This is my go to shop in Vegas. Ive been going here at least a year and half or two years. Ive gotten my power steering line replaced, a few oil changes, transmission fluid flushed, new cv axles and some other things. They seem to be very honest and flexible which is a nice relief. They have great customer service and are straight to the point. Anyone that asks me where to take their car, I tell them Expert.

These guys have been my saving grace. After dealing with Not-So-Purrfect Auto off Valle Verde, they were able to properly fix the engine leak I was having that was misdiagnosed as a rear main seal. They also fixed my transfer case that wasn’t set back properly by Purrfect Auto, and saved my transmission from being completely ruined. Everyone at Expert Car Care & Transmission are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you want quality and straightforward service, come to these guys. It’s worth the trip no matter what side of town you’re on.

My sons 2013 captiva developed a terrible oil leak that caused several other issues. A real mess. Mike did an outstanding job that was very difficult. He even called chevy to see if there were any recalls due to a design defect. Because of that call, we learned that my son was sold athe car with a branded title without being told by the dealer. The bank did not examine the title either or they missed it. The bank is going all out to remedy the situation as the dealer closed its doors. If it werent for Mikes concern and extra effort, wed be in a very bad situation. No matter what happens, the repair was done with utmost detail and procedure.

I bought my truck in for a transmission diagnostic and he worked on it all day and couldnt find the problem so he didnt charge me anything but he gave it back to me without any transmission fluid and I drove it about 8 Miles before the transmission valve body seized up and that cost me $500 from another shop

This is the best shop I have ever gone too. The owners Kimber and Gary are one of the nicest people you know and will treat you like family. Their technicians are top notch and know what they are talking about. I took my Jeep in (I dont trust many places in Vegas as i have gotten screwed over many times) To get a new AC system put in. They gave me a VERY reasonable price and did an amazing job. I havent had AC for 4 years and i literally cried on the way home because it was such a job well done. They even went above and beyond and fixed a few things and didnt even charge me for it! They didnt try to upsell me, or scam me in any way. Im so glad to have found a legit, honest shop in Vegas. They will be getting my business from now on and i will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Unorganized don’t waste your time .

Did my dodge diesel put wrong torque converter in ate fuel real bad cost me a lot through several years until i took it to Amco transmission they did it right! Amco told me right out the wrong torque converter i didnt believe it until i drove my truck what a difference milage was up by average of 3 and a half mpg dont waste your money

Had phone issues when calling not sure what happened. Never got thru.. will try another day.
