On April the 30th I got my truck towed to this Center to get an evaluation and estimate for repairs needed as the truck wouldnt start after a battery replacement. On May 4th I was contacted with an price for the diagnostic which I approved. Basically that was the last time I was contacted by the shop. I waited a couple days before calling to ask for the diagnostic and estimate on repairs.On May 7th They told me that they found 3 issues with the truck, one of them required a locksmith to change the drum on the ignition. The person I talk with said that on that day they were going to put a request for the locksmith as it was a third party vendor.Once again I waited for a follow up phone call but as the days went by I decided to call on May 12th, they said that the service advisor had stepped out for few minutes but he would return my call, several hours passed by and nobody called me back so I decided to stop by, I talked to one of the associates at the front desk and the answer was that the locksmith was supposed to come on Monday and he hadnt showed up yet. I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and the only response I got was to wait as the shop was not responsible for outside vendors. I decided to wait a couple more days but at the end of the day Friday 14th I did not get any news. Today I decided to stop by again and I talked to the same person and his answer was that they still couldnt get a locksmith to come. I asked to talk to the shop manager but he was by him self and said that on Monday I would receive a phone call from the manager, I had talk to the manager a couple times already and honestly I felt a complete lack of knowledge and communication. To me is very hard to believe that AAA is not able to get a locksmith in over a week to replace the drum on an ignition. As AAA I would expect a more expedite response from my vendors but it seems that thats not the case or the Service Center is not doing the job right.After over 2 weeks the locksmith came and said that the issues didnt have anything to do with the ignition switch. Manager finally said that they just couldnt figure out what the problem was so they decided to return my truck and dont charge me for the diagnostic, very kind after wasting two weeks of my time!!! So they towed my truck to a Ford dealer, they didnt take it because AAA mechanics decided to leave panels laying on my seats and Ford would not take it like that. So had to tow it back have them put panels back and tow it back to Ford, a complete lack of professionalism from AAA Service Center.Ford had my truck for less than 2 days and fixed the problem, just a wire from the ignition switch!!! Stay away from this so called Service Center, they lack professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills!!! First and last time using AAA for auto repairs.

The auto repair shop desk crew were informative and explained that they would not be able to do it today but could have someone tomorrow. They also have us the amount of the bill and then hot a Lyft driver to pick us up and take us home. And would be sending someone for us tomorrow. The car had an issue with the ignition switch. And we need the car for shopping and issues over the weekend and having a switch issue is a problem. The Crew and the Lyft driver were wonderful. Thank you all for your assistance.

I had a great experience there. Got my oil changed and the mech was courteous enough to fill up my tires, full of air. They were low. Great location, near everything. Near the mall.

This place is definitely only out for your money! We brought out Toyota here because of the serpentine belt needed to be changed. First of all they charged us 75 dollars to inspect it & that was included in the price . I’ve never heard of you having to pay the inspection fee if they are going to repair your car. Anyway, we were told that it would be 352 dollars to fix the belt, which was kind of high but we were desperate! Then we get a call saying some tensioner was missing so the cost went up to 705 dollars. Which sounded crazy but like I said we were desperate! Alan called and said the car was ready & my husband and I were at work! The car was at the shop for 2 days & on the second day it was fixed. He called and said if the car isn’t paid for right now over the phone before we even tested it out we would have to pay any extra fee for sitting there until the next morning & he had to pay the mechanic that worked on the car. I thought that was crazy because it would still be sitting in the lot the next day. So we come to pick up the car and now the steering wheel is hard to turn, we tell the man in front which is not Alan the person that made the appointment to see us. He told us that the powering steering fluid is leaking now & that’s an extra feeThey are nothing but money gougers & I would never recommend this place to anyone even if you are desperate! Take it somewhere else! Everyone knows that Toyota’s don’t break down and this is a newer model! They just want the money and they aren’t worrying about customer satisfaction!!

Avoid like the plague. After seeing reviews both pro and con I can say this place is 1 star incorrectly diaged my car sold me parts that werent even needed when the check engine light came back on I brought back and was told I need more work done. Stay away from these crooks.

They are first class. PRICES FAIR, GREAT SERVICE ON FRONT LINE. I thought it was great to order Lyft for me but I need to review him poorly. LYFT SEPARATE FROM REVIEW. I would refer AAA.

Bad Experience with this shop. I paid a Diagnostic fee to them for a Check Engine light. The code was a small evap leak. They supposedly did a smoke test. Replaced a part. Did not fix the issue. Told me to replace my gas cap which i did prior to taking it to them. They said oh no you need to get ot from the dealer. So i went and got one. Still didnt fix it. Took it back they replaced another part and charged me. Still didnt work. I gave up on them and inspected it myself and in 5 minutes found the problem repaired it myself. But they charged me for replacing unnecessary parts and never fixed the problem. Emailed them as asked to on 8-11-2021. No reply as of yet 8-23-2021.

I question some of the recommended repairs. Took it to another repair facility to check the vehicle and have some other services done they never mentioned a very expensive repair that AAA recommended.If I turn out to be wrong I will repost.

