This company is horrible from day one when my girlfriend finance a Jeep from them. First thing Bill Wiggins knew something was wrong with the vehicle and still sold it to her. The first day I returned the vehicle for wires showing in tire, then finding out that the sway bar needed repairs. If things couldnt get any worse the A/C motor blown in June 2021 mind you we only had to car 2 months so it took them well over a month to fix the issue thats the only time we were given a loaner car due to Eric GM saying that they dont have any loaner cars. Eric is a very arrogant GM that stands in the pulpit but cant even show good customer service skills in the office as well as Taylor is the Maintenance Director I had to call him well over 20 times to check in on the vehicle he will never give me updates on the progress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL AND IF YOU SEE BILL WIGGINS RUN. TO BE EXACT THIS CAR WAS FINANCE IN APRIL 2021 ALL THESE ISSUES OCCURRED IN 3 MONTHS OR LESS!!!!!
Superior Chrysler is a wonderful place to take your vehicle to have it serviced, buy parts or purchase a vehicle. The Owner Jim is awesome. (i used to work there) and I can honestly say that he cares about his customers and their best interests. Good people, great prices and awesome staff!

The people here are awesome. Our sales guy didnt pressure us while we were walking around looking at cars. We found a couple different ones we liked, he went & got us the key & said take it for a test drive. Then we test drove another one. We went inside and sat down to get some numbers. Although we havent made the deal yet, they let us drive it home (10mins. down the road) so we could look it over, drive it & really be able to check it out over night! Now tell me how many car dealers would let you do that??? NONE that we know of, so go check them out, they have a lot to choose from & without any pressure!!!!!

I paid cash for a orange 2013 Jeep Wrangler back in June from superior Chrysler of Henderson. By July the check engine light and a lighting bolt light popped on. Took it to the shop, the jeep was getting too many RPMs ok got that fixed next the seatbelt sensor went out, so when I buckle my seatbelt that beeping sound won’t stop. Now the heat is not working and the transmission sensor is acting up. I bought a $13,000 orange lemon

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. My jeep broke down on the way back to GA so I took it into the dealership to have it fixed. The dealership didnt have the part in stock so it had to be ordered. After a few days, they said the vehicle is ready so I sent my father to pick it up. NOT EVEN 10 MILES INTO DRIVING IT THE CAR STARTS HAVING PROBLEMS! He takes it back to the dealership, to find out whats wrong with it. a bad part was installed.... Hmm, curious if the mechanic actually checked or verified his work before passing the vehicle off, one would have seen this issue. Someone could have been injured or killed if my father didnt have the good sense to drive back.The service center is an utter scam, if youre reading this and need work, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Best bet is to drive right passed this place. You’ll be paying off a car for 15 years messing with these people!

Mike Young was our Salesman and he made it great. We had stopped at a number of other dealerships around the Lake Gaston area and he was the one salesperson we wanted to do business with. He was honest, helpful, informative and a good Christian man. He followed up with us at appropriate intervals and was very respectful of our time a d needs.
Attention: This dealership has caused my childrens mother nothing but grief and headache. She purchased a Jeep from them one month ago and has had so many issues. First, she couldn’t get insurance because the title paperwork was showing the car in Italy. Secondly, the vehicle starting having issues that they said they couldn’t figure it out, so they sent it to another dealership to see what the problem was. When the dealership did a diagnostic test, they found many issues. They contacted Superior Chrysler to let them know the cost, and they went to pick it up because they said it was too much money to pay them to fix it. Superior took the car back to their location in Henderson and did some minor repairs to get it running. Meanwhile they did not want to give the consumer a loaner or rental car until they had the problem solved. She got the car back this past week, and now the transmission sensor and other indicators are on. The car will not go any faster than 40mph. She called them about the car and they told her to drive it to them from Raleigh instead of towing it. Now they are telling her that she can’t get a rental or a loaner at all even though they don’t know how long it’s gonna take to repair it. She has a job to go to M-Friday and have to drop her kids off to school. Oh and she has a son that is always sick and can have an asthma attack at any moment, but they will not give her something to drive. Now she has no way to work nor a way to drop off the kids to school. Can someone refer an attorney so a lawsuit could be filed on this dealership. She has been stressed from day one of buying this car and now this happens again today. She only had this car for over s month or about two

Im alittle bias cause I know 1 of the mechanics here, fixed my truck twice here once was a recall other was for a seal leaking issue. Done right both times, But they do NEED TO OVERHAUL THE LOOK OF SERVICE AREA, Doesnt Nowhere Look Like Your At A Dealership But Instead Looks Like A Junkyard Counter AreaGUYS PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER YOUR A DODGE DEALERSHIP AND NEED TO HAVE THE LOOK OF ONE..!!!

I would not recommend anyone buying from here. I went to trade my car and found out that I was overcharged. General manager is not qualified for his position and made me wait almost two hours to see him when he told me to come down. He also told me I would get a spare key for my car when I purchased it and then changed his mind after I asked for it. If I could rate less than one star I would. My salesman was excellent though. Im glad he left and moved on to better things

Dealership scammed me. They forced me to buy this special paint protection cause they said it comes on the car already from the factory, but then after all the paperwork was signed the story changed and they told me I had to schedule an appointment to have the paint protection applied. I have tried for almost 3 months to get it done, and its either to late to do it, or they dont have anyone there who can do it.

Parts/Service. This is the most miserable looking bunch of folks I have ever had to deal with. Not just once, but every time. Hound dog droopy faces, infighting, like you ruined their day when you walk in. I did have one fella hold the door open for me when I walked out with a heavy part, but he could not even look at me. No hello, thanks, have a nice day..... miserable...... Should I blame them? Management? I really feel bad for that bunch.

The Sells People was good on helping me pick a car...The Service Department Sucks Lazy as hell...they always claiming they booked up to do a oil change... they pretty much turn away money...Told me they couldnt fix a problem on my car took it to the real Dodge Service Department in Raleigh they fixed my problem in a hour
