How I was treated by the customer service young lady after ordering online with my account and coming to pick it up by her it was hard very hard a manager had to be called. On my pickup bag they had my name from my order and someone else name from another order but inside the bag it was just my order and I told her that I showed her my ID to prove who I was and she said it wasnt true and she gave me a very hard time like I said until the manager was called I believe Im wording it very nicely because I could put it in words that would describe her better than anything a low life person like her would have done to someone like me today.

We been looking everywhere for a Shark King. They were empty at the shelf but Jesus took the extra effort to help us out and save the day! We would have had a hour drive round trip to the next Target but Jesus saved us! We are thankful and grateful for all your help Jesus !

I love target, but the last target I visited was HORRIBLE. I went Saturday Sept 4th to the target on Florida and Sanderson in Hemet, CA. It was the worst shopping experience of any retail store in my 33 years of life. Id say it was 50/50 to the amount of employees that were working compared to standing and talking to eachother. They had 4 registers open with about 4 groups in each line. It took us 30 minutes to check out. In that time I say 3 different groups of 3 to 4 employees standing around laughing and talking. They didnt even have all of their self check out kiosks open. Their bathroom soap dispensers were all empty. I saw atleast 30 employees in the front of the store. I thought I was on a show. I was waiting for someone to jump out and say this was a joke thats how bad it was.

I wanted to give this Target a try since it’s the closest one to me. And yes, it’s empty, dingy, I don’t know if they don’t get enough stock to restock the shelves, but it’s true, it’s very empty.

If you’re looking for a job don’t apply here. the leads here are rude af, then they question why everyone leaves it’s honestly because of them, they expect so much from you in such little time and they need new lead members i honestly wouldn’t go back…

This review is for the guy who helped bring my drive up order out, Cole. He was very kind and friendly. I have had previous experiences with drive up team members at this store and at others and they are rude and seem annoyed but Cole was happy and friendly. I tried to call the store to let his supervisor know of my pleasant experience with Cole, however there was no answer. Thanks for being kind Cole.

Target is ALWAYS clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. If they dont know the answer, they are quick to get it for you.

Out of all the Targets I’ve shopped at I’ve never dealt with racial profiling but at this location in Hemet they have terrible racial profiling issues at this location. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes.

The shelves are BARE! I’ve never been in a Target that is so poorly stocked.

I’m not sure who stocks the shelves & who puts the stickers on the products but time and time again the sale price tags and barcodes don’t match the products. It appears as they are just being slapped on similar products or the items are being placed in shelves with a similar description. I’ve gotten a lot better at reading the description on the mismatched tags and/or barcodes (even though I shouldn’t have to as they should be placed on the correct labels and spots) but today I missed reading the label since I was in a hurry and I bought an item that said it was $23.99 (there was a ton more behind it) but upon looking at my receipt after purchasing it ended up being $49.99! Had I known the correct price I would’ve searched on Amazon for it. It happens every time I go to this Target (like I said I have gotten used to reading the labels/ sale tags but occasionally I miss one) and unfortunately it is the only one in Hemet.

I love the clothes and accessories and all the makeup and shoes. ❤️❤️

This review is specifically for their pickup service. Ive been relying on pickup orders for items, & am so happy to see that the Target in my area implemented this service. They had a convenient parking area that was specifically made for pickup orders, instead of having customers drive up to the front of the store, which would have caused traffic in that already busy street. Also, the employee was very friendly and polite. Will gladly do pickup again.

I came to this store for a quick toy purchase did not find what I needed the store how ever was quite dirty inside & outside. The outside parking lot was full of trash especially the planters. Flat every morning. Went to return and have it replaced. I was told 15-20 minutes, instead I stayed for more than an hour, no one comes back to tell you, but I have to ask someone everytime and I have accumulated more than 20minutes of its going to be 5 minutes excuse. Somehow having young people at work is nice but they should be trained t respect other peoples time. Who would like to stay in the store for more than an hour to wait, with this Covid-19 going on? Bad experience.

Ive seen a slight decline on how the Hemet store operates. Theres no music playing over head like other stores. Very selective apparel or low stocked on items or not at all available.

Youhave about two weeks to return a purchase. Insane! No other company is so lethal. I do not shop at Target now.

Even though there was not a line at the check out stand I had to wait a long time because the checker was tending to another customer that already purchased their items who had a question about something. The bathrooms were disgusting. Equal to most gas stations. I would give this place a zero. No excuse. They had a bucket of filthy water between the bathrooms. Hope they werent planning on using that water again. Glad I dont live around here. Yuk!

