A salesman walked in front of our car, and put his hand up for us to stop before we got to the parking spots, asked what we were looking for, I said the parts dept and circled the building and went to another chevrolet dealer and bought a tahoe. If he would have waited for me to park I probably would have bought one from them.

Ive reviewed Henderson Chevrolet multiple times and will always give 5. Would give 6 stars if I could. The whole process was comfortable and effortless. Greeted with a cup of coffee and was never once pressured to look at any vehicle that I didnt want to see. Test drive was a good time and my sales guy was awesome. Want to say his name was Ty but could be wrong.

We arrived at the dealership and Ty Carter greeted us as soon as we got out of our truck. He ask what he could do for is and I explained when kind of truck we were looking for he found a truck in stock very close to what we requested. Ty and Chris started working to put us in that truck. Ty, Chris and all the out employees went out of there way to be friendly. Having worked in GM dealerships for almost 40 years this was a very good experience.

DROVE my truck in for a diagnostics and had to PULL it home because service tech broke 3 of my spark plug wires. Then told me it would cost almost $700 to replace them, when I looked up the OEM parts, it was less than $150, so I purchased and fixed myself in 30 minutes. So that means they were trying to charge me almost $500 for a half hour of labor. Complete rip off. Will not be taking anything back here.

I bought a car some years ago and the dealer sent it off to install a sunroof. The salesman either lied or misspoke about where the car was being sent, which created a big misunderstanding about how long it would take for the car to come back. He started arguing with my dad about what city hed told us, which is pretty unacceptable even if youre in the right. The sunroof actually stopped working within the year. This same car also has an electrical problem thats been fixed at least twice under warranty. The warranty has expired now and if I want them to try and fix it again, theyve told me, its on me. They also apparently refuse to remove me from my dads accounts so Ive been contacted so many times over the years about his vehicles. Im sure Chevrolets are fine cars but after this, Im not willing to buy another one.
