Having my first accident and not knowing what to do Kayla took me under her wing(so to speak) and made the painful process of repairing my vehicle a breeze by not only keeping me up to date and informed on everything but by making me feel like a friend she’s known for years. Her excitement and hope for getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me in mint condition made me feel that she was as interested in my car as I was. She was professional, kind, caring, and attentive through the entire 3 week process. She is an excellent example of how customer service should be anywhere we go. Came in for an estimate and the collision center assistant Angle was very nice and helpful. She explained the differences from going with the insurance and out of pocket since I wasn’t sure what direction I was going. Kayla was the person who did the estimate and also explained to me the whole repair process. Overall, I had a good experience.

Got rear ended going up Cajon pass.Insurance companies making my life miserable.Went to Gosch to see what could be done.Rudy and the crew were able to come up with a solution.The Gosch crew are proud of their facility and the work they do. They take ownership of their work. My van came out great except for one problem. They forgot to replace the dust caps on the AC ports after charging. I am sure after Rudy reads this he will address the shortfall !!!Piece of door trim on back order.PS Aldo is a craftsman.

I am disabled with 15 years prior mechanical/automotive repair experience. I have a full size Ford Econoline handicap equipped van with full hand controls needing a front end alignment after front end damage due to an accident. I spoke with Steve often during the front end steering repair on my van. Steve has great customer service skills and was always quick to provide status and updates involving on each step of service from beginning to end. Manager Louis was very professional and understanding to my concerns as a disabled individual. Louis seemed highly competent and very knowledgeable and was eager to work with me on labor and parts costs. I had been in an accident which caused right front end damage requiring replacement of many parts. Louis took the time to clearly explain and show me what the damaged parts looked like and was very helpful and willing to track down replacement parts and work hard to make sure things worked properly. Gosh Ford Quick Lane did a fantastic front end repair and alignment considering the amount of damage and time required to repair my van. I highly recommend Gosh Ford Quick Lane to anyone seeking trustworthy automotive repair at very reasonable prices.
