My husband and I are full time RVers and needed a good hotspot and data plan for internet on the road. We had the best experience at this location!Chris and Vincent answered all my questions about their data only plans. Even calling to find answers to questions they werent sure about. Chris took time to help me search for a high end hotspot that would be able to handle our remote jobs.We ordered it online when we got home, and returned to the store once it was delivered.Gonzalo helped us purchase our data plan and set up our new hotspot. He unboxed it and made sure it was working before we left the store.All three of these employees were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to give us fantastic customer service. We really appreciate them and wish more businesses treated their customers like they do. We would highly recommend this location.

Im writing a review for cricket store at 3511 Stetson Ave, Hemet CA 92545.I came in with an issue regarding my phone data.The teams staff were assisting me with my issue and were very friendly and patient with me for I feared the worst.In the end it was associate Cheyennes customer service and knowledge that was incredibly helpful and informative to solving my problem that plagued me for weeks that helped to avoid a complete factory reset on my phone and saved all my important data.Im relieved and very thankful for her hospitality and out of the box thinking, and I highly recommend her service.

So as we get to the store all the staff is outside having a fun time we walk in and there is nobody in the store we are then greeted by one girl in Spanish she said hi as shes walking in. I only went in there to take care of my grandpas bill, hes a Spanish speaking man. So soon after another employee walks in and joins the 1st female. They couldnt look us up with the number making is feel we were not giving them the correct number. As if we were that stupid, she even questions if we even were with Cricket I made it clear that we had paid his bill at other locations, the proceeds to see his phone to call it and see if we were giving her the correct number. Over 5 minutes of this goes on and me looking at the female outside flirting with the guy outside who was in charge finally the girl inside goes to find her and yells her whats happening. They finally get to messing with their computer and trying alternate ways to find him. They never apologized for this whole thing. It was frustrating and customer service sucked. Then when my grandpa is finally located they want to charge him for paying his bill after all that BS they are quick to pull money out of his hand but request his Pin. Hes never created a pin so then they find a quick way to override and charge the bill. I was pissed off already and told them just to give us the money back and wed take care of the bill elsewhere. I dont have Cricket but I feel my grandpa didnt get the service he deserved. I will never take him there again. I feel they are not professional and if they knew he only spoke Spanish why not attend him in that language when you know how. Either Way he has me as a translator but he did not feel greeted or treated with respect by these girls.

Very dissatisfied!I came here to pay for service in person, because I prefer to talk to people face to face, I arrived just after 7pm and tried to open the door and it was locked. The woman in the store looked at me and kept going about her business closing out her drawer. Im standing outside for 10-15 minutes in the cold waiting for her to finish going back and forth between the desk and the back area. Then she finally tells me at 7:20pm Were closed. She said something else but I couldnt hear it from all the way across the store, with the doors closed. I was running around town the next hour and a half trying to figure out how to pay my bill because she closed early and didnt have the kindness to put a sign on the door or at least come tell me rather than watch me pacing to keep warm for 15 minutes and then shout across the store and through the doors that were closed; even though the hours on the door, online and the cricket customer service people saying that it should be open until 8pm.I like cricket as a phone company and the customer service personnel over the phone are very nice and helpful but I keep having bad or wired experiences with store locations.I hope someone will look into this matter, because even if you have a legitimate reason to close early, put a notice on the door or come tell the person pacing outside to keep warm that youre closed. Im a short, non imposing, female and the employee was a female she could have come to the door not even unlocked it but explained that they were closed early for whatever reason and then thatd be ok. I still wouldnt like it but I can respect that and be willing to come back to that store. Now Im not sure Ill recommended that store. If I visit again Ill update my review based off that visit.

