Quality care; not robber barrens. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation & a consult on few things. They handled the oil change & tire rotation like pros. They didn’t charge me for the consult, which my dealership verified as accurate when I took it in for their manufacturer expertise. That level of service creates loyalty for me.

I thought the service was fine. The price to have a tire repaired was very high. Especially when the tire/wheel was already off of the trailer. The tire only needed bead sealer, thus no repair required. I was charged over $26 for this- too high! I wont be back.

I blew out a tire a long way from home and was unable to put on my spare. The people at the Henderson office were wonderful! They got me back on the road quickly and I was able to make my appointment. Great service!

They were the only ones in town that get my tires in the next day and actually have them on my car. They went as far as to call me the next morning when the tires got in which I think is above and beyond what they needed to do. And the price was very reasonable. Their customer service is phenomenal and that is why I give them a five star rating.

They were very efficient and honest. I thought I needed a front end alignment and they checked it and told me it was spot on and did not need one.

Didnt have a good experience, said itd be $27 to plug a hole in my tire from a nail, and that itd be days before they could even see me. Youre better off going somewhere else.

The salesman who found me an 8 lug trailer rim, and found an amazing trailer tire for me at an awesome price. If one of my local tire companies are not able to get me the same exact tires for the exact same price, Im going to drive back to your tire shop to purchase the other 3 tires, another new rim and tire for me to have a spare tire. I called to make an appointment and got my van in fast. The people at Raben were extremely friendly and found out the problem. They fixed it and even done an oil change when I asked. Now going back for a couple more things to get fixed. Wonderful people and an excellent place.

Scheduled appointment for alignment. Took vehicle in. Picked it up & vehicle was pulling to right bad, where it wasn’t really pulling at all. Husband called stated what was going on. Mechanic stated they weren’t able to do the alignment & told the desk not to charge us. Needless to say we were charged. We’re done w/ Raben. Dishonest to the core.

My experience with Raben was a 10/10. I pulled up with them closing in 7 minutes and you would have never known. They unloaded my tire from the trunk and had the new tire on my rim in a matter of minutes. Quick and easy. Thank you guys

(Being a woman) this shop checked everything and I ended up not needing brakes yet, so they just informed me and didn’t charge anything. Very trustworthy.

I took my Jeep in for an alignment and they said they couldn’t loosen the tie rod nuts loose! Are you kidding me??? I used to be a mechanic and we used a valuable tool called a touch to heat them! Not at all impressed!!!

Great service... We were traveling from Illinois to Atlanta Georgia, when I noticed I had a bald tire on my trailer. The young man that changed the tire had problems with the wheel bolt. He ran the threads on the nuts and one of the studs, grateful they went the extra mile.

Fast service and very friendly. Even though they were ready to close they got my truck in and fixed my flat. I had a nail in my tire the total charge was $24 thanks Raben Tires you rock!

They didnt read the work order. I just wanted front tires swapped. They ended up taking every tire off twice, got my car stuck in the snow and couldnt get it back into the shop for the 3rd time. So I had to pay them (discounted but not enough considering...), and proceed to change my own tires around on the side of the road just so I could get it unstuck and go home.Remember I just wanted my front tires changed.

They were very nice and took great care of my car. I had to leave my car there for several days after due to snow issues and they were very nice to let me do so.

Within the last month I have stopped in Raben tire two times with an emergency flat tire. They got me back on the road in less than an hour with a good quality tire. I won’t tire shop anywhere but Raben for now on.Thanks guys

I left my car in the parking lot around 6:30 am and dropped my keys in the lock box. I then realized I had left my dome light on and the car was locked. At 7:30 am I phoned and asked the person who answered the phone to please have someone turn it off. He said they would. When I picked up my car at 2:30 pm the dome light was still on (8 hrs)!I was very disappointed that no one bothered something as simple as turning off a dome light. Not sure how they would respond to a serious concern.

Had a blowout on our 5th wheel the very first day of our RV trip. Contacted Doug and he immediately said they could help us out. Developed a fast tire leak on a Friday night. Saturday and I went to Raben for an emergency fix. I had never been there before. They immediately squeezed me in and within 20 minutes I was done and on the road, with a reasonable charge. AND they practice social distancing. Win!

