My insurance sent me to this place and they were really quick in taking my vehicle in. I like the whole face to face contact but because of covid they mainly did all forms online. They made the process quick and easy. I had to come back to Gosch to remove my stuff but that took forever to wait on someone to help me. It’s a clean place and the lady in the front was nice and respectful.

Unfortunately I have had several accidents within a year. I’ve had an excellent experience dealing with Mario all 3 times. My car is not only fixed and looks gorgeous upon completion. However, Mario Ramirez will go above and beyond when dealing with your insurance. I have had a poor experience with my insurance follow up and Mario stepped up and contacted n no it only my adjuster but went a step further to contact their manager since the adjuster would not respond. Mario also was willing to help out with the car rental company since they were giving me a difficult time trying to place me in a large suv instead of a mid sized car that would save me in gas. He has been amazing.

I highly recommend using Gosh Toyota Collision Center in Hemet for your collision repairs. My insurance company sent me there for my repairs after an accident; Mario was very professional and helpful; he was always available to answer any questions I had, keeping me updated throughout the process. You wont be disappointed!

Mario is the BEST OF THE BEST. My husband, David, had damage to front and driver’s side of car from road debris thrown up from another vehicle. Scheduled the inspection, and he was able to be in and out, using a very nice rental from Enterprise that was brought to the shop. In on Tuesday, out on Friday, and car looks showroom quality. Mario went above and beyond, open communication, costs, expectations, etc. and no worries or extra steps to return the rental!!!

I got my vehicle repaired here but there was one little scratch that they didn’t get. I took it back though and they took care of it, no problem. Other than that, service and repairs were great. Would recommend.

It was a bit of a wait even with an appointment but the service was great! I got vehicle repaired here and no complaints. :)

It did take a while for my vehicle to be done, but then again it did have a lot of damage. It came back looking great! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to do body work on their car.

Went in to get my front quarter panel fixed and Mario had such attention to detail that he pointed out dings I wasn’t even aware of. I’m glad he noticed it before the work was completed because I thought my car was perfect. It’s good to know that they see even the littlest things. Aside from the dings... The work turned out great.

So first.. They called me before I could call them to make an appointment for my inspection/estimate after my claim was in; which was surprising and convenient. They got me in relatively quick as well. The day of my appointment I called to double check the time of my appointment, customer service was great. When I went in for my appointment the customer service was also GREAT; not just to me but everyone who came in and called in while I was there. I was helped right away and they even offered water and cookies for me to give to my daughter and myself which was a nice touch since it was a 90 degree day and it kept my 3 year olds morale up. The waiting area was comfortable as well which is always nice. I was assisted by Veronica and Lisa who were both very nice and informative which was a great help.

Went with my fiance last week to pick up his vehicle and the staff was nice and courteous. Mario did an excellent job with keeping us updated on our vehicle. Id recommend Gosch Collision to anyone who needs repairs done.
