Requested an appointment to have my steering wheel play inspected & Victor responded in a timely manner & was able to have my car in and out after the diagnosis. Mason and Sean were both professional about the diagnosis and walked me thru what was causing the play in the steering wheel stating my rack and pinion wasn’t installed correctly by my original mechanic who worked on my car. I will most def be bringing my car back here to be worked on properly because I want to get what I pay for & it’s disappointing my mechanic who installed the new rack and pinion didn’t install the tie rods properly. I am impressed with BMW only & Victor took my appointment request and promised me I’d have my cars diagnosis done today.

Took my car in for the first time yesterday. Ill be honest and say I expected this place to be expensive since it looks so nice. After I agreed to an estimate, the actual bill came out to LESS than expected. Brought my car in for an oil change and had them give me an estimate on some lights that needed replaced. They did the oil change and replaced all of the lights for much less than the dealership was going to charge. My last visit to the dealership I was told I needed brake pads replaced. BMW Only replaced my brake fluid but said pads did not need replaced at this time.I was able to drop my car off and the work was done before the end of the day. I would definitely recommend bringing your BMW for any work needed or for even a simple oil change.

Originally took my car in June after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price on some work I needed on my 428i. BMW only did it for half the price & only had my car for a day, whereas the dealership wanted it for 3 days. Over the weekend, my car began making a noise. Took it in, they figured out the problem and everythings perfect again. Awesome set of guys who dont try to screw a female by herself, like some mechanics do. They take a ton of photos and show you everything. 10/10. Cant .recommend them enough

So far in my experience... THEE... ONLY... Place you go to in Vegas for a proper repair, mod, or BATTERY (Especially for Bimmers---Go nowhere else, and it really beats changing it yourself... No BS...) in Las Vegas /Henderson aside from the Henderson BMW dealership (Theyve looked out for me too so definitely above the standard Stealership label...Mod note: They installed my race intercooler for an excellent price even though that thing was a tight fit... 2015 535I N55.

Great place. These guys know their stuff on BMWs. Reasonable prices, trustworthy and very professional, exactly what everyone needs in a repair shop. Had a problem with one of our cars, another garage quoted over $2k, these guys found the real problem and had it fixed for $800. I wont go anywhere else.

Great staff. Ive been searching for an Independent BMW dealer and stumbled onto this place. The only drawback is the location. It would be nice if they would hook up with Enterprise Car Rentals fueled this of us who cannot get alternate transportation. Urber/Lyft not cost effective!

I have been going to BMW Only for about 2 1/2 years. In July 2020 I had an issue regarding undercarriage damage after hitting two HUGE potholes. BMW Only staff worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure that not only did I get my car repaired to my satisfaction, they looked after my concerns, needs, and wants as if my car were their own. They represented my interests very well. Additionally, they negotiated with the insurance company on a fair price to pay...based on their overall business prices and what my insurance company was willing to pay. I believe their efforts worked out in my favor.Victor, Sam, and the staff are an excellent team. I dont give 5 stars often when I conduct these kinds of survey reviews...but BMW Only more than deserves the accolades.Recommended

2011 X550i Transfer case experience.First experience, they worked on my 2011 BMW X550i I noticed how technical the knowledge they have in the BMW brand. BMW DEALERSHIPS only go by the book and will always quote over 5 times more on retail. BMW dealership gave me a quote, 4K to replace my whole Transfer case assembly. BMW ONLY diagnosed the problem in detail and find out that it just needed a transfer case oil flush that costed lil under $200. Now 130k miles later, transfer case still operating normally. ?I would highly recommend BMW ONLY, they get the JOB DONE RIGHT!

I first came to BMW Only after becoming completely fed up with the dealership. Even under warranty, I couldnt trust the work being done there, so I was willing to pay BMW Only to provide honest, appropriate service on my car. The dealer is about 15 minutes from my home, and BMW Only is about 40 minutes, but worth the trip for my peace of mind! The prices are fair, and the communication is professional and provides the information needed. On my most recent visit, I believed that I simply needed an alignment as the car always pulled to the right. They performed the alignment, and when it was still pulling I asked them to recheck it. Victor was happy to oblige at no charge, but also discovered a problem with my shocks that was the real culprit. He gave me a couple of options on how to deal with it. When I took the lower cost option and postponed the replacement of the shocks for now, he didnt try to convince me to go with the pricy choice or make me feel like I dont know what Im doing. He was understanding, respectful and professional, made the adjustments, and knows that I will be back when Im ready for the new shocks. So glad I found this shop!

After 3 shops and 2 month couldnt find problem had it towed to this shop. They had car diagnosed in matter of days and fixed very quickly. Will recommend to anyone looking for bmw specialties.

