Great customer service with competitive pricing. We had zero issues or problems with our rental. Their straight forward and simple process made it very easy to do business with. We will use their services again should we ever need them.

Cheapest storage unit from what I could find. Easy to schedule over the phone, friendly delivery drivers and clean boxes. Only thing is they showed up really late in the day. Wasnt a problem for me, but my advice is schedule them to come a day earlier than you need the boxes.

Customer service setting up the delivery was fast & easy. The delivery driver was really nice and was able to expertly maneuver the forklift to position the boxes exactly where I requested them.

I waited over 3 weeks to have a SmartBox to be delivered and even took the day off from work to wait for the delivery. They never showed, never called. When I called the next day, which was a Saturday,they told me to call back on Monday to confirm the status of the delivery, which was now showing in their system for the following Wednesday. They even suggested I call back Tuesday, just to confirm the delivery. When I called back on Tuesday, they had a pickup scheduled and not a delivery. When I asked what the issue was with the delivery, the representative confirmed that the delivery centers forklift was not working and that was the reason they couldnt deliver the boxes. That doesnt excuse the lack of consideration of a phone call.If this is how things start with SmartBox, I have no confidence in their ability to drop off and pick up these boxes as promised as part of their service. In the end, I requested to just have them refund my money. Now well wait and see if they call tomorrow with a confirmation number of that cancellation as promised

Ordered a smart box last minute and was able to get it in the evening the next day. Really convenient service!

Their delivery windows are wide and not super reliable with timing. Like they tell you the night before theyre gonna come in the morning then they dont show up till the afternoon. But for the price I cant complain.
