Dont repair cell phone at this place. Dude uses bootleg parts doesnt guarantee work even after 60 minutes. Not only did my phone not work properly but he damaged it when he removed the top. Took to another cell phone repair place which confirmed the parts were not original and showed me where this guy colored the parts with a marker to make it appear original and how his incompetent repair damaged my phone.If he will sells fake phone parts I suspect the jewelry is probably fake too.

We were overcharged for a layaway item. This was an expensive piece but paid it off and the man kept asking questions that were irrelevant and overcharged me by $500. I do not recommend this place!

Friendly fast service. Jeweler was very helpful and understanding for an old bracelet that I had, I wasnt sure what type of metal it was but he said he could fix it. He did what others said they could not for 6+ years. I am very grateful for his expertise, this bracelet is old but has tremendous sentimental value to me. Also his prices are very reasonable.

Brought my wedding band to get repaired and a chain bracelet to get shortened to fit my wrist. Excellent service and very fast. Because of Covid 19 the mall was closed but they were not. Met one of the guys at the back of the mall. He gave me a price and in a couple hours I had my jewelry back. My ring looked brand new. Im a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back.

Took my phone to get fixed for a broken screen . It took 1 week for my screen to arrive there when it did he said I could pick up my phone once I was there i guess he tried to put the screen on really fast and broke the new screen I had waited a week for .... he ordered another one it took another week and now this one cracked somehow down the middle two days after I picked it up. A huge waste of time and $85

Took way too long to fix my phone *almost 3hrs. For my phone in particular you have to remove the battery before replacing the screen and he clearly didnt so he blew the filter on the motherboard and the corner of my screen is dark. (Please go to The Phone Doc in Hemet. = 10/10 amazing shop.)

Excellent customer service from all the employees at quick fix! Been coming to get repairs for about three years now and I’m never let down. All prices are reasonable and repairs are done in a timely manner. I have several watches that require batteries so needless to say I’m in this store often for batteries and also resizings for my new watches. Highly recommend this place!

Stay away from this place!!! I mean it, its cheaper for a reason. They not only ripped people off based on reviews but ripped me off too. Sam is a scam artist. Do not bring your business here i mean it, trust me go off reviews from actual customers. This place should be out of business. Do not bring phones to this place. I knew this was going to happen but trusted him and this business anyway. The sad thing is Sam would not even try to make it right. He simply wanted more money.

I was very skeptical but he did an amazing job. Brand new (2 days old) Galaxy S7 which I found out its $250....or more. Yes, I did research. Rare screens but they had it in stock. They fixed it quick and with absolute quality. If youre in Hemet and need a phone fixed, go to them!

I brought in my phone with what I thought was a cracked screen. The sales girl handed it to a man, possibly the owner. I could see him inspecting it and taking off the silicone cover, etc. He then tells me it will be $200 to replace the glass. I say ok thanks and leave as I assumed it would be half that cost. The next day at work Im telling a few co-workers about it. One of them says its just the screen protector thats cracked, takes my phone and peels it off and the glass is perfect!!!( I thought the screen protector was the only thing keeping the glass semi together)I still have the cracked up screen protector and was going to go back in let him know what a lying crook he is but its not worth my time. Im just glad he didnt get to scam me! Dishonesty will get you nowhere and you will end up with a failed business!

This place suck I went to take my iPhone for a screen crack repair and he fix it and everything but it only last me a day I didnt even Drop my phone and then the next day when I took it back again to the man that works there told me to he will charge $75 again he charge me the first time $180 when other place was cheaper he did not have warranty which sucks and this place is not the place for you to come bring your iPhone i recommend looking somewhere else please dont waste your time coming to this place and they do not do any discounts or anything...........