I like 🎯.But not my experience today. Or perhaps two days ago. I went to buy a bike. The guy who assisted was No you cant ride it, No you cant do this. And I asked him, so what am I going to do, come back and bring the bike if its not working?When I could test the bike if it isIt isnt good to display bikes that are not in good condition and much more sell it.The reception in the Guest Relations was kind enough to offer a discount because there was a big scratch on the alloy or aluminium of the frame.I just used it in the curb in our neighborhood. Then the next morning as I was excited to use it, it was flat on the rear. I thought it was only for one time, I inflated it.Then today again, I went to the garage and there you go, it is flat again.So I called Target and askes if I can have the parts replaced. I was told I have to return it and if they have it then I will get the replacement.I went there. I spoke to a lady who helped me, she went in the back and after 10 or 15mins came back to me and said, it will only take between 15-20mins.My goodness my 15-20mins ended more than an hour, and everytime I was told when I would ask these young workers about the bike, when they would come out, it is always 5 minutes. I had 4 5 minutes with different things to say, I accumulated 20 minutes on it.I couldnt wait anymore because I work from home. I told the Guest Relations what is going on and she told me, sorry its just everyone is busy.It is very inconvenient to buy something you think is of good quality because it comes from 🎯 then on top of all this, will make you wait for more than an hour with the Covid-19 thing going on.These young individuals should be trained to respect other peoples time. People dont intend to stay hours in there. Just like them we also have use of our time.Management has to see this side of employing young people. They will learn as they go but they have caused inconvenience to others already.Not a good experience.

Avoid this Target location in Hemet. While attempting to distance myself by using self checkout, a young female Target employee started to clean the area before i had left, and while i understand the need to follow the guideline of keeping the area as germ free as possible she came within one foot of me. Which makes me wonder.. Is she is putting herself and others at risk inadvertently during her whole shift?

Never have anything I’m looking for. The website won’t show me if anything is in stock so I have to waste my time and gas driving to several locations just to be disappointed. Having two kids that I have to drag to the Target during Covid-19 is not ever a good thing. Especially when you can never find anything you’re looking for. Also the employees don’t help out much. I have to flag down an employee to help and all they say is everything we have out on the shelves is all we have. They don’t bother looking for anything. It’s like it kills them do anything for me.

Target is my one-stop shop. Stores are always clean, staff is friendly and Targets have the most current items in stock. Love my Target!!

The cashier girl didnt separate the perishable items from the clothes that I bought. I got home and found out some of the clothes I bought were in a bag with some food and drinks. The cashier could have separated the clothes in one bag and the food and drinks in the other. I wish target would show there cashiers how to bag items correctly. Luckily for me no food got on my new clothes.

Items needed are not always in stock.When I returned an item, the charge was returned to a Visa card that was a throw-away I got from my health insurance company. Now I need to return to the store to have this issue resolved.

Target personnel are always friendly and helpful. The employees go out of their way to keep the store clean and sanitized and to make the customer feel welcome.

Target overall is getting to be a poor customer service organization. This location is particularly annoying. Prior to pandemic I could order stuff use my card and pick it up or even have it delivered to My car in the parking lot. Now that we have a pandemic I have tofu rice in and walk around the store to get something myself.This particular store is 30 minutes away. The only possible store that has the tv I want. But I can’t put it in my cart and pay for it. I can’t call an talk to someone to see if they have it before driving out. So I’m just not shopping target anymore.Corporate target is just not smart. Local target followed dumb target policy. I give it a one.

I tried to do the $100 baby items get $20 gift card deal with the drive up. I put enough together and after I paid did it two separate times and was told one of the items were out of stock. I didn’t find this out tell I was headed to the store. Now I have two separate charges in my bank account still waiting for a refund. So decided to go in the store to find that the item was fully stocked.

I love the merchandise, but more importantly, the Target employees are some of the most courteous and helpful people that I am around.

We ordered a $65 baby gate online and scheduled to pick it up in the store. When we got there there was a sign that said to stand on the line until called by an associate due to social distancing. We did as instructed while the associate talked with a co-worker about his day, cleaned up and put things away. I was there for nearly 5 minutes before I asked to please pick up my order. Another associate then assisted me. When we got home we realized the gate was broken. The next day we took the gate back for an exchange and was told by an associate and management that we could not return or exchange but that we could purchase a new gate at full price until the pandemic is over. Buyer beware. #shopAmazon

Target is one of my favorite places of all time. Their quailty of clothes are one of the main reasons I continue to come here. My mother is a past employee of 13 yrs . I have been a customer for 20+ yes. Keep up the great work Target team members. I love Target forever!!!

Finding employees to help was fair. Item in stock- hose. Checkout went great but I had to price match the exact item on Targets website when the store price was higher...the checkout clerk handled it quickly but this shouldnt have to be done; store pricing should match the online price.

The Starbucks in this store is terrible. Tell me why I asked for a mocha frap and I got a iced mocha, which was WARM. Plus, they charged me EXTRA for nothing! I am never going to this Starbucks again. Other than this, I love this target.

Love Target especially durning the Holidays

Luz was very friendly and fast as she was holding down the starbucks station by herself with no help. She is also honest when my mom and I wanted to give her a tip for her hard work she said she cant take tips and we should do a survey. Luz deserves a raise.

We have shopped at target for many years and have yet to be disappointed with any merchandise. In the past due to the number of tellers we have not experienced exceptionally long lines as opposed to many other stores.

This was my first time coming in to target clinic. I arrived and my name was not on the list for an appointment, but the nurse helped and added my as a walk in. The nurse practitioner was very helpful. I wish the open a target clinic near me in morano valley.

This location is a lot smaller, but to be honest I took a star off because the little food place here is always closed or only serving a few items on their menu. I am not a fan of the inconsistency. Other then that I shop at this location pretty often.
