The employees are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, the things they dont know about they find out about in a timely manner. I go out of my way to go to this location due to the friendliness of the employees .

Ive been greatly helped by the store retailer named Samantha. She had given a load of information that I wasnt aware of, and that I would have a great interest in down the long run.

Went in for help on an item I had previously purchased and the employee was extremely rude for no reason.

Hemet game stop is so cool and they are letting 5 people in at a time. Yes each person in your group is counted and not considered as one person

Customer service is awesome and friendly. But, the store has the nerve to say you owe them money somehow to return curtain systems, and games. That is crazy.

First off the store is really nice looking and the workers are friendly but one lady that worked there, probably around 40 years old, didnt seem to know what she was talking about. I overheard someone ask if they had skyrim for Nintendo switch and she was like theres no such thing as a skyrim game. And the customer went on to tell her that she played it on her friends device recently but the worker insisted there was no such game. Then the worker went on to say there is a game called Elder Scrolls vs. Skyrim but that theres no game called Syrim. Smh first of all its not Elder Scrolls vs. Skyrim lady. Oh just hearing her made me so irritated. Its Elder Scrolls V as in the Roman numeral. Yes its called skyrim. Its not Elder Scrolls verses skyrim. What in the heckaroonie is that?! Im sure any other worker would know what a customer is talking about when they say Skyrim. Not once have I ever had to say Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. No I just would say Skyrim and theyd know what Im talking about. There. Im done. Thank you for listening.

Im a kid at heart and a gamer so of course since there arent any more Kay bee toy stores, or toys r us, gamestop is the next best thing! Also the staff is very knowledgeable for anything you may need!

The guy there was very informative, greeted us when we walked in on the floor, didnt expect that. The lady was also informative and knowledgeable about everything VR including games, headset etc. I was impressed with the staff on this day which was June 22nd around 230pm at this location.

Two staff working on a busy day, one in the back room while the other was ringing everyone up, doing trade-ins, and answering the phone. Usually experience decent service, but not this time.

A cashier lost my in store credit, never gave me a card. Their selections are lesser than most gamestops ive visited and its always been that way as far as i know. Also i ended paying $80 for two items when they could have showed me one thats $35 and serves both functions. San jacinto gamestop showed me this. San jacinto gamestop all the way. They may be busier but always have good items and deals

I only go when there is 2 certain people there, other then that the service is horrible. Before I was greeted as the Destiny Guy because I always bought everything destiny they had. But since some of the employees left their service has left with them. I always have to argue with one of them to get what I asked for, I ordered 4 pops that never came in and they kept coming up with excuses on why they didnt get them. So I got my money back and bought them at the Temecula mall because they had them. If their service doesnt improve I will not be going back.

I have never wrote one of these but I want to give recognition to both the associates at Game Stop near Wal-Mart. They were great! Especially Paul. He went above and beyond to turn a very bad experience (with a different retailer) into my little girls favorite birthday present ever! I have a long history working retail myself so I know when someone goes way out of their way to make a horrible situation into a fantastic one. Paul has earned lifetime customers in me and my family. I can not express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend him and his location to any gamer out there. Trust me, I know when someone is passionate about customer service and when they love what they do. Go see Paul for any of your questions, youll see for yourself why he inspired me to write this review.

Awesome service at the Hemet store. They make me feel like one with the family and I love the whole rewards program. Totally worth the $15.

Terribly managed store! Has been for years. The district management knows about our concerns as well because Ive spoken with this person on the phone...Twice!The manager is incredibly rude on the telephone. On another call I was put on hold for 4:59 until I hung up. Going to Walmart.

Never had a bad experience in this store. They always take care of my questions promptly. They get to know you and your taste in games so they can always let you know when the next big game will be in so you can check it out ahead of time before pre-ordering. No other gamestop that I have been too does this.

Usually i dont have any complains but the store attendants in this location are very porly informed and give out the wrong information, i asked twice about a limited item and they specifically told me it was not gonna be sold online, only in stores. Come the day the item was sold out cause it released the night before ONLINE. So i missed on the opportunity to buy the 500 million limited ps4 pro. They gave me wrongfull information or they lied.

Gamestop isnt known for competent employees, theyre are much like Walmart in that sense. When I go into gamestop, I am greeted by employees who do their job well. Ive only had one problem with gamestop: I bought some headphones($107) and wen I brought them home, the wireless dongle wasnt there! So we brought them back WITHIN THE HOUR. The manager told us because they were opened, we could only get store credit, they were the last one and were quite obviously already opened when I bought them, they didnt even have all the packaging materials. He was super suspicious the whole time and I think he stole the dongle out and tried to pawn it off on some sorry sap, too bad for him we werent just some sorry saps. After insinuating that he may have been the one to steal the dongle, he said okay well give you cash back. We then went across the street and bought the headphones, with all the pieces, from walmart. We also made a corporate complaint. This man is the new manager and he seems to not care about the customer at all.Other than that, Ive never had an issue at gamestop.

Horrible service. We literally stood there waiting to be helped in front of the register for 5 minutes and they never offered help. My fiancee had to go up to the counter and ask if we could be helped! Took us 20 minutes to buy a game when there was only one person ahead of us.
