I felt he was honest. I believe we will get the phone back in a timely manner. Front entrance stairs to the building were close to impossible to navigate for a person like myself with mobility issues. We exited through the back door.

I had problems with my iPhone 10 charging port not being able to charge my phone. Went in to Phone Doc and he found out it was just mud stuck in the lightning port. Got it cleaned and it charges just fine. He could’ve easily swindled me and told me I need to replace the port with a brand new one. I appreciate the HONEST business. Thank GOD for this place.

I was driving down Florida and saw the sign for the phone doc. Went down Monday when they opened and was greeted by Anthony. He was helpful, friendly, honest and informative. Brought in 2 iPhones for repair, 1 was bent with a cracked screen the other had a shattered screen. They were fixed in no time at all. So, if you need a phone, tablet etc fixed take them here! I had my iphone 8 plus screen replaced here.What Ive now discovered is he is using 3rd party parts. Not authentic parts. The quality is drastically different. The touch screen is awful. Texting is a chore. The strength of this screen is nothing compared to a authentic Apple product.I also had him put a glass screen protector on. The screen protector did not go to corner to corner. I dropped the phone once and it shattered in the left corner and extended throughout the screen. Both screen and glass protector. I removed the glass protector and the touch sensitivity of the phone is still the exact same.... writing this is a massive chore.I did some research on how to tell if you have an aftermarket product or an authentic Apple product and sure enough this is an aftermarket product this explains why his prices were so much lower .I’ve never had to replace my screen before so I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but personally as a business owner he should make his customers aware that he is using aftermarket products and not authentic products so there can be an informed decision made on the customers part.This site wont let me respond to owners response so I have to do it on my original review.When you Google your business there’s no website but there’s a description and in it you say you make sure your customers know what they’re paying for it at no time did you explain to me that these were not authentic Apple products I have never had to have my screen replaced before so I would have no idea to ask that question that’s some thing that the business owner needs to be providing to their customers. So they can make an informed decision for themselves. I am no longer going through your company or any other third-party company I’m going through that you break it we fix that company and I’ve now put insurance on my phone through a Schurian and through a Schurian they use you break it we fix it and they use authentic parts at a discounted price through the insurance and insurance so instead of paying 200 some dollars for an authentic Apple product I will pay $30 plus $11 a month for the insurance

If I could give it 10 stars I would!!I had an iPhone X that suddenly stopped working on me my stuff was not backed up and I was dying because a years worth of pictures was on it. Went to Apple store in Temecula in hopes of them being able to help me recover my lost stuff, waited about 4 hours to be told my only option after them not being able to fix it was to purchase a new phone. I was heartbroken. Then I was thinking what I could do and I thought about The Phone Doc as he had previously fixed a screen on another phone. And I thought I’d have him give it a try to see if anything could be done. And HE DID IT! Checked my phone out found the problem and was able to make it work for me to recover my pictures. Couldn’t be more happy and thankful! Definitely recommended!!!

Fixed my divice but they disabled my fingerprint sensor terrible business juicing out your money. I dont recommend. Before you proceed any transactions. Id recommend recoding your cellular device making sure all functionality are responding and working.

My mothers phone broke late in the afternoon. She runs a small business, and with the current COVID-19 pandemic, she has been handling everything through her phone so it was important to get it fixed ASAP. Most places are closed, or had reduced hours due to the situation. When I called The Phone Doc I got greeted by a very pleasant man, that even though he was closing in 10mins, he has willing to wait for us to come over and get the phone fixed. We were so happy and thankful! He was also very professional, he did an assessment on the phone and told us of other issues the phone had. Everything was very transparent though: he would only fix what we wanted to get fixed. Plus the price was very fair! Health measures were also taken: things handled via phone and the visit in person was done at a safe distance. Very recommended!

After many detrimental mall kiosk visits, I came across this location (by accident) and I am so glad that I did! Went in with my iPhone 7 having a Touch ID issue, my phone was opened up and the problem located right away. Due to a disconnected cable, unable to just “reconnect” my screen was replaced..very quick process, verified my Touch ID was properly functioning before my payment was taken. Highly recommend :)

Went to docs today and had an excellent experience! My iPhone 6s had a problem with the incoming call ear speaker and Anthony diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know exactly what the cost would be upfront!
