Very poor to conduct business with. I applied over the phone and it only took approximately 7-19 minutes. Submitted my application and by 11:00-11:30 ; I received a phone call telling me I was approved and proceeded with delivery arrangements! 5 minutes later,I get another phone call telling me to omit those arrangements because I have been denied of my services???

I definitely recommend coming here its very convenient. Theyre very helpful however the service on the phone is very fast theyre quick to hang up on the phone the lack service is upsetting and frustrating and the app sucks. The app does not show payment history and you cannot make additional small payments on the app only the exact amount that you owe monthly if you want to make an extra small payment has to be in the store only.

Hated the experience especially when they said I had to get a used item with my 900dollars in credit manager snoody with a smart mouth and an attitude 😒 she shouldnt work with people but the rest of the staff are kind and sweet

Manager lied & refused service after it was heard from an employee that someone told me to call corporate office because they kept giving me the run around. They were not wearing masks in the store & I would not go in there if I were you... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

The customer service is horrible. They do not know how to help a customer. I politely said Ill just go elsewhere and the manager did not seem to like it. He just got up from his seat, said ok and walked away without saying at least a have a good day. Never returning there again. they are all rude.

Horrible customer service !! The manager was so condescending. I will never shop there and if you want used, scratched up stuff you have a better chance getting it from the dumpster.
