The staff here are really nice. Unfortunately, they had intended to do repairs on my car for about a month and my insurance wouldnt cover all the damage for a hit & run, so I took my car out. Wasnt worth the wait to me.

Well at this moment I cant really rate the experience because I have not received my car yet it is still being worked on when I get my car back maybe I can do a rating but so far so now Ill give it a 2 star but my main concern I hope all my parts are Honda parts I have a 2017 Honda and I hope no parts are on there for Mexico I hope Honda I hope caliber collision put original Honda parts on there so and tell my car is completed then maybe I can do the rating but so far for now its only a two thank you

My 2020 Traverse had rear driver side damage when we took it in. It took less than 48hours from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. It looks brand new again! And it didnt break the bank either! Hopefully I wont need to come back for damage again, but, if I do, Ill definitely take it back to them!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My repairs were done on time and my car came out looking brand new again. They do great work!

We took our car there to get an estimate and they had it for days. When we went to go get the car to take it somewhere else, they had already started taking it apart and said it would be $200 if we wanted to get the car out. We waited a few more days before we finally received an estimate and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Were supposed to be picking the car up Thursday but they called today to say it will be another 2 weeks. Im not sure why 1-2 weeks of work has turned into an entire month. After we get our car I will NEVER come back.

All I can say is the staff are amazing. They worked together and did an excellent job getting my vehicle painted and repaired. There were a few unforseen obstacles in the process, but they made me feel like a priority and even went the extra mile when needed. Ill be getting all of my work done there. Thanks Kat!

I was hit and ran on my way to work, and i was able to get my car in so quickly with the most understanding, and efficient service. What a joke this place was. The whole staff apparently got fired and my car was stuck in limbo for 7 WEEKS! Should have taken 2 weeks TOPS to fix!

Fantastic service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They used texts to keep me up-to-date on the work done. They do walk in quotes/appraisals which is nice as you don’t really plan on getting in an accident. I can’t speak towards the value of the work as insurance paid for this and I did not get another quote from a competitor. Work was done pretty quickly and the car was cleaned up before they were done. They even vacuumed up all of my kid’s mess in the back seat. Quality of work seems to be pretty good. I’m not exactly an expert but it looks like the rest of the car.

Their service was outstanding and my car is beautiful again. Its nice to work with a reputable and local business.

Zac and his team did an amazing job with my 2017 Grand Cherokee. Even though my insurance company did not make the estimate to the correct amount he took care of everything. I hope I don’t have to go through this again but if I do it’s reassuring to know I will be taken care of start to finish.

The whole team at Caliber Collision in Hemet was amazing. They kept me updated daily on my car repair. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, it was fully detailed inside and out as well. This was the 2nd car they did for us. A few years ago my sons Dodge Charger was side swiped and his car looked brand new again when it was done. Zack and his staff are great, so attentive and professional. I went to them for advice when I got hit a 2nd times and was t-boned. Their advice made me feel more at ease. Even though they didnt end up doing any work on the car this time (the car was not even sent to them to look at), they still talked me through the process of my car getting totaled by the insurance and what to expect. They even called a a few days later to see how I was feeling. They are all the way around a great team that works very very good together.

Tommy took care of everything with my vehicle looks beautiful great work this HEMET office was on top of everything the manager is awesome these guys know what they are doing I will come back if needed in future thanks guys highly recommend this business for sure

Not sure where to even begin! The chick in the front Raquel or Rachelle, is RUDE! She plays the part at first but she is not professional! My car sat their for almost 2 weeks for no reason. Why you may ask? Its the insurance companies fault theyll say! When i came to pull my vehicle because i was sick of waiting for only a bumper,they refused to give me the key! Dont waste your time :)

I only went in for an estimate. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Had what I thought a long scratch on my new minivan. Called insurance company they said Caliber was the place to go. Talked to Leslie very helpful on the phone but was really helpful in person. I showed her my problem and came to the decision it was gum or something sticky and hard. She got some cleaner and her painter to buff the area and it looked great. And on top of that she got water for us as we were standing in the sun. I think Leslie and her group went above the call of duty and provided the best customer service to me and my new car.

Great customer service and very informative one minor flaw however was when getting my window replaced water would leak through took the car back and they were able to fix no problem
