Navis Pack & Ships services are pretty amazing! I hired them to help us with our move. I scheduled two services with them: 1) help us finish packing and load our stuff into their truck to then take to the PODS facility in Oakland and load everything into our POD; 2) crate and ship my husbands motorcycle.Both services went really well. The staff that helped us with the move was super friendly and helpful. Danny and his partner (unfortunately I didnt get his name) and also Oscar and his partner were great to work with. They were very careful with our things and loaded the truck and our POD super quickly.As for the motorcycle crating and shipping, well, that service just blew our minds! They custom made a crate especially for my husbands motorcycle. We received the bike here in Utah yesterday and we couldnt believe how well done it was! The bike was tightly secured and arrived in perfect condition. Truly an amazing job! Navis has a guy who is specialized in making crates and I can guarantee you he is the best there is out there.Very happy with Navis Pack & Ship services! Highly recommend to anyone whos moving or need to ship an special item like a motorcycle.

I had a good experience with Navis Pack & Ship. I asked them to go to a warehouse in California that was storing goods I had bought in an online auction and wanted shipped to Canada. They had provided an initial estimate of the shipping based on my own guess of the weight of the instruments. The final price was about double of the initial estimate, but so was the actual weight of the goods. There were some delays in the shipping time as compared to the original estimate. The packaging was done very professionally. I often buy electronics goods, but they had clearly taken an extra effort in the packaging and for this reason I would use them again.

Navis packed ceramics for us that had to go overseas. Very delicate art pieces. All arrived without any damage. Perfect job!!!! Always again.

What an absolute scam of a business. BEWARE!!! Was dealing with the rude and belligerent John Sandhu, the Customer Solutions Manager aka the Owner of Navis. I was quoted $988.00 to ship a Pinball machine from Los Angeles to Oakland. Which by the way, is an insane amount of money to ship a pinball machine. Yet, I was on a schedule and needed to have the pinball machine picked up in a timely manner. Then I get a text from the seller stating that Navis wants to pick up the pinball machine in a pick up truck? Excuse me? Long story short, a week and a half after contacting Navis I get an email AFTER they pack the machine telling me the price is now $1468.90 . What happened to the original shipping quote? And if I had a problem with it, they will put it on another truck carrying another load up to the Bay Area. If John Sandhu could find one. Sometime in the next couple weeks. For $988.00 . I CANCLED the order. Now they want to charge me $380.00 for the shipping pallet they tied it to. Hell no! Sue me, a------e! I called NAVL. They are picking the machine up tomorrow, they cost $389.00 to do the same job as Navis. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, call NAVL.