Budget BMW owner here and I had my instrument cluster go out on my 2004 E46 and through trial and error, Victor was able to keep me updated and stayed vigilant throughout the whole replacement process of my cluster. Will definitely be back for repairs and upgrades! Would recommend coming here for all of your BMWs needs!

You can tell this place gets a lot if repeat business. They do an amazing job with repairs and the pricing is very reasonable. I am not sure if they accept warranties. I will certainly ask next time I take my vehicle in for repair. I went to the BMW dealership and they wanted 2.5 times the price as BMW only for the same work. They have earned a customer for life!

STICKER SHOCK!! I had a vehicle diagnosed and decided to have the repair done. Their diagnosis fee does NOT go towards the repair. They are the only repair facility I have been to that doesnt apply the diagnosis cost towards the repair. If I would have been told that up front I would not have had the work done.UPDATE:I was told about the diagnosis fee, I was NOT told till AFTER the repair when picking up the car that it does NOT go towards the repair. I have been in the car business for 33 years and have NEVER had a repair shop NOT include a diagnosis fee towards the repair. It doesnt matter what the diagnosis is.Even after this, it was MISDIAGNOSED and still has a battery drain!

This is definitely one of the best shops to take your BMW in Las Vegas for the prices and customer service. I just had a brake fluid service done here which was about $150 for a BMW 328i 2008 and they also changed my brake lights as a complimentary service for free. They also visually checked my car for free and explained each step of what was being inspected and what needed to be repaired or replaced! I forget his name terribly sorry but the mechanic that checked my car definitely knew what he was doing and Sam was very respectful and professional while being funny at times appreciate it man! Im definitely here to stay as a regular customer!

Another exceptional job by the Mechanics @ BMW ONLY. Exhaust fumes were going in the cabin of my 2011 X5 because of an old oil return line for the turbo and it was leaking oil. The mechanics new what was wrong right away and gave me a price quote that cant be beat by any shop in town, the staff there are very professional and friendly. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

Complete and utter rip off. I went here multiple times for an oil change. More and more problems started arising after bringing my car here.. Now I know why, they dont actually do the work. Last time I was there I requested an oil change, thermostat change, and fuel pump change, cabin filter change and more. After feeling more and more unsure because of the unusual growing problems, I took my car to another person that was highly recommended and he literally showed me the absolute dirty oil and filters that were never changed, same old thermostat thus creating a crack in the reservoir because of overheating. Not only that, but they somehow ruined my headlights maybe did to heating regardless, this place is a complete nightmare, please do not go here. I will be reporting them to BBB.

THE ONLY SHOP THAT WILL EVER WORK ON ANY OF MY CARS IS BMW ONLY. I’ve owned three BMW’s thus far, have had different routine items/issues with each one as they are very complex machines that require maintenance. Have worked with multiple different dealerships under warranty items (in CA & NV) and had little success. I noticed over time that in many cases, especially with the rarer models, the dealership techs don’t even know what to do nor how to fix and have to create “Puma” cases with BMW Germany in finding resolution (with weeks to months of waiting). After months of having one of my vehicles with dealership, I found BMW ONLY and my outlook towards the vehicles that I enjoy so much was changed forever. The bottom line is, there are mechanics out there with plethora of knowledge. More importantly, there are mechanics out there with integrity. Victor and Team are/have both. If you own a BMW, the only place in the Las Vegas valley to take the vehicle is to BMW ONLY.

Head my car Repaired at this shop today This guys are very professional definitely know what they doing, They resolved the issue in 5 minutes it was a problem with my computer. Before I brought my car to their shop on the tow truck, I went there to ask a couple of questions, What possibly can be wrong with it. They told me right up front couple of Possible problems, And they were right. This is a 3rd time for the past 4 years I had to take one of my cars to their shop, And every time Im 100% satisfied with their service. These guys deserve 5 star review and I definitely will recommend them to everybody else.

This is the best shop in Las Vegas for a BMW!! The prices are competitive and the quality of work is amazing! I was a little hesitant at first since I usually go to the dealer, but as soon as I got there and saw all the BMWs they were working on and the knowledge of the mechanics I knew I made the right choice!! Now I only take my car here, they can do anything and do it well!! Ive gotten my fan fixed, spark plugs, coil and gas pump for a great price best deal in the valley for sure!! Same quality as the dealer with better options and much more friendly! They even do oil changes with imported German oil which is the original oil for BMWs. I would definitely give them a call or at least check them out before not going with them!! Hope this review helps because I know how it is to trust youre baby with random mechanics!!