I needed some suspension work done. The local dealer quoted me a significant price and didnt want to use them. Called Car Care Plus and was told since I am an employee I would get a really good discount. I dropped my car off and was called with advising of other issues and price of the repair. Silly me, I say ok to repair because I thought that I was going to get a good discount. When the work was done, lo and behold the discount that I was promised didnt apply because I was in a certain group. Mind you I work for AAA but I could not get the typical discount. It never set well with me because had I went to the dealership or this other shop my cost would have been 1100 to 1600 dollars less. Needless to say I will not be using this shop again. Must I remind you that Im an employee.

I pay a membership, and when I take my car to AAA Henderson Auto Service, and send me somewhere else without taking a look at my vehicle.....I guess they just take care of oil changes

Horrible customer service from so called manager. Doesnt know how to de-escalate a customer. I have been with AAA since I was 16 and have never had a manager say to me you can cancel your subscription. I am not happy with this AAA Office at all. A Manager should be able to handle all situations without telling a customer to call road side service to handle an issue that state should be handled by the AAA Service Center. AAA needs to train this manager on customer service ethics.

Excellent experience with Alan and Eric on this past Tuesday!!!! They really worked with me, to ensure that I got taken care of, with an oil change and getting a repair taken care of, concerning my driver belt!!!! They are professional, courteous, and honest....glad I stopped by before taking a road trip because they really helped me to not end up getting stranded somewhere!!!! Great customer service!!!!!

Front desk guy was very nice. Had a good conversation. However brought my car in to get free brake inspection. Came back saying I needed brakes, rotors, front axel, serpentine belt and brake fluid change.The big thing here is the front brakes and belt. The axel was recommended soon but not urgent so ok fair. Same kinda idea with fluid. The brakes seemed odd to me cause I was fairly certain they were fine from a previous visit to another mechanic. So I got a second opinion and I was right. Brakes and rotors were fine. The brakes still had 70% left. Belt looked fine as well and the second opinion said there was no sign of needing to change it.Thats a big issue for me. Telling me I need to replace something that has 70% life left... Big oof

These guys were extremely professional across the board. Everyone on the entire team was helpful and addressed all our concerns in detail. They assured us our car would be fine for a long drive home despite our own hesitations they didnt try to sell us on unnecessary repairs. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust. If I ever run into car troubles in the Vegas area again I will definitely return to them.Edit: 02/2021 I wanted to update that we have sent two more of our cars to them for checkup/oil change. Again they were upfront and honest with us as to what needed and didnt need repair. They were timely with their updates and called complimentary transportation for my mom to go to and from our home. Too bad AAA doesnt have repair centers in Washington State.

My car was towed here on Friday 2/14. There were people inside with clients when I arrived - but it was also closing time. I hopped out of the tow and tried to get into the building. The staff inside saw me but never came to the door. Now, I get it. Its the end of the day on Friday, but someone could have come over and cracked the door and explained what I should expect the following day.Saturday, according to their website, they were open. I called repeatedly. I left messages. I received ZERO response. Even the voicemail said nothing about being closed. The voicemail said they were busy with other people.Sunday - closed.Monday is Presidents day. The main AAA website says this is not a holiday that is observed by their locations. When I call, I get the same voicemail, they are busy with other customers - NOTHING about being closed. Still ZERO response.My car is, in a sense, being held hostage. My keys were left in their overnight drop box, so I cant even get it moved to another location. And it sure seems like my keys are still there because my dad has driven by and my car is still in the parking lot.Today (Tuesday) I called about 2 hours after opening. Finally, someone answers. She says they are working on the car. I can’t wrap my head around why I wouldn’t get a all right away especially since I am clearly upset by the third message about lack of communication. I’m told I’ll get a call later in the afternoon. My dad drives by and sees that my car is in the parking lot but is facing a different direction. Okay, safe to assume the car has been looked at. A few hours later, I still have received ZERO phone calls regarding my car since Friday – it’s now Tuesday afternoon. I call, yet again for a status update. The person who’s my ‘rep’ or whatever the title was, is at lunch and it’s best if she goes over everything. They said she’s supposed to be back in 20 minutes. 2 hours later and 15 minutes before they close, I have still received ZERO phone calls from them. I call again. I say I am still waiting to find out what is wrong with my car, without being asked any questions, I’m put on hold. Stephanie then gets on the phone and says she needs to talk to the tech. She comes back on the phone and says I need a new transmission. No explanations, no information, no nothing. Just a flat – you need a new transmission and we’re building an estimate. Like I’m going to trust your office at this point. You cant even call a customer and you think I’m going to give you a ton of money? No. Not a chance.

Its a new location and everyone was willing to be helpful, maybe because its a new opening, but had a great experience, also helped me with other ways and discounts to bring down my policy. The other location never did anything like that before. I will be definitely be going there now.

I originally got my radiator fixed here and a week later my vehicles radiator started leaking again, shortly after that my car shut down from overheating. I took it back and they admitted to putting a faulty part in my car and fixing the thermostat and radiator would be free since it was never fully fixed from the first time. Although they supposedly fixed the original problem AGAIN, my whole car is shot now. There are leaks in different areas and they are not able to tell if my engine is destroyed or not without me spending more money on their faulty parts. All this came from their negligence and poor quality of service. My car could cost thousands now in repair all because of their negligence. I got duped. Please stay away from this facility!!!!

Ive been a member for well over 15 years. Thank you for abandoning my girlfriend on side of the freeway, in my car. They said they would help. An hour later they tell us to get somebody else to help. Remind me again why Ive had this service for so long.
