So the top flight 400lb receipt checker harassed us because we didn’t have a receipt when we walked out. Here’s a thought. Maybe I don’t have a receipt cause I didn’t buy anything. I have plenty of money and don’t need to steal “especially from Walmart”. How bout hiring professionals instead of empowering these 400lb security guards that can’t get any other job. Trust me they are way over paid!!

Love this Walmart large clean they really try to keep it well stocked at least in these times. Lots of choices friendly environment nice helpful checkers. Employees on floor also nice and helpful. I like the supervision in parking lot feel safe.

I was asking for a prescription discount program for one of my indigent consumers and Veronica was super polite, attentive and got my client the best price for her medication! Wal Mart has been on a tear through Covid. The stock is currently around $141 per share. As they exploit poor and underprivileged families throughout America by raising prices when they are the only ones in town, they seem to have lost complete control of their operation. This experience in Hemet was eye opening. There was no shortage of employees. Most were teamed up trying to either stock shelves or prevent theft. The later entailed folks pretending they were stocking while they were keeping an eye on possible suspects based on appearance. Since I dont have to shave much I think they may have even followed me. Other employees were walking around aimlessly, as some always do. The new locked shelving shrink reduction program the company has rolled out is a sales disaster. What once was very available to be stocked or purchased now takes a key and a customer service interaction (CSI). Walmart is not prepared or in position to pay employees to watch locked cases all day instead of stocking shelves. Can they do both? Walmart appears ready to give it a shot. Right now, you get conditions like these pictures. You cant blame WMT for having so much product under lock and key but having entire categories now unavailable for grab n go is creating huge sales opportunities for other folks. If they want folks to just shop online then thats fine but they better start closing their 100k sq ft stores now.

I have been tryin to call both wal marts for 3 days now and not a single person answered the phone, I specifically was calling to verify the Money center being open. I work at a Hardware store and thats not how you work Like at all! Thanks to a worker Ethan whom answered the phone !! Customer service guys is key learn it please

I picked up a prescription at the pharmacy and they are always pleasant and friendly. I then went into the grocery dept to pick up a few things. When I was ready to check out, i noticed that even the self check out lines were long, so I walked back to the electronics dept and checked out right away and the checker was really nice and was fast. I was in and out of Walmart in no time at all.

I really like shopping at Walmart. I can spend hours there.

I saw turkeys in a freezer at .98 and asked a representative if they will scan and .98 a pound at the register, she scanned it and said yes. After we got home I looked at the receipt and noticed we paid 1.49 a pound. It was late and I didnt want to go back so we went the following day and the price was changed to 1.49 so it was a bait and switch

I have to say that although this Walmart is located in Hemet its a well kept and good to shop Walmart. (Sorry but Hemet is not exactly up and coming as far as cities go in California.) This location is kept very clean from outside to in. This is a Supercenter so the selection is good. Employees are friendly and customer service oriented. Its overall a good place to shop.

Their easter section is a little chaotic but they do have a lot of options whether you want to buy premade baskets or build your own. I bought a couple premades for my older kids and am building one for my baby, they also have premade baby baskets but I wanted to make my own. also last year around this time I bought some cups and they were my very favorite but theyve all been lost or broken by now and I found them again and am so excited!

We opted to do the Walmart Grocery Pickup today and if you order $35 or more it is free to pick up. We ordered groceries through the app and scheduled to pick it up at Noon. I received an alert at 11:45am that our order was ready for pick up. It directed us to the pick up area on the left of the entrance labeled Grocery. The app allows you to check-in once you are on your way which allows the employees to get your order ready for when you arrive. The parking area is clearly marked with orange signs that say Pick Up and you just park in one of the empty spots. The app will recognize that you have arrived and prompt you to enter the space # along with the color of your vehicle so that an employee can bring out your order. Once I entered that information within 2-3 minutes a nice gentleman named Isaiah approached my vehicle to request the name on my order. He confirmed the order and any substitutions and asked for me to open the trunk. He carefully loaded the groceries and even asked if I would like the eggs and bread in the back seat of my car so they wouldnt get smashed. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Walmart Grocery Pickup from the Sanderson Walmart. It was so easy and convenient.