Great service at low pricesAgain BMW Only topped everyone else for Service, price and of course tech knowledge. My car is a 2008 and needed a new Radiator, also the electric door lock and some Engine combustion issue needed to be fixed. BMW Only dealt with the Warranty company, there was no wait for parts and my car was done in 2 days, including Oil change and break service !!! (Try to get that done at a Dealership). I have been a Customer for 2 years, I always get treated with respect and courtesy, I trust BMW Only and they will have my business as long as I own a BMW!Thank you Team BMW only !!!!

If you are looking for a reputable, fair, & honest BMW garage this is it! Victor Ciuricov is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to share with his customers. His background and know how on all the European parts required for these cars is second to none (and he can get them). He can diagnose and fix all manner of problems from simple leaks to complete engine rebuilds. He uses proper BMW parts (not cheap knockoffs). His hourly rate is very competitive too. I have serviced two BMWs with him and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. I also purchased a 5 series from him and have had nothing but satisfaction driving the car. Forget the gloss of the dealers where you will pay exorbitant prices and not always the best service. Victor is a mechanic you will get to know personally and he will take care of your car to ensure it runs reliably and as it should. Try his shop out you will not be disappointed!

I have an M5 and this is a very good shop. Their labor rate is $65 per hour and they have honest quotes. I have been in 3 times in the past 18 months and they have done great work each time. Victor (the owner) and Victor M. are both great.

Being from Europe I was shocked how many mechanics are just trying to rip you off here,BMW ONLY impresses me every time, I bring vehicle for oil change and they do complimentary inspection, write down on my invoice every issue my BMW has and pricing for each item,besides that they dont make you feel uncomfortable to try to get a sale,they just simple explain this item is very important or critical to keep your vehicle running and these items you can wait on. This way I know what am I going to expect in the next year or repairs and at some point you might think to get a new BMW if this one causing to many problems. Theyll advice you if you should not spend any money on this one and consider upgrade. Thats why people love BMW ONLY, they are always busy so youll always get honest opinion on what should be fixed now without feeling that youre being pushed to spend money.

By far the best place to take in your BMW. Came in after my engine sucked in water, thought it was a goner and would have to buy a brand new engine. They dried it out for me, replaced only what was needed to be replaced and charged me for just that. No BS whatsoever. I would never dream of going anywhere else. Ive red some amazing reviews about BMW ONLY on Yelp, so I decided to try them for a oil change . Victor (the owner) was kind enough to take my car the next day.. While waiting for my car, I was curious if one the technician can help me, so I asked Victor (technician) if he can show me some of the features of my car, Victor was very patient to answer all of my questions and recomeded some smart ideas about my car. Hello, I have had the pleasure of knowing both Victors from BMW ONLY for a few years now. I bought a 740il from Victor before he even opened his shop, and it was a great car!! Ive taken all of my BMWs to them with the exception of once! (and believe me I paid the price for that stupid move). I will never take my BMWs to anyone else! I have been going to this shop for about 4 years for everything for:a previous e46 M3,an e93 M3,and now an F80 M4. These guys ARE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT LEVEL. They have the practical and theoretical knowledge and the ability to explain clearly all options and their consequences (like if you ACTUALLY need something done, or it would be optimal or not... they have ridiculous specialized tools for diagnosis, even down to a tire pressure monitor battery level sensor lol! Theyve always finished a repair as fast as they say theyre going to, and switched me to a motor oil (Liquid Moly) that has given me some impressive oil analysis reports (also having me monitor the oil through a lab for a common problem with the E93 M3). They know BMW / Mini / Rolls Royce and are definitely enthusiasts about the brand. Even their couch in the waiting area has M colored stitching on it. They are apparently moving to a brand new facility soon that looks beautiful, as soon as its built, because yeah, the current space isnt the most hospitable but who cares, car is fixed. Go to these guys and trust implicitly.

Ok here is the thing if you need a place to get your precious BMW FIXED RIGHT WITH NO SHORTCUTS FROM having a regular service done like brakes,oil changes and pretty much any maintenance to engine replacement,transmission and much more complicated stuff to a nice good tune for your BMW THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO VICTOR AND HIS TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED MECHANICS ARE BY FAR THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO BMW’S.Every time i take my car over there to get service not only i am treated like Family and get BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER but they get the job done quickly and officient and the most importantly my car is fixed THE RIGHT WAY.The most recent job was, i took my “2008 BMW 335xi” to get my valve cover gasket and fuel injectors done and once again Victor and his team did an amazing Job,my car runs great and i am loving it and i am having alot of fun driving it to :-)THANK YOU BMW ONLY FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY BMW AND MAKING MY EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME A BLAST.P.S. Great work at reasonable prices. Take your Beemer here, forget about the dealership. Took my 745i here and they had me out of there for a third of what it would have been at the dealership.