Oil change great. Didn’t air up all my tires. Couldn’t repair my tires nor replace them due to lack of having in stock in Henderson or Evansville. Employee came out inappropriately said I wouldn’t be able to make it back home with my 6 year old next to me. This being the same tire I made it there on. Took 1 1/2 to change oil and “check” tires. I liked their prices in the past but I will pay more to have better service and quality!

I rumbled in at 20 minutes to closing time. They checked my tires, scooched me into the garage. Right away no questions asked. The gentlemen searched his inventory and realized he had 1 tire that matches my car & the tire that was blown out. By the time I sat down & advised my husband of the situation the tech walked in & handed my keys to me saying all done! My mouth literally hung open... I was on a roadtrip, far from home & far from my destination... These guys took extremely good care of me. They were fast, efficient and extremely nice to a woman in distress. All 3 of the guys that helped me that day were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this tire place to anyone who needs help with their tire needs.

I am absolutely pleased with Raben Tire & Auto. I was traveling through the state when my alternator failed. Raben T & A were able to fix my issue in a very timely manner at an amazing price and were able to have me back on the road very quickly! Great customer service, But had a nail in the curve part of my tire and i know they don’t like to patch those up.... but i don’t want to buy a new tire for something that can be patched up!!

I got to Raben ten minutes before closing with a tire needing repaired. I explained I was not from Henderson but was traveling to St Louis and had hit something in the road. The young men were so nice and stayed after closing on a Saturday afternoon to repair my tire and get me on my way. The service was great. The men polite and caring. It was very fast and friendly. I thought I was going to be waiting at least an hour but it was done in about 30 mins. Which was great because I had my daughter with me. Great customer service. Thank you for being speedy and not so expensive. I was looking to have to pay at least 800 but got 4 new tired plus warranty and balance for less than 600. I recommend my hometown Raben.

Very professional, honest, and nice! We took a tire there Saturday that was flat. I called before hand and they told us they were really busy and probably couldn’t fit it in the same day which is understandable and I was completely fine with. We took the tire up there just to leave it and we would pick it up Monday or Tuesday and instead of leaving it they fit us in their busy schedule and fixed it on the spot! We appreciate it so much and we will be back in the future.

I dropped my car off they said it would be an hour. I called 3 hours later they said 30 more minutes. I got there in 45 minutes and still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. All of this just for them to patch a tire. Quality repairs but plan to wait a long time if you need anything done.

I called and asked for an oil change that needed to be done on that day. I was told it could be worked in if I could drop it off. However, they competed the job way faster than expected. The service at Raben is friendly, professional and dependable.

Made an appointment for a simple tire rotation at 1pm. At 4pm they still hadnt even pulled my car in. They finally call at 5 saying its ready, they close at 530. Spent all afternoon waiting on them. We will not do anymore business with Raben. Every tire I have bought for the last 15 years came from Raben. Not anymore.

I had a headlight that was blown. I called and Raben was able to replace the bulb that day. I waited at the store only about 20 minutes. I was very happy that they were able to quickly get my vehicle in and take care of the headlight.

Got me right in fixed and ready for pickup the next morning. I guess its not their fault front brakes cost $700. Ouch! However, on these cars with push button start the manual says you can not leave the key fob in the car (not running) for extended periods of time. For some reason it messes with your battery. So I dont have to elaborate, the car was DOA.

Got my vehicle right in and found the problem and called to explain the problem and price.I would recommend them to anyone!

Will never go back. waited 5 minutes to my tires aired up, and they never did mine. someone else who got their 4 minutes after i did, got their tires aired up and i got ignored.

Service was great VERY prompt. Stopped in to schedule some new to be installed for the week and they were able get my car in the same day. VERY satisfied with the speed, cost, and service we received!

Courteous employees and comfy waiting area. From burning oil smell some oil got on engine plus had oil on door handle of my car. Rarely have spills on my engine from Raben but can see how that could easily happen. I could give five stars other than that.

I had purchased a vehicle on 12/28/19. I was in Henderson on 1/3/20 when the vehicle started to overheat. After much babying the vehicle I was able to get it to Raben Tire. Even though they were extremely busy that day Danny (shop manager) took the time to talk to me and had it checked out for me. The water pump had gone out plus some other issues. They gave me a free estimate on what it would cost. I agreed to letting them fix it. I left the vehicle there on Friday. On Monday, the told me they found another problem with it. I told them to go ahead and fix that too. Tuesday they called that it was ready to be picked up. All employees I have encountered there have always been friendly, kind, and eager to help.