Cricket talks about NO CONTRACT but they lock your phone for 6 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT MY PHONE FROM BEST BUY UNLOCKED. CRICKET SUPPORT SAYS IN ORDER TO UNLOCK THE PHONE IS TO GO THROUGH CLAIMS DEPARTMENT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS THEY WANTED ME GO HANG UP. BUT I IN ASSISTED TO STAY ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE GOING BACK AND FOURH SAYING ITS LOCKED/ UNLOCKED THEY DONT WANT TO UNLOCK MY PHONE BECAUSE I WANT TO SWITCH OVER TO VERIZON. TELL ME WHY IF CRICKET IS NO CONTRACT HOW AM I LOCKED INTO A 6 MONTH CONTRACT PHONE SERVICE WITH THEM VERIZON/ BEST BUY TOLD ME THEY LOCKED MY PHONE IN THERE SYSTEM. ALSO THEY LOCKED A FEW OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS SERVICE IN THE CONTRACT. THE WAY WE GOT OUT OF IT WAS WE DID A TRADE IN WHITH VERIZON AND GOT NEW PHONES... BE CAREFUL IF YOUR PHONE IS UNLOCKED BECAUSE THEY DO LOCK YOUR PHONE IN A 6 MONTH CONTRACT. SINCE THEY DID LOCK IT AND I HAVE THE RECIPIENT FROM BEST bUY SAYING I BOUGHT MY PHONE UNLOCKED ITS TURNING INTO A LOSS SUIT. SO THEY BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!
Cricket is the best company by far, and their store stationed here in Hemet lives up to their companys superiority! When we switched to Cricket, we got great service from both our phones and the employees on their shifts. They explained everything, and if you dont want what they suggested, they stop pushing you into it. They explain any th ing that you dont understand about a phone and even why you get random ads on your phone all the time, even after deleting all of the apps you downloaded. They provide the best of service and they tell stories about themselves and their phones, making you feel more comfortable with them as you are there, rather than letting it feel like they are robots. If they dont have what you need, like a case or screen protector, they can order it for you to their store so you dont have to search endlessly everywhere else. Please, if you want a better carrier and you want great services from the employees, come here!

Went in this morning since i decided to leave T Mobile. Vanessa and Katherine were extremely helpful and easily got my phone switched over and number ported. Everything is working as it should and my monthly bill is now 30 bucks less!

I am a existing customer of Cricket. I went in today to replace a broken phone. I asked what specials they have as I could only afford a cheap phone and was told they were all out, only had phones starting at 100.00. I said to my daughter I guess Ill cancel this line for now as Im paying with or without a phone. The clerk then said hold on went to speak with someone else and then said yes we have just one.I said ok Ill take it. I did say your inventory is always low as I waited 2 months trying to get a screen protector which never came in so have up.Long story short she proceeds to argue about screen protector instead of selling me the phone.Finally I said this isnt why Im here,Im here to make a purchase are you going to sell me the phone or not.She then said Id have to wait 10 minutes,I said forget it horrible customer service, they act as if were bothering them, mind you I bought 3 phones and have 3 lines.My daughter so upset over the treatment she told them how terrible service was in no uncertain terms.We leave almost to our car and the 6 ft talk salesman comes out screaming at us,I turn around, he said have a nice day butches. I felt threatened.When I called back to get names and owners number, she said I was racist.I hope this is one phone call monitored and recorded as never once anything out of my mouth.Since when is it racist to complain about bad customer service. Reading this over some misspelled but not retyping. The one girls name is Kathyrin and I see already another complaint on her. Phone service isnt bad and is affordable but I will not recommend not step foot in this store ever again.

If you need assistance, the staff there will send you to the Perris office or tell you to buy a new phone at Walmart. Really?? Do yourself a favor and go straight to the cricket office in Perris.
Look I came here from TMobile and cynthia helped me...then when I put my husband on my acct. She hooked us up!!! Her knowledge is supreme! so for now I like this place. If you just deal with her, I think your experience will be grand. Cricket wireless is a scam! They dont believe in customer service! They offer a so called bridge pay that says you can pay a partial payment then have 7days to pay the rest! Thats so not the truth. After you pay more then half your bill they will change the due date for the remainder. They tell you via text! But if you planned on paying it on your next payday 7days later you are screwed! They will want a full payment!!! What a rip off!!! And forget talking to customer service! That will get you no where. And they dont care if you cancel your service! They have NO customer appreciation! So if your thinking of going with Cricket wireless DONT do it!!! They are a scam!!!!

Cricket sucks the agents own words all they want is to give you a out date smartphone or sell you an over priced one, I switch over for the reason I had boost mobile and there service didnt work half the time, long story short if you go in to switch over and get free phone its a Moto E (2nd generation)and I have had two which has caused nothing but stress freezing up and its way out of date I told Katherine that and the only reason I excepted it was because they are AT&T now and that service works great but there swindling for to make money selling smartphones and will not help in any way.. I am Switching back to Verizon tried them all Verizon doesnt give out out of date smartphones as well as boost mobile, Boost mobile actually gives up to date smartphones to bad there service dont work well or I would have not switched. Good bye Cricket greedy bastards..