Store always has the appearance of being well stocked and organized even if the overall selections and availability of products is sometimes limited. Most of the staff is courteous and professional albeit not noticeably driven by desire to be helpful to customers and actually lean more towards brevity or avoidance though this may be because this pandemic has caused many locations to be understaffed or peopled by less seasoned team members.

I am very disappointed in this Walmart. I have to come here often to shop for people. Due to almost everything being locked up here I have to press the “help” button. But I NEVER get any help. It takes them 20mins or more to finally come over. There won’t be an associate in sight. When there is they just say they don’t have keys and don’t offer and further assistance. They need to be on top of it. I get if it’s busy but when it’s really slow there’s no one to be found or even offer to help. Something needs to be done.

Its a typical Walmart, with less internet infamy. Still, the parking lot is loaded with large trees that provide a great deal of shade for the cars! A nice perk...

No customer service at all at this Hemet location on Sanderson.Almost impossible to get anyone to open up a case to get get you a razor and don’t even think about getting a gallon of paint from the hardware area. I spent almost an hour trying.I asked for a manager and was told “sorry, she’s out to lunch” so I waited, then waited more. Never did get my paint.The employees seem to be stressed and I don’t blame them. They do seem to try.This place has been like this for the past few years and has only gotten worse.Although, they always have enough employees to check your bag and receipt on the way out. After the 20-25 minute wait in the cashier line, you wait again at the door to show your receipt and be able to leave.I avoid this place as much as possible these days. Who needs the frustration.Hardware, go to Lowe’s grocery go to staters, Wincos, or Anywhere.

The lines are ridiculous they need to have more checkers available or more self check outs open. Instead of forcing everyone into tighter areas longer lines increased waiting loads of fun. And increased chances of catching covid19 being so bottleneck at check out.

Didnt have the 75 TV that I wanted on stock! Even though it stated they did online, but the customer service was still pretty good he even helped me carry my two Tvs out to my truck and help me load them up. 😎👍

Waited 20 minutes today for bike tires. No button anywhere and no one working auto. One girl says she’ll help me then completely leaves so I find someone else with keys who just calls someone to help me, who never shows. So already two people WITH KEYS right NEXT to me, not helping me so I keep waiting. Finally find the first girl AGAIN just stocking when I’m still waiting on the same area. Then I need WD40, see it’s locked up and no buttons again. I just left. Literally took me 40-50 minutes for a couple items. I’ve worked at a Walmart before and never made someone wait that much for happy to help 🤷🏻‍♀️ horrible service, especially the manager who sent someone to help when she had keys and was closer

The gentleman that brought my order was very helpful for professional. I was late for the pick up and he was great.

I was there to purchase produce. It was nice to see the ripe food but not over ripe. The bins were all very clean. The only thing I had a problem with was I couldnt find the vegetable bags. But luckily there was a worker right there who helped me out.

If I could make a 0 mark I would,Everything is locked up, nobody ever has keys? Window shopping much? This your store. I know its not just me on this location, and the person with the keys will tell you they dont have them in hopes you to leave. Dude opened the door with his head down after he had to open the door next to my woman, who asked if she could get it opened. Wow, what service. I guess thats the clowns watching in the cameras because I dont see how the person with the keys run from their job, and still have a job.

I usually like this store, but was very disappointed today. My husband is disabled and really needs the shopping scooter. None were available and there was at least 4 people needing one at the grocery entrance and a couple of people at the other entrance. I think this store needs to get some new ones. The new scooters at the new Lake Elsinore store show the percentage of power left. While in the store, there was one in the middle of the store out of power but the employees couldnt be bothered with contacting anyone to get plugged in so it could be charged.

Place doesnt have staff actually help customers. Everything locked up can take over an hour to actually get someone with a key to unlock it.I know its walmart but still its just lazy staff

I was able to park close and go right to the dept I needed and right to checkout. No waiting there and I was back in my car in under 15 minutes. Nice.

