Parking is always available fairly close to the entrance. Its always cool and clean inside. Whenever I ask where something is i get a quick and accurate answer with a smile. Once I remembered to bring bags back for reuse I started saving 20 to 40 cents per visit. Since I moved Its farther than another bigger store but I still go back for a few things with a better price.

My favorite Stators. Great employees. Always clean. Good fresh produce and prices are competitive with other grocery stores in my area.

Store is completely unreasonable. I suggest anyone ordering from the bakery to think again. Ordered a lavender cake for a 21st birthday and received a blue one. When I called the bakery manager, she told me to bring the cake back and they would fix it. That was also the opinion of the store manager. If it was done correctly, I would not have to return it to be fixed in the first place, but bringing outside food back into your bakery is completely unsanitary period, not to mention during COVID. I will NEVER order from this store again. They received my hard earned money for a product that I thought I was getting and completely delivered something else. So sad, Stater Bros used to be such an ethical business.UPDATE: The store manager has since made the situation right and I appreciate the kindness that my mother said was shown. I would still recommend that you check your bakery item, prior to leaving the store, because the bakery manager clearly has a different opinion on what baby blue and lavender are.

The store was well laid out. It was easy to find everything I needed. It was a very pleasant visit. Will go there again.

I use to do all my shopping here but its gotten pretty pricey over the years especially the money orders, at 2$ a piece with 500$ limit. I understand its been a bit difficult for businesses but at the same time its been hard on everyone. I do however always buy my meat here... I love the deals and the customer service they have with cutting and/or seasoning the meat for you, its just so much easier on me.

The Shasta Cola 12 packs have something wrong with them! We bought a 12 pack last night Sept 20, 2021. They are all gross and taste fruity with little carbonation, EVERY ONE OF THEM! Store wouldnt take our call today so we could let them know there is a problem with this shipment of Shastas due to them having a system problem. The sodas even smell fruity. I hope we dont die. Just dont put yourself at risk. Other then that this is a great store.

4 and ½ stars. One of the best of 5 local Stater Bros.(1 in San Jacinto) Very clean, everything is usually in stock because of the pandemic. Better than some stores.You have to ask for the hard liquor and Id rather not. I understand why but -½⭐The deli, bakery and produce department is clean and I like the choices they have. They are quick to call in cashiers when its busy.They also will help you find what your looking for with a smile. And lastly they have good prices. Especially after I walked into a Vons in Murrieta.

This stater brothers has remain clean during the pandemic please keep up the good work, the area in which it’s located has a lot of homeless people around, however they maintain a very nice clean environment inside, the baskets are always kept clean, the cash registers are clean, the overall store looks clean, I just hate when I go in to make a deposit in my schools first credit union bank ATM, it never excepts my deposit however that’s not stater brothers problem, Overall the store is very impressive with this cleanliness which is very important during the pandemic, keep up the good work!

I do not like this States Bros, because you always have to wait in long lines, even when you only have one item! And, they are a little pricey. This is my least favorite location, out of all their stores.

Came in and bought a few cases of Arrowhead and had two outstanding young men by the names of Omari and Angel that helped me load them up in my vehicle. They were very hardworking and made my life much much easier. They were also friendly and respectful which those traits are rare nowadays, but to have both is amazing. Staters in West Hemet is blessed to have these gentleman manning the battle stations. Much thanks and respect to them for representing the market in such a positive way.

This review is for the bakery. My mom placed a cake order for me since I live out of town, but I needed the cake in Hemet. She said one of the girls was rude and said the cake couldnt be done like in the pic, but then she asked another girl whom was nice and she said the cake COULD be done how I wanted it. At the end the cake turned out very nice not sure why the first girl said the cake couldnt be done how I wanted it. As far as taste, I got Bavarian creme with strawberries and it was good. Not awesome, but good. I came here for the affordability but next time I might go to bakery that is close to Harvard St Bakery. Their cakes are delicious and compared to Olivias Bakery, I think they make better cakes.

This particular stater brothers has the best butchers at any of their stores. Best customer service...just great people thru yhe whole store. And the best produce department. Its always perfect...thanks people....

The store is great this review is for their fried chicken, upset that it keeps happening. It has a gross after taste like burnt or who knows the chicken seemed cool and looked good but that after taste killed it. Its happened every time I buy it from there. They need to look into it. I dont recommend.

This location is well lit and clean. Today they were fully stocked with everything I went for. My only complaint was that they were out of wipes for the carts. I know the staff are supposed to wipe down the carts but I prefer that little extra protection.

This Stater Bros. has an excellent bakery section. It was different in that we had to pay for our bakery selection, then pick it up. There is a fresh made daily sushi next to the bakery display. The sushi chefs were there and made a non-spicy version of the rolls we were getting. Otherwise, it is like any other Stater Bros.

Ralphs seem to be keeping bacon and meat cheaper than staters. Just sayin !!!By up to $3/lb

I truly cant believe the clerks here! I was in line when I experienced a clerk carding a clearly older woman and her friend. Asking them to remove their mask to verify ID! I understand we got youngsters out here doing crazy stuff sometimes.. But HEY! there is a pandemic going on its called COVID19! And you are putting us all at risk when you ask to confirm id. WHAT IF she were to cough out at that very moment! Im not playing with my life! 😑

I love this place! The store layout provides an easy shopping experience and the staff is friendly and courteous. Prices are always low, produce fresh, and the staff at the Meat counter are helpful.

I love shopping there

I usually shop at the store at State and Stetson, and sometimes at Florida and Sanderson. Both stores are clean and have wide aisles. Management is usually visible, especially Steve, a clean-cut gentleman who always seems happy and helpful. It is a credit to management that many of the cashiers have been with Staters for a long time. In my last review I complimented David and the other workers who keep the produce section looking great.

The main stater Brothers on Florida is an excellent market. They have a really fancy butcher they have a guy on site that makes sushi, the only downside and its a minor one is that their bakery isnt great its just good. However I do really like this market.

My favorite Stater Bros in Hemet! All the stuff I want and need. I love that there is someone at the door to help, if you need it. I love the butchers, who are very helpful, and the meat is always good. A little more pricey, but I dont like the big box stores for my grocery shopping. I will pay a fair price for excellent produce, as well. And, the store brand isnt too shabby, either!

Service levels are really good and overall stores are quite well stocked. Not sure what the deal is with them never having any toilet paper, kleenex....? Great variety and love the new FRESH bar...

Clean and friendly environment. Its nice to shop where i dont need an attendant to get my laundry detergent and such. Fast checkout and a little more expensive than Wal-Mart but worth it for hassle free shopping!

This location is Always,Neat,Clean and Well Stocked...I love getting My Sushi and Poke Bowls from Fujisan.The Bakery and Deli are also amazing,My bread is always fresh.Nit to mention the Fresh fruit Bar near the Produce has a nice variety of already cut and packaged Fruits.

Good store a little pricey

I brought my own bags and was surprised that they bagged my groceries. Walmart makes you bag your groceries if you bring in your bags

New location, easier to get in, and out of, also you have access to the other stores, and fast food, all in the same parking lot.Always clean, everyone is friendly, and never minds helping customers.

Shelves stocked normal can get anything u need. Cleaning products and paper products only isles missing items. But not too many toilet paper & paper towels are 3/4 full though. Even lysol spray, all bleach products.

Great store to go to love the costumer service and the great prices. Really suggest going here!!

Always clean, friendly and helpful. Pretty well stocked although some things are either sold out or low on stock. Limits are also in effect on certain items. But, Stater Bros is our choice for groceries.
