on a paintjob for my car. Painting the whole car? (the telephone still attached to her face) I said, Well yeah if it needs to be. She gave me a look as if I couldnt afford the cost and flat out gave me a rough estimate without even looking at my car, Its gonna be about $7000. I dont appreciate being looked down upon, especially when I do have $7000 for my budget on fixing my cars exterior. For anybody looking to get your car serviced, dont even give this business any of your time or money. The lady was extremely rude, unprofessional and presumptuous. I run a business in service and I would like to call out your boss: Shame on you for hiring unskilled, poorly trained, unproffesional desk clerks!! You need to pay them a fair living wage or invest more in their training, especially for proper human communication skills, or just fire incompetent people that lose business for you!