Team leader marcos was being a little rude with the employees and started to get snappy with the customers whose cards were not working. Waiting 5 minutes or so behind the people in front and got to notice this. Costumer was older and was hard of hearing and couldnt hear you say to click the option for change payment and credit. He asked pretty nicely and Marcos came and took the card from him and did it himself sending the other employee away and then took over. He didnt notice the bottom of their cart either. Filled with merch.... Rude 😆

This Walmart has the items Im looking for most of the time. Employees are typically helpful. Checkout lines are always slow and long. Never have enough cashiers. Otherwise is your typical Walmart.

Chaotic, long lines even for self-checkout spread disaster, I do wish that many of the associates would be more attentive to the needs of customers, they seem to be hired on a whim most times. Stock of certain items can be hit or miss, if you really so care about an enjoyable Walmart experience, go across the valley to the San Jacinto location.

Iv seen walmarts stocked better they only had 4 of the 10 items I whent for was totally bummed

Good Prices but store doesnt have very much merchase stocked in the Clothes Department. Very disappointed in the service when you needed and whats the point in having those pressing machine and employees never show up even after pressing about 4 times and waiting over 15 minutes and nothing.

I found what I needed,& a few extra things that were not on my list. The check out lines were extra long, they could definitely hire more cashiers.The lady in front of me be came irate with me due to telling the cashier this lady had about 20 items underneath her paper goods. This lady became so irate at me for not minding my business. Not the fact she was trying to steal or hide about 20 items.And the cashier didnt even thank me for possibly saving her job. Latly Wal-Mart hasnt been putting on a second checker until 9 in the morning. The 1 line can have 10 people or more waiting. This was the 3rd time this has happened to us. We spoke to someone & they said this was what they were doing. They walked away & didnt go to help the situation. Sad customer service.

I went there to get hair clipper oil or spray and asked 4 different workers. The last one was able to show me what I was looking for. Unlike the previous one that showed me beard oil and not clipper oil hahaha. They have it locked up and its only a $5 item, REALLY. I was surprised of that. They took it to the cosmetics dept so I can check out. When I got to their register there were 3 ladies there 2 behind the counter and 1 at the key pad like she was buying something. Neither of them acknowledged me and just looked at me and let me stand there for appropriately 10 minutes. Until the lady that helped me find the oil came back, she was bringing another item to the counter for another customer and thats when 1 of the 3 ladies said their register was down to the other worker. I was in shock how they couldnt just tell me that and just look at me standing there to check out. Just unbelieveable. The lady who helped me find the oil was the one that talked to me and tell me their register was down and told me what check out I can pick up my oil from in the front of the store. Walmart is not my choice of store to shop at, but I was doing a favor for someone who wanted me to grab that item there. I would have rather gone to Sallys. Majority of the store members walk around and look like they dont want to be there, its depressing to see.

If your looking for sugar-free candy this is the place to visit. In 2 different areas, candy section and pharmacy they have a huge selection.

Walmart is the place you go for everything you want. It was kind of crowded the day I was there and all the lines were long but they moved quickly and I left with what I wanted. Walmart is my go-to.

I ordered sunglasses with prescription. When they came I couldnt read anything- near or far. That has happened to another person I know with her regular glasses. The manager is very nice but coworker is nutty and abrasive.

Loud noisy kids screaming employees dragcreacing hand carts with steel wheels across floor half an hour before store closing told me I had to get out of the aisle I drove to that store hiked through the parking lot then walked the 2 t 3 football field from the front door to get to THAT department to get the 3 $100 worth of items i went there to get to be told by employees to get out of their way. Because they couldnt wait the half hour until the store closed and ALL the PAYING CUSTOMERS that pay their wages were safely OUR of THEIR way, but not until after the people that took a great deal of their time energy and effort to get to the aisle where the appliances they went there to purchase are kept just to be told to G E T OUT of THEIR way. So I went all that way to not get to buy what I went there for. I didnt get to buy anything AND the store didnt make any money either because the people that do make the money were SOOO young and Rude.

Asking workers where things are really suck because they are always rude or dont know where anything is. Gets mad when we accidentally get in their way and huffing puffing all the time from the cashiers. Very easy to find the things you need but the signs dont help at all.

This is the worst Walmart Pharmacy we have ever used. They run out of essential pain medications, leaving their customers without any pain medications that are essential to daily activities. They blame it on the community, instead of taking responsibility and trying to fix the problem!
